Possibly the worst McDonald's I've been to in a while. Doesn't matter what time of day I've been, it's been consistently been equally bad all day. I'm very disappointed that they do not offer egg whites for breakfast any longer. I went through drive-thru an the girl who was about to take my order told me it had been a year since they have no egg whites which was incorrect because I ordered one about two months ago at this McDonald's. She goes on to say that's a lie multiple times. This is my go to mcdonalds for morning coffee and never had an issue. Tonight I decided I needed some MCDs unhealthy but delicious food. The system was down, I get it and luckily has cash. But they refused to even take my order because the system was down. This makes No sense. This place is consistent in at least one regard, the consistently slow drive-thru. Went there once, thought it was a fluke, went back again and it was even worse the second time. I've been here several occasions, but mostly morning times. They have messed up on my orders, but it's okay. The other times, the make my order perfect. plus, they give you extra of whatever you ask--i.e. sweet and sour sauce without charging extra. This is a pretty good McDonald's location. Staff is usually very friendly. Drive thru goes fast except sometimes they make you wait for the food. They have a nice proof area for that. Inside is pretty clean and maintained. Not bad. read more

what a disappointment to know that even though MCD's is making so much money in the down economy this location charges more for an ice tea or "sweet tea" then any other location.Tea is still cheap so why rip of your customers? i would give 0 stars if i could. this mcdonald's is close to my house but usually i go to another one. this one was on the way so i decided to stop by this one. i ordered an mnm mcflurry and they only filled it up halfway, i asked the manager if she could fill it up all the way and she said she won't do it. any other mcdonald's i go to they fill up the ice cream all the way to the top. the manager was rude and didn't take me seriously. i sat there while everyone else in my group was eating. go to any other mcdonald's! read more

Awful drive thru service. Very very slow. When asked why the service was slow, the attendant said, " maybe the workers are not getting along." To make matters worse, they messed up my order and I had to go inside to purchase the items that was left out. read more

Terrible experience. Group of young men useing the N word in loud voices. Several black families in restaurant at the time were offended. I approached manager and ask her to approach men and ask them to leave. She did absolutly notrhing until it escalated outside.
