Pros: The hubby picks up sandwiches on his way home from work about once a week. They are always fresh and we've never had an issue with the order. We only ever pick up, so I have no input on the locale, but I am always happy with the end product and service. Cons: I wish they had more vegetarian options read more

Hey my friends it's Miguel here , Just wanted to say , my wife brought me a Turkey ham provolone/ they call it a country club .why because it has lettuce tomatoes, and Mayo . I must say it was one of the best sandwiches I have eaten , from this place and I had plenty of other places.But this was so fresh and so scrumptious I really enjoyed it my wife is always telling me how good their sandwiches were but I never tried , I'm an a fan now . It started out great... they nailed the 1st order. Today 2nd order a week later... epic fail. They "ran out" of ingredients & sent a turkey & lettuce sub. No mayo, no cheese no... anything else. Turkey, lettuce, bread. Wtf. So you only had bread, lettuce & turkey ... and thought "close enough"? I was already feeling guilty because of the hunting & trump thing/association. Jimmy Johns lived up to their reputation. ..I ordered online and from the moment my order was confirmed to the time it was delivered it took 12 minutes! The sub are great and the cookies. inside clean and the bathroom also but the reason why I am given this place 1 star is because 3 time I came there 30 minute before closing time the door is lock and I look inside the window and workers are waving me off saying we're close "What THE @#$%".if your out of certain sub leave door open and let me know when I come in maybe I just buy a cookie. Hard dry bread. Low quality ingredients. Poorly trained staff. Our experience did not end well when the employees prepared a dried out miserable tuna sandwich. To make matters worse, the on duty manager acted as if I was wrong for demanding a refund. I only asked for a refund when he refused to correct the sandwich. I've been here at this particular location a couple of times and I do enjoy their sandwiches. I think it's the bread to be honest, It doesn't taste like any other sandwich/sub chain bread. It's very soft and tasty. Sandwiches are already predetermined and you choose from the menu on the board. I always order the #2 Big John which is basically a roast beef sandwich. If any of the sandwiches have a topping that is not to your liking you can easily ask them to minus it from your order. Whenever I come in and order a sub they make it really fast just like it's stated on the radio commercials. They also have some really good chocolate chip cookies. read more

Stop in when I need a quick meal and don't have a lot of time . Subs are really made extremely quick. Before you are done paying usually your food is made . Place is always clean including the restrooms . You can make yours wrapped in lettuce if u are being carb conscious too. But honestly it's not very filling that way. NOT a good experience! I ordered 4 subs and the manager seemed to be having a bad night, the more you asked the more he seemed frustrated. The guy setting up the subs drops the oregano shaker on the floor, it rolls under the guys feet and he looks at me to see if I saw him and i acted like I didn't see him just to see what he would do and sure enough he continued to use it. I really wanted him to stop making the sandwiches & complain but the manager already sounded like he was either tired or in a rush. There was nobody else waiting so I don't understand the bad attitude. They are extremely stingy on their lettuce & toppings & we all had the ...... the next morning. Not sure if it was old product. I am not a fan of their bread, not terrible, adequate but I love really soft doughy and flavorful bread. Their UNwhich is amazing! Chock full of meats and cheese and they do a remarkable job of using lettuce in place of the bread. I was very happy that they are open later than most sub shops, heck, later than most restaurants in this town. Picked up sandwiches from here over the weekend as the hubby wanted to try them and we always hear the commercials on the radios exclaiming they are "freaky fast." They lived up to the fast motto, we ordered and received our sandwiches very quickly and they were prepared to our specifications no mustard... no onions... extra lettuce. My one gripe was that they don't have any other cheese option but provolone. I don't mind provolone but would like a choice. If I had to pick what I liked the most I would say it was the bread, the fillings were just okay. If your menu says medium rare roast beef I expect slightly pink roast beef. That said the medium well roast beef was juicy and not dry. Overall an okay sandwich place but honestly I feel I can get the same quality, size, and price at Publix. Oh and they forgot my chips but I don't know if that was their fault or my husbands who picked up the order. So I won't knock them for it. read more

Very disappointed & ripped-off! I ordered the #4 unwich paid extra to add cheese and avocado, they forgot to put the avocado. When I called them to let them know, they tell me that it was under the cheese. I'm sorry, but I know what avocado tastes like and there wasn't even a hint of it. read more

While I usually love the Jimmy John's subs today I was very disappointed. I got my usual #9 but it had half a jar of Mayonnaise on it. It was ridiculous. Even after scraping the mayonnaise off the sandwich still tasted like only mayonnaise. I ended up thrusting the sandwich away. Yuck!! read more

Placed an order at 12:30PM food did not come until 1:10PM (not freaky fast). When the order finally arrived it was wrong i was missing my chips and the packets of mayonnaise that should have been in the bag. I called back the manager informed me that he would send the chips back over and it is not 1:50 and the chips are just coming. I called back because now it has been over an hour that I am waiting for my complete order and I told him how this was wrong and not fair to someone who originally ordered at 12:30PM his response was what do you want me to do about it now. Today was CUSTOMER APPRECIATION day where Jimmy Johns #2467 was selling $1 dollar subs per person, so my daughter and I went (its 1:30pm) we wait in the queue for our two tickets wait to order two $1.00 subs and one at regular price. There was a delay getting the subs & receipt understandably. Once I got the subs I headed home; the subs were worth the wait. I glanced at my receipt and noticed that I was charged regular price for one of the dollar subs........ok no problem I thought, I'll just go back and get this resolved and grab another awesome BLT. I get back to the store the queue is a little longer than before spoke to employee who was going along the line informed him of the price discrepancy He advises me to let his nephew (The Proprietor) know once I get inside (the queue was out the door into the parking lot). After some time I end up with the same cashier from the initial visit advise her of the error; she gets the owner who says "like this was a hour ago (2:08) it's one per person/ticket". The Proprietor offered no concessions along with a non-apology worthy of Capitol Hill. Another employee chimed in "I remember her and her daughter coming in earlier" immediately he (The employee) was taken to the side and admonished. After which The Proprietor just walked away... I guess he had to get back to delivering his stellar customer service. That really irked me, delivering customer satisfaction is my field, and I guess Customer Appreciation day was just a marketing stunt from corporate since it appears they have no metrics to verify the awesome mediocrity. I've purchased from this location dozens of times prior; the proprietor, insouciant attitude soured me to the location perhaps even the brand I won't be returning. Subway anyone read more
