The conch was fried perfectly not overdone, no old oil tastes just crispy and really good. But the real star of the show was that lobster sauce. Pairing it with the fried conch and shrimp took the whole meal to another level. The shrimp were crunchy on the outside and tender inside, and everything just came together beautifully.
