I am SO angry. I love panda express and I spend ALOT of money ordering from there. I signed up with the app and every time I have a discount to redeem there always an issue in store. I had a birthday offer.. free small entree with a purchase. I bought small orange chicken and a refresher drink and coupon wouldn't work. Staff kept GUESSING why it didn't work. Then one perfusion said, you need spend like $20 to get it free. I was like, n o, that's not accurate. Then another Payson said, I need to buy a MEAL to get the free entree, I got upset and left. Then today, afternoon, I ordered online using the birthday gift and ordered a small side of rice and it went through and worked. So they ruined my bday not knowing how to redeem anything in store. Then, in evening, I placed another online order for pick up tonight. I sent my boyfriend to pick it up. I had received t ext saying order was ready. He got there and they asked him 5 times who order was for. They said it wasn't ready. Then they insulted him, asking him if he was going to steal someone's order. The audacity of them to say something like that when he had screen shots from me with order and order number etc. Then, he finds out it was ready the whole time sitting on shelf rack behind cashier, and says they need remake repackage because it was sitting like 20 minutes there. I visited this location around 12:15 PM on a Monday. There were only about 2-4 people in line, so I expected things to move quickly. When I got to the counter, the manager taking my order had an AirPod in her ear, and I had to repeat my order five times before she understood me. Nothing I ordered was ready, and I ended up waiting about 25 minutes. When I went back to the counter to check on my food and asked if it was almost ready, the manager just looked at me and said, "What?" still with the AirPod in her ear. The service felt inattentive and unprofessional. A little focus and courtesy would have made a big difference. read more

I always want to give this location the benefit of the doubt but it ALWAYS lets me down. As others have stated, they are always out of everything. I place my orders online to avoid this but when it's my time to pick up it's never ready or they don't have what I ordered ready to go yet. Mind you I always give them an added 10min buffer on-top of my pickup time. I only have problems at this location. The one on 120 & doral are spot on. I was in Florida City for other business and wanted something filling but also on the fast side. I went to a local strip mall, about 2 minutes from the hotel, where I found the Panda Express, Wing Stop and Jimmy John's. The line was short with only 2 people in front of me at the time. Everything was in stock and looked like it was just cooked and was not sitting around for very long. I ordered the noodles with Orange and Teriyaki chicken. The Orange chicken was cooked well and not overcooked like some places do, and the sauce was the regular orange sauce they use, Tasty with a little spice. The Teriyaki chicken was cooked very well and was so tender it could cut easily with my plastic fork. The noodles were good, but just that. Something to just go along with the rest of the meal. My biggest complaint about this meal was that the teriyaki sauce comes in a packet and isn't very warm. So your putting cold sauce on hot meat and it brings the taste of the chicken down a little! This Panda Express has the worst customer service. Their food is always out, which triples your wait time ! We asked for the broccoli beef on our last visit but more broccoli than beef was put in our bowl (literally a whole head of broccoli and kid you not like 4 small strips of beef) so we kindly asked the worker if she can add more beef and she rudely replied with "this is broccoli and beef, NOT just beef" I can't emphasize enough on how these employees, who are getting paid, should make customer service their priority! Once we got to the counter and attempted to order our usuals we were greeted with what has become the standard "I'm sorry that's sold out for the day" we sorted to backup choices. Then we get to the checkout and wow, I have never experienced a check out like this. The cashier just grabs plates and calls out your order to pay. Standing there for 10 min with our order next to her but she kept skipping it along with the order behind ours. Finally get to our order and she seemed frustrated that we were even there. These people literally will handle cash while wearing the same gloves that they then go to touch your food/utensils afterwards. I asked the worker nicely if he could change his gloves since he had JUST touched cash and he started to argue with me instead of just changing his gloves. This is definitely a health violation and this location should be inspected. As I stood in line, a cockroach fell on me from the ceiling. They will prioritize online orders instead of the people standing in front of them in the restaurant. When I asked for the manager, they would not acknowledge me and ignored my request. So, this location has had its issues. Now they have people working that fo not know what they're doing. With 3 servers, the line is really long. Then you have people waiting for missing items and THAT LINE is long as well. Then, along with the long line, the servers stop to fill orders for people who are not here. Finally, they are ready to take my order. Things move really quickly then. I am able to pay and leave. I guess you're wondering why the 2 stars? The food is decent for the price. Granted things happens. I tell her fried rice is okay, she walks off and go to take care of next guest. I ask a different staff for my order and whats the point paying ahead and ordering if the lines moves faster. At exactly 850pm I finally get my order. The food is good here. I got a bigger plate including honey sesame chicken with and orange chicken and almond chicken. The almond chicken was horrible in my opinion The sauce was nasty af. And this location is always out of something like the firecracker shrimp or sweet and sour chicken breast. The wait is also pretty long if im being honest but if you order something you know you will like the wait is worth it and the price is more on the reasonable side. I used uber eats for this order but before i have had hiccups going in person like: waiting in line for 20 minutes, ordered pickup and still waiting for food when I come. Panda Express is one of the Arby's of Chinese cuisine. I'm sorry, cuisine implies that the food is in fact edible. I assure you, the food from Panda Express (any location) is not. For starters, they tend to have a placard for a dish that is not available. In my experience, about the only things available are the rice or the fortune cookies (which are sold in bags like potato chips). Beyond that, you'll have to wait while they pretend to cook your order. One of my main dishes when I eat Chinese is Beef and Broccoli. The Panda Express excels at making this dish a flavorless concoction of something beyond further description. The "Beijing Beef" is a sticky, salty mess. The "Orange Chicken" will leave you wondering where the orange flavor is, let alone the chicken. And there has only been one other place, in the entire world that I have visited, that can screw up fried rice (that's Makoto's in Melbourne). Fried rice isn't that hard to make, but the Panda Express rice is not only lacking flavor, but it's undercooked or been sitting around drying out for three or four days. I won't comment on service - it's what should be expected with fast-food. - beyond this: the "cook" gave me the dirtiest look when I ordered the beef with broccoli. Afterall, it was on the "menu" (via placard over an empty pan), just not available without cooking. He continued to give me this dirty look the entire time I waited (turning around to do so) to when I paid. I have recently taken myself and my kids for dinner twice in one week! Early July 2016. They love the Fried Rice and I get the Noodles. They have several new dishes, but they are spicy so the kids don't like it. My kids always get the Orange Chicken and they love the Teriyaki grilled Chicken...so good! The young girls working there are not the friendliest and they do the least amount of work to just barely meet the standard of giving you your food, nothing extra. Not sure if that's their culture established from upper management or their lack of experience (youth). At any rate, it's about the fresh food prepared right in front of you. Placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 425pm. I arrive and head to the register and wait for the cashier to come and ask my name. About 5min past and he does but the food is not ready yet. I use the restroom and when returning the gentleman asks my name again, still no food. Another man working asks the cashier about me to which he respond "I don't really know". So the guy comes over and asks my name. Still, no food. He finds my ticket and begins to make my food at 435. I watch my food be placed to the side, assuming they were waiting for something to be made, but I was never informed. At 445pm I ask the cashier what the hold up is on my food, "idk it's over there". He decided to walk over and ask the person serving the food. They they decided to put the missing pieces on my plates. There is no structure at this establishment.
