Stopped in this area to get gas, use the restroom, and have a quick snack. It looks like this McDonald's is fairly new and/or being remodeled. Also looks like the local homeless hangout. You can either pay at the Kiosk, CC only or pay cash at the counter. Staff were super friendly and we're actively keeping tables clean. We ordered two apple pies, which came to a little over $4; not as good as I remember them back in the day, but still fresh, warm, and hit the spot. Decent enough store to get a bite to eat in air conditioning for this area. I would stop back again if passing through. read more

The other day I waited over 35 minutes in curbside after ordering my food, to actually receive it. I had to go inside and speak with whom I believe was the male manager to get it. I saw another curbside order sitting on the table next to mine, with a milkshake just melting down into a soup too. Manager had to give me new fries, and even when I went inside they ignored me and prioritized rude and pushy DoorDash drivers who kept cutting in line. Unacceptable. read more

Couldn't use my points in the machine for rewards, so I went to the counter. They didn't ask if I was using a code. After ordering and finished our food, I did the survey on the receipt to get points, got the code, employee was explaining something to use the code, and I'm hard of hearing so I didn't understand, and they got pissy with me so I just left. Went here for a quick stop on the way to Key West to pick up one of their new cinnamon rolls. I must have had to wait 15 minutes for them to give it to me. I made a mobile order and there was no monitor above the pickup area indicating which order numbers were in queue or had already been called. The cinnamon role was awful. Plain tasting, with hardly any cinnamon taste, and it wasn't gooey inside at all. It tasted more like sweet cake. read more

Absolutely terrible location... I already don't have high standards for ANY McDonalds but this one takes the cake at awful. Don't come hungry because you'll sit in the drive through line for over an hour. None of the workers care about what they are doing or talking to you. It was so bad people were honking... getting out of their cars to walk up to the window and find out what was going on. Food was THROWN together like it came out of a canon.. there were so many bags of trash just around the drive threw area... the whole place smelt gross. They lock the doors so you can't go in you have to knock and wait for someone to unlock the doors for you. Super weird... don't waste your time going here at all. I waited 20 minutes in their double line to get cold food and A blank stare of confusion and no offer to correct the problem from the young lady in the window. So incredibly appalled this place should be ashamed of itself. I work with the public, and have had a fast food job, sometimes it sucks but it doesn't change the fact that people are paying for food and should get it hot. Update; stopped in for late night coffee and Sunday on way home from trip. We expected nothing much to be honest. Wait was under control, it was 10:15pm on a Sunday, I would hope they could handle the four cars there. Lighting half off at location entrance, most likely to confuse potential customers. No napkins or other items out. Cheap! Clean place, and lots of help to wait on the large amount of people stopping. Just the cheap management that can't put anything out and if you don't ask while your at the counter, you have to fight your way back just to ask for a straw or napkins if they forgot to put any in. read more

Every time I order from this McDonald's, the food is nasty, old, stale, tastes refried. I don't even care about the wait time, I know they're busy. But the food is always nasty. I haven't had a fresh good meal from here in years, I stopped coming to this location. Both locations nearby, the one on Campbell and the one on 137 and 288 by Walmart, serve deliciously fresh, high quality food.
