The food was "ok". It's fast food. Salty...greasy...but edible. I honestly think the AI taking drive thru orders needs to be unplugged. It couldn't seem to get the idea my husband wanted lemonade. Finally it offered an attendant. Thank god. She took the order went to first window and no one there to pay. Got to second window and were asked if we payed at first window. Welp we would have if someone was there? (During lunch rush time one would think there would be). Then we were told "hold on a sec". (Long pregnant pause). Then repeating our order back they only had half the order right. First girl couldn't figure it out....second girl comes to help. Finally things seem to start happening. I almost hate to leave this as everyone else has already hated this place, but dam .. Came in and ordered. Line wasn't too long and order taker did what I thought was ok. My wife took her drink and went to go find a table, they were all disgusting. Not seeing any spare employees except the one on break, she went to the bathroom to get soap and towels. Wiped down the table. I at this point go into the bathroom which was in serious need of some attention. Washed my hands no problem however the automatic dryer was busted. Had to go into the next stall where there was a separate sink with towels. So by now my wife has our order at the table, which was wrong. My mother in law took it back up and was asked for her receipt. She didn't have it as it was left on the counter, but remembered her order # so they looked it up and made the correct food. She commented that we had to wipe the table down as they were all disgusting. Condiment station where you help yourself to straws and ketchup and stuff was covered in spilled food too. We then go sit and eat, while one of the kitchen staff comes out and starts pushing in chairs and straightening tables, (not cleaning them) .. scratches his face, fixes his hat, all while wearing the gloves that he was wearing to prepare the food. I didn't like the feel of this Wendy's at all. The only saving grace was that they have a Coke Lifestyle machine--love those. Upon arriving here there was a huge drive thru line in a very tight parking lot. We chose to go inside and the order taker was super slow. We had to wait so long it was painful. Ordered a triple burger with bacon and it was actually prepared well, so was the garden salad. The seating area didn't feel that clean, I was glad to eat and run out of there. read more

Just attended this Wendy's and the mgr was super rude the employees were tying to make sure the order was right. And she kept yelling at them.. I asked to speak to her and when she came up to me I said why are u so upset? Her response customers like you make our jobs hard!" Was starving on a road trip, and hit this place. Drive thru line was long and took forever to order. While waiting in line was approached by two panhandlers who lingered around the area my entire time in line approximately 20 minutes give or take a few minutes. I can't fully place the blame on wait time solely on the business because as someone who works in customer service I deal with people on a daily basis who just either have no idea what they want or simply can't decide. Drive thru ordered #10 Homestyle Chicken Asiago meal. They had no Sprite or Coke in any machine. So I ordered just the Homestyle Chicken Sandwich. Which I had to go in, was given the wrong sandwich. Being there, noticed all drink machines not working and there were no napkins available. I had to ask for napkins and was given two. There is definetely some bad management here. read more

Looking for late night food this was across the street from the place I first tried. I read the review and I can't say I experienced anything like that. I went through the drive thru so I have no opinion of the stores inside. They had the whole menu available to order from. The staff were friendly and prepared my food fresh. Very unorganized. They had to stop taking orders because they couldn't fill the one's they had even though it was one order filled at a time. Food on a tray was tossed because it sat too long while waiting to complete an order. People were coming in from the drive thru with wrong orders. My son's burger was bright pink and that was after waiting over 20 min our original order. I wish I looked at the reviews first. This by far has got to be the WORST Wendy's that I've ever gone to. The drive thru was ridiculously long so we decided to park & order inside. My boyfriend waited 15 mins JUST to receive change after placing our order. It took another 25-30 mins to actually receive the food. The service is HORRIBLE & the fact that there's no sense of urgency in a FAST FOOD establishment is just beyond me. The staff can't even haves a cohesive work environment because they're too busy arguing amongst each other. Though the order was correct & the food was fresh (which it better had been after waiting almost 30 mins!), we will NOT be returning to this location. Just went in to order food. Gave for a 100 percent a 50 dollar note !!!! The only one left in my wallet. While the four of us adults were traveling to Key West, we drove the drive-thru of Wendy's Restaurant # 00001970. Big mistake. I personally wanted a junior cheeseburger minus pickles and a hot tea. We paid $18.89 for our orders (including two Frostys, an avocado salad, another Jr Cheeseburger, and a combo meal with a full size burger and small fries). Then when it was time to pick up the order, the attendant informed us that Wendy's did not serve hot tea. We asked for just for a cup of boiling water. Then when the driver asked for a refund for receiving a cup of hot water (and not tea), the attendant ignored her. After we drove away, this restaurant did not make my Jr Cheeseburger without pickles, and the burger was barely warm. It was obvious this particular Wendy's is not customer service-oriented. Person taking orders was confused. She asked us to repeat our order once we got to the window, but she started telling us what she had instead of listening to our order. It took FOREVER to get our food and even then it wasn't good. Vegetables on the burgers were terrible. Fries were terrible. One burger had cheese when we didn't order cheese. I wanted an ice water, received bottled water. Seemed like we were there, in the drive through, for 20 mins. read more

This Wendy's is notoriously slow but it is also very very busy. I prefer going inside to place my order because the drive-thru is extremely slow and we are usually hauling a trailer or a boat. On this particular day 1/1/2020 there was only one young lady attending the counter and serving the fries and nuggets. She was polite and meticulous about her job. Her name was Ashley (sorry if I misspelled her name). She was doing a great job. It seemed slow cause she was serving so many people by herself. Someone else was doing drive thru and cooking. An older lady who seemed to be the manager got there with change for the register as my husband and I complimented Ashley's job. Instead of acknowledging us, she seemed annoyed and told Ashley to hurry cause she had somewhere to be or something to do. What a shame to miss an opportunity like that to encourage your employee and to thank your customer for their input. Keep it up Ashley!!
