I'll begin by stating that the customer service for this place is great. However, I know this because my deliveries were usually wrong; I had duplicate meals. For example, my first delivery had 2 of Monday's breakfast rather than a Monday and Tuesday breakfast. As soon as I would email them, they would respond and tell me they would send me the correct meal for the following day and they would. The reason I gave them 1 star is because I HAD to cancel after I was given a lunch of jerk chicken with completely RAW chicken. I sent the picture to the owner and she was very apologetic and sent me free dinner but at that point I did not want really want to eat any of other meals. I'll upload a picture here. I understand that people make mistakes but considering it is one of the most expensive Paleo deliveries... I expected a lot more for the price I was paying.

The food delivered is already cooked, great quality, the meals are filling and never dull, and everything is so easy to heat up. The meals are all portioned out in sturdy disposable tupperware which makes for easy heating. For dinners, we often used the stove or oven to get an even better taste. From a diet perspective, this gave us no excuses to fail or cheat. From a busy working adult perspective, this made meals so easy! We are guilty of picking up quick, unhealthy fast food after working long and stressful days. Our primal organic meals made dinner a breeze. We opted for the 'medium' size portion lunch, dinner, snack, and it was great. The portions were filling, and I called before ordering to get the nutritional info, which was approx 600-650 calories/meal for this portion size, and 200 calories for the snacks. The snack is often 3 'pieces' of something so you can spread it throughout the day. The food is delicious, and very inventive. Meals are not just thrown together or the same old same old-every meal we received was unique in some way, and the proteins and veggies were always delicious. The service is incredible. Give a call or email and they will answer whatever questions you may have, and the website is very easy to navigate. Would highly recommend if your looking for an easy, tasty meal solution.

The meal plan includes lunch, dinner and a snack which is usually some delicious little dessert. I have more energy than I ever have, my hair is growing longer, my skin is glowing. It's truly an amazing diet but the food is actually also delicious and filling. Prior to joining this diet, I was never able to lose weight dieting, not even with a personal trainer that I saw 5 days a week. The food and the menus that the keto kitchen puts out are the absolute best. I did my research and I also have to say that she provides healthy options - you don't feel like your clogging your arteries at all. The portions are measured out individually for your calorie and carb intake. I am a foodie. I am a 5 or 6 time elite and honestly the thought of any meal plan completely grossed me out but this food is delivered fresh daily and completely delicious. I gave up eating the deliciousness of chefs like Michael Schwartz to eat this food. It is so so good and you will fall in love with this service and the way it makes you feel.

I have a 2 and 4 year old (both are picky eaters). I wanted something healthy, but that did not taste like cardboard; and I didn't want to cut out all the delicious Cuban food I enjoy. Thanks to a quick Yelp search I found "Lets Go Healthy Miami". Thank God I did, my picky eater devoured the picadillo, brown rice, and beans. The 2 year old ate my whole bowl of healthy arroz con pollo. The food is amazing quality and taste delicious. I also like that in one week I have eaten Cuban, Italian, and turkey sliders.
