This restaurant is located in a small strip mall. There is an adequate amount of parking available that it shares with the other businesses in the mall. This mall has a limited menu that consists of chicken tenders, chicken sammies, and fries. You pick the heat level. I got a chicken sammie with fries. I chose mild heat because it has been my experience to error on the side of mildness with hot chicken places because they can get very spicy, so spicy that you cannot even enjoy it. They have a decent sized dining area and the staff there was very friendly. The restaurant has a hip vibe and is decorated with colorful murals. My meal was ready in about 5 minutes and it was fresh and hot. The food was really good. The fries had a little kick to it, I could have probably took it a bit hotter, but still very good. The fries were well seasoned and delicious as well. They were so good that people come in just to get them. This is a nice casual fast food-esque spot that has delicious food and great service. read more

Fries were alright. But the sauces were so sweet it super threw me off! The ranch was the worst ranch I've ever tried in my life it's not Kraft or even like great value it was so so so so narstyyyyyy!!!!! It didn't even taste like ranch. Chicken was mediocre and dry. I could have drove through a drive thru for this price point. And saved a ton of money... read more

A lunch idea to try something new became a great idea. This place was surrounded by options of fast food and I went in with an open mind hoping they had non spicy option and was I right. I got the 2 tenders and fries. The flavors were just right, seasoning on the fries and rub they used was on point. The tenders were juicy and big with a crunch skin like a softer chicharron the bros sauce was a perfect pairing. The person who took our order seemed to be the master mind of the place and was very friendly and gave great advice. The place was clean and they made the food quick and brought it to you. If I lived near by ordering for pick up would definitely be often. Even if I ordered something simple I was so full I had no room for dessert. But definitely going back to try the macaroni and cheese and the ice cream. read more

I came here expecting Nashville hot chicken, but this place seems to have a very different idea of what that means. Nashville hot chicken is supposed to be juicy and covered in a flavorful spicy oil. Here, they just dump chili powder on it. Sure, it's spicy, but that's about it. The seasoning has heat but almost no flavor. The chicken was dry, and the breading was hard and bland. Every bite made me want a drink, not because it was good, but because the chicken had all the moisture cooked out of it. The prices were also hard to believe. I paid around $18 for a slider, one tender, and fries. That's it. Then I saw their signature drink was $4.95. I've had Nashville hot chicken at a lot of places, and this was easily one of the most disappointing versions I've tried. It felt like they took everything that makes Nashville hot chicken good and left it out. If you're looking for juicy, flavorful Nashville hot chicken, this probably isn't the place. If you're looking to spend over $20 and wonder what happened to your money, you'll feel right at home. read more

They had a food truck at the country bay music festival. Got the spicy sandwich with Cajun fries. It was a very good spice level and the piece of chicken was great. Loved the bun coleslaw and pickles. Pricing was average for a food truck and it definitely fills you up. Their bro sauce is really good. Would for sure get again. And the person working it was very nice. Gave out free cute stickers. read more

For those of us not lucky enough to live by a Dave's Hot Chicken, Bro's Hot Chicken is a worthy alternative! With a very similar menu, Bro's offers huge chicken tenders coated in varying levels of dry spice, seasoned fries, mac and cheese, milkshakes, and a special house-made "Bro Sauce" which is somewhere between Chick-fil-A sauce and Cane's Sauce. I've been twice now and both times the restaurant was out of something (once it was the mac and cheese, another time it was the tenders), but the employees have always been very polite and apologetic and got my food to me quickly. Although the prices may seem high, the tenders are HUGE and delicious! If you're an average spice lover, the Hot is perfect; if you're brave, try the Extra Hot. Just make sure to get a little extra Bro Sauce and a milkshake to wash it all down with! read more

Wow, the food was SO GOOD! We definitely got way too much food but that's ok. The spices are dry so, just get the leftovers Togo and they won't be soggy! The people who work here are so nice! They were very personable and helpful (we had never been before). The place has a fun vibe. I liked the artwork on the walls. It was clean restaurant, too. read more

I had really been looking forward to eating here- everything on social media looks phenomenal but I have to be honest and say I was disappointed, especially for the price. I ate here with my boyfriend (who eats VERY spicy things) and I enjoy spice but moderately. I got the chicken sandwich and fries and he got the chicken sandwich chicken tender and fries. We also got the flavor of the month Oreo shake. The food was pretty good- fries were seasoned well and the sandwich was tasty.... However the two meals and shake were not worth anywhere close to $50. My sandwich (mild) had a good amount of spice but my boyfriend's (extra hot) tasted exactly the same. When I tried his chicken nugget one bite was significantly spicier but it wasn't evenly distributed. The cold slaw on the burger was good but without the additional hot honey and cheese (75 cents each) the sandwiches would have been lackluster. The sandwiches also come with a small container of sauce which was very good but too small for a sandwich and fries... additional sauce is 75 cents. It was a good sauce, but nearly a dollar for a couple spoon fulls of spicy mayo seems like a lot. The milkshake ($6.50) was alright, it was pretty thin and I think we were expecting some Oreo chunks or at least more of an Oreo flavor. The cashier was really nice we liked her a lot! The interior was very clean and looked really nice and new. We ate inside and did enjoy a very nice meal, just an over priced one in our opinions. read more

Fantastically fiery chicken done right. Place was a bit quiet and parking isn't great but god damn is the extra hot spicy. fresh and high quality chicken sandwhich. The tenders were also good. Be careful of the spice level, it is up there, with medium being plenty spicy. I will definitely go back. For the level of product, I understand that it is a few more dollars than other places. It is worth a visit. read more

If you like Fried Chicken, you'd love this place. I personally am not the biggest fan but Bro's Hot Chicken was a must try and I definitely enjoyed it. I tried the Bro's #3 which came with a sandwich, tender and fries. The sandwich was the best. They have different sauces to choose from and I like the simplicity of the menu but also that you can combine whichever 2 options you'd like. It was pretty good. The hot honey is a must! read more

Was really looking forward to trying this place but I didn't get to. We drove from 10 hours away and were so happy to make it there 25mins before closing because I REALLY wanted to try to fuego chicken. I do spicy food challenges and heard that the fuego is really hot here. We walked in and were told they closed their kitchen already and weren't able to serve us. Yet we sat in the parking lot and watched 3 ppl come up to pick up to go orders that were not complete yet so obviously their kitchen was still cooking food. I was very very disappointed cuz I work in the restaurant industry and 25 mins before closing time is not out of the realm of super late ordering, 10 even 15 yea that sucks but 25 come on now. read more

Such a unique spot! The restaurant had a really cool mural of cartoon chickens living the Miami lifestyle (lol). The food was great and very filling. We had two mozzarella sticks with hot honey, jumbo tender sticks, Mac n Cheese, and a chicken sandwich with fries. The Mac n Cheese and the Mozzarella sticks are some of their best menu items. The flavor was amazing and they were both very cheesy. Additionally, the hot honey and the ranch really made the mozzarella sticks stand out. The chicken sandwich and tenders had a really intense rub to it, allowing for a robust flavor profile. Also, the fries had a very nice crunch to it. I also want to add their signature sauce tastes similar to Cane's Sauce or Mayo-ketchup; if you enjoy either, you will definitely enjoy their signature Bro sauce. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and we would definitely come back! read more

Located in a shopping strip and tucked behind a Taco Bell, Arby's and Dunkin Donuts is Bro's Hot Chicken. Not much signage but you'll spot their food truck parked outside. Inside is small probably enough seating for about 20 people or so. Menu is small and to the point. I ordered the #3 which was a chicken sandwich, jumbo tender and fries. The sandwich comes with Pickles, slaw and their bro sauce which if you are familiar with raising cane's then it's similar. The sandwich was a good size and the chicken was hot and fresh. In fact everything came out steaming hot which was great. Fries were cooked and seasoned perfectly. As for the chicken tender, it appeared to be heavily seasoned but wasn't overpowering. Would have wished it to be crispier and crunchier. I found myself dipping everything in the Bro sauce and once I ran out of sauce didn't really want to continue. Overall the food was good but wish they served more sauce and that they had fountain soda service. Paying 2 dollars for a can of soda when the prices are already a little high is kind of off pudding. But if you like heat then definitely check them out. read more

I've been hearing so much hype about their chicken and today, I finally got to try it. I visited their new location on SW 67 Avenue off of 8th street, which you have to be careful looking for, since they don't have signage yet. The place has a few tables, is well lit, and has sown cool wall art. Staff was very friendly, and they were very helpful with our item selections. The items and heat levels is very similar to Dave's hot chicken, which I tried in Texas. They have different Heat levels, so I got my sandwich medium and my extra tender Hot. I like spicy, and the HOT definitely has some kick! The medium heat was perfect! The sandwich was delicious, with the chicken perfectly cooked and crispy. The French fries were very good and I loved the Bro sauce. My kids love, their vanilla shake and Bromanade, lemonade, iced tea and passion fruit. My ONLY negative was that it was very pricey. My bill came out to $62 for three of us. The food was delicious, but at that price, I doubt I will visit very often. read more

Man, I really wanted this to be a 5 star review. So, lets start with the fact that I am pretty tolerant of heat, I don't really over do it but I am tolerant. I ordered the two tenders meal "Hot" and basically it was Hotter than I would have preferred or would have thought considering they had 2 levels above "HOT". My Daughter chose medium which was not close to as spicy as mine, I would definitely go with mild and work your way up. The batter was thicker and kind of unexpected, I personally would have preferred a light to medium breaded tender. It was just way too much batter If im being real, the "hot" tenders really didn't have any flavor other than spicy The fries were actually good, hot, fresh and crispy Overall, I was actually expecting the flavor to be there, if I had to guess I would say they are more focused on heat vs flavor which is ok if that's what you are expecting. read more

Recently drove by their storefront/door with a folding table in the warehouse district next to 826 and placed an order for a Bro's #3 a few minutes before pulling up to their parking lot. It's a little hard to find, as the logo is on the inside of the door and not visible if you're driving north, but look for the "4631" on the building next to the impact window shop. The order took about 30 minutes, and was served by a polite teenager who had me sign a quick waiver for the fuego tender I ordered. The food was fresh, but there weren't any napkins or plasticware available, nor a place to sit outside and have my meal hot. I drove it all the way home before digging in. The crinkle fries were tasty, and had a little flavoring from the tender/sandwich seasoning. But I got a side of the bro ranch to dip them in, and it's definitely heavy on the sour cream and not ranch-y - I wasn't a fan, as the consistency is pretty thick. The chicken sandwich (spice level: hot) was still crispy after the drive, and I really liked the pickles that came in the sandwich. The coleslaw was a little untraditional, and while it was tasty, most of it fell out of my sandwich as the cabbage was thickly diced. The spice level, for being regular hot, was actually a little spicier than I've come to expect in Miami. If I had gotten the extra hot, I probably would've been sweating a little into my sandwich. But as it is, hot has a really pleasant flavor and a solid heat - I'd say comparable to a Hattie B's "hot", from what I remember. Would be excellent with a beer, and for those who like spice but still like to taste your food, this is it. Now for the fuego tender: it snuck up on me and my lips are still tingling twenty minutes later. I had to write this review to distract myself. First few bites, it's not super flavorful but more spicy dust - don't sniff your nose if you can avoid it, because I made that mistake and it burns the sinuses. It might be designed for masochists and the waiver is absolutely necessary. I only ate half because the sandwich/fries were really filling, but even if I only got the tender, probably couldn't eat the entire thing. But I really do like my spicy food - for reference for other spice-heads, I just barely survived the one chip challenge 5 minute timer. The fuego is not as bad as the chip, but I certainly wouldn't order it for its flavor. You're eating it to feel something in your soul. Or your bowels. For the lack of Nashville hot chicken in Miami, Bro's certainly fills a need. But I probably wouldn't drive all the way to their storefront to pick it up for dinner. But if you spot them at Smorgasbord, take a chance! read more

I hate leaving bad reviews for small businesses, but this was just bad. The chicken was dry and flavorless. The staff couldn't care less about service. It's very pricey for fried chicken. I'd rather go to Popeyes. read more

Absolutely delicious! I've had a few hot chicken places and bros I'd definitely yo there!

Was debating what to give this place, I was between 2-3 stars but settled on 2 for the simple fact they nickel and dime you on charging extra for sauce, what kind of chicken tender place doesn't provide a complimentary sauce with their chicken? Fucking wild. Anyways everything else ranged from just ok to not good. I ordered the chicken sandwich, tender, fires platter which came out to something crazy like $17, ordered the Mac and cheese as well for and additional $6, sauce was like 75 cents got 2 of those and a water. Meal was damn near $30 Chicken sandwich - pretty good, but chicken was a little dry, the coleslaw and sauces helped a lot. I decided to get a heat level at medium but it tasted more like mild, overall it was alright but I think I would have been just as content walking to the Popeyes a block away Tender- dry as a motherfucker, breading falling off not juicy just dry as shit, I ended up breaking it up and throwing it in the mac, god knows it needed something Mac and cheese- absolutely dog shit, had no flavor and had to be oiliest Mac and cheese I've had in a long time. $6 for this, i got fleeced. Fries- they were alright nothing special Bro Sauce- pretty good but if everything else is going to be this mediocre to bad I'm going to need like 5 complimentary sauces to drown everything in. Overall not worth a return trip, and not worth the hype. Have a feeling ppl in Nashville's reaction to this place would be something like "Bro" wtf is this? read more

Super good the tenders are crispy and they are spicy too. Definitely would recommend the #4 as it will fill you up

Amazing tenders and sauces would definitely come again. The hot level was perfect amount of spice.

I love hot but the extra hot is HOTTTT. I am comparing it to Dave's hot chicken and this is much hotter. I should've just stuck to good ol' hot lol overall, very tasty but when I was served the extra hot and told "good luck", I should've known. Too hot for me to enjoy so I won't get that heat level again. Fries were good. Definitely returning. read more
