It's quite refreshing to get great service at a causal restaurant in Brickell. Great ambiance. Chicken sandwich is not terrible, could use a bit more Aioli sauce and fresher lettuce. Just me personally, but having pickles in a chicken sandwich can make a positive difference. Pro tip, buy a bottle of ketchup at Publix because condiments are not free here. I came in for their opening day and can already say they have a loyal customer. I ordered the two piece with a side of the Herb Aioli and the Hot Honey sauces. Wow it was good. The chicken was cooked and breaded perfectly and the hot honey was exactly the kick it needed to make it a top notch meal. The restaurant is beautiful going for a blend of minimalism and modern in their black and white aesthetic. And the staff are very delightful there as well. Overall I have been very happy with TITTS. I've been twice since they opened. The fried chicken is really delicious. It's crispy and not greasy. My only critique is that I wish they had a spicy chicken option as I like a lot of spice and seasoning on my food. The fountain drinks are a little small but thankfully they give free refills. I finally ordered my cheat meal dinner from TITTS tonight, as I had been eyeing them on Postmates for weeks. Overall, I'm conflicted, and not sure what I received was their best representative. My order arrived super late because apparently they use one of those robot delivery services and the bot malfunctioned. When it arrived at 8:30 in a soggy ripping bag, 50 minutes past the original delivery estimate (i'm ignoring my request for a cancellation given the delay), the tenders were pretty much room temp and the sweet potato stuffing was cold and soggy. Here are the positives - the tenders have great flavor and crunch, the homemade pickles are fresh and delicious (and I'm someone who hates pickles), and the sauces were pretty good, especially the chipotle mayo, garlic & herb aïoli (their version of ranch), and hot honey. The cons - the breading falls off the tenders easily, the sweet potato stuffing balls were soggy, and the side of coconut gravy sauce was thin and watery. They also charge $.99 for each sauce, so I feel they should be a little bigger or at least filled to the top instead of halfway. Overall, pretty disappointed with delivery, the flavor is there but next time I'm craving chicken, I might just order Wingstop. Hoping they work the kinks out with their delivery partners - as of writing this review, my order is still not marked as delivered on Postmates lol. read more

I've ordered here 5+ times because it's fast and pretty good. However, they often forget a side or sauce, which they charge for so that's annoying. Also, for some reason the bottom of their bowls always have a ton of liquid which then obviously makes everything have a weird texture. Fried Chicken was very good, although personally I prefer chicken pieces with bone and skin. They only have tenders here, but the breading was really good, it's fairly priced and we really enjoyed the food. The staff was nice. You order at the Counter and they bring it out to you. There is limited seating indoors and outside. It seemed like most people got food to go. My one complaint is the very loud music they were blasting from the outdoor speakers. We actually moved to a table inside to get away from it. Maybe they think this attracts people, but I found it very unpleasant. I will return and likely try a chicken sandwich next. read more

some potential, but there is work to be done. review is for a rotisserie bowl. pros: dish was well curated. would have been a four star menu item save for the subpar chicken (see below). front end personnel were great; five stars for service. they are open until 4:00 a.m. cons: chicken was dry. portions could be larger. foreign object found (looks like small piece of plastic packaging). upshot: the two main problems (dry chicken and foreign body) could be attributed to the recent opening. otherwise, the food was at least as good as the local competition, i.e., quasi-fast food places that serve rice and noodle bowls. still, dry chicken in a joint which serves only chicken and a few sides is not a good look. nevertheless, worth another try after they -- hopefully -- work out the kinks. they might do well to add another menu item which gainfully employs rotisserie chicken which is approaching the end of its useful life. i understand that they are using a k.i.s.s. model, but a pulled chicken sandwich, chicken salad, or chicken soup would allow them to put their soon-to-be-a-bad-chicken-bowl or rotisserie chicken to prouctive use. hope they survive but they need to get it together quickly. read more
