They are a 24/7 location with plenty to choose from the menu. It is not a super tourist location but with those hours, Ive seen it busy during the day with tourists. Service is up to standard. It's very chill and no frills. They play music but not too loud. I had the steak and it was good. My partner has the chicken sandwich and he enjoyed it. Beer is sold here for a decent price. It isn't too high, all things considered. I usually stop in on my walks to grab a bite or drink.

They were very nice and service was great. The food was good enough for late night food.

Excellent Cuban food. We ordered two entrees. My friend ordered steak with frites, it comes with a large sub roll buttered and toasted. We shared grilled chicken, extra onions (absolutely delish), rice, sweet plaintains and a side of beans. Literally the most outstandingly delsih black beans of my life. Portions are generous. You will leave full! We also got perrier's and something else, that I can't remember. Place is clean, and service is good. They are open 24 hours people! Perfect for a late night bite for my last night in Miami!!!

Coffee alone 10/10. Can't beat Cuban vibes 24/7 service. Got the steak and eggs with Cuban toast. Lots of great Cuban options. Glad I came here from the airport luggage and all space to sit and felt safe.

We enjoyed this family owned restaurant in the heart of downtown. The hot Philly Chicken sandwich was meaty with flavorful onions and peppers. It was topped of with gooey cheese on a toasted bun. The Classic Cuban hit the spot. Filled with traditional meats and dressed perfectly with melted cheese. We also ordered a strip of Pork Rinds cut into delicious size bites. Friendly ladies managed the counter and helped recommend the popular dishes. We quenched our thirst with $3 beers, which was a selection of anything in the fridge. The seating was spacious. Mainly set up with tables for 4. I highly recommend this for a quick and seemingly affordable stop in Miami.

This place is awesome. Authentic vibe. Piping hot food. Loved the empenadas. Fries ok. Service was friendly. And prices were reasonable. Can't wait to go back.

This 24 hour Latin diner was excellent! I went with two friends, and each of our meals were perfect, which was especially appreciated since it was 3am in the heart of the city! I'd recommend this spot to anyone looking for a late night option with good vibes, quick service and great taste.

When in Miami, I want three kinds of food; Cuban, Cuban and more Cuban! Monolo and Rene was close to the hotel with good reviews. It's open 24 hours, and has a nice "local" feel to it. Service was immediate and very friendly. I had the slow roasted pork platter with black beans and rice for $16. The pork was tasty, maybe a touch on the dry side, but with plenty of garlic and sautéed onions. The beans and rice were solid, really good. I would certainly dine here again.

A good spot considering that its open 24/7, better than fast food joints. The milkshakes are yummy I love that they have papaya, I added banana to it. I also tried their cubano sandwich and breakfast sandwich.

Staff was friendly and patient while we looked over the menu at the counter. Food was fresh and delicious. We ordered 2 fried breaded chicken sandwiches, one grilled chicken sandwich, a chicken platter, a ham and cheese and a Cuban sandwich along with 6 canned sodas.

My friends landed in Miami pretty early and we were looking for a place that served drinks at like 9am. (We wanted to get the vacation started lol) This seemed to be the only place actually opened at that time in the area. Was giving deli vibes for me. We were able to order Cuban coffee, food and a bucket of beers. The staff was super friendly and let us chill for awhile and enjoy our drinks.

Let's start with the mojito that came with such a large piece of sugar cane. It was so good! The waiter recommended my meal and it was delicious. The meat was tender and well seasoned. It also came with beans and rice. One meal was probably enough for two people! The restaurant is located on the 4th floor of the outdoor mall near some neat shops. I loved the restaurant decor and everyone was so friendly. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and gave great menu recommendations. The staff was attentive, stopping by to refill our water and clear plates. I highly recommend this restaurant!

For Appetizer me and my friend chose Salmon Tartare and Chicken Meatballs, both are good and tasty, we all loved it. For entree, i got Grandma's Fisherman Stew chose house salad and french fries as sides. The portion is huge, but the fish is a bit drier than I expected. My friend got the Arroz con Pollo a la Chorrera, but the chicken was really dry and tough. She decide never come back after finished hers. For dessert, ABUELA'S TORREJAS is absolutely lovely and tasty. Reservation is recommended, we seated in the outside area, the server Alberto is SUPER NICE i would give 10/10 for his service.

We all ended up deciding to make reservations at CVI.CHE 105. Let me tell you, this place did not disappoint! All of us agreed this place left a huge impression and made us want to come back! As in, we came back here three different occasions every time we visit Miami and go on our cruise. Every visit, this place has always been busy! We're always greeted warmly and get seated right away. It's highly recommended to make reservations ahead of time! In addition, the service has been excellent time and time again! The menu is thoughtfully curated with small plates, everything from fresh ceviche, tiraditos, sushi, etc. The main focal point though is quality and they SERVE! We left nothing on the plates! Everything we've had were fantastic! We'll definitely be back again to explore more of the menu! The food and service were both fantastic. It's definitely not flashy or overly fancy, but it had exactly the right vibe for my partner and me. We ordered the mollejas, empanadas de choclo, and skirt steak with fries and everything was a 10/10. I'm pretty picky when it comes to restaurants, especially when it comes to food quality, so I was genuinely impressed with everything we ordered. The mollejas were incredibly flavorful, and the empanadas were fresh and delicious. And then came the skirt steak... wow. Cooked to a beautiful medium, it was tender and packed with flavor. The fresh-cut fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and super fluffy on the inside. Our server, Flor, was an absolute doll. She was so sweet and attentive, and the rest of the staff was just as wonderful. I love that they bring you a basket of plantain chips and Canchitas to munch on. We shared a classic ceviche as an appetizer and added some extra onion. They initially forgot to put the extra onion on top and they are extremely stingy with it. If you don't ask for extra, I'm talking maybe five slices of red onion in total. They are also very limited with the amount of sweet potato they put on the plate, not enough to have a little bit in each bite by far. But the fish was delicious and so fresh, and the leche de Tigre was perfectly tasting and texture. For the main course, we shared the risotto à la huancaina con lomo. It was so good. The steak was cooked perfectly so tender and seasoned to perfection. The one Kiana sauce could have had a little more of the aji flavor, it was indeed very cheesy, but it was still delicious and made for such a great meal.

I had the conch fritters and an arugula salad. The salad was fresh and delicious--a 10/10. The conch fritters were about a 5/10 for me. My husband had the oxtail with white rice, beans, and what I believe were plantains. He practically cleaned his plate and said he really enjoyed it, so that was a 10/10 from him. We also had spirit-free drinks, which were also good. Our server, Chris, was pleasant and accommodating without being overbearing, which we appreciated. The establishment was clean, and the ambiance was cool. Unfortunately, the overall experience was affected by the energy we encountered from a couple of staff members. The host who greeted and seated us came across as particularly cold. She also made a comment to someone that my husband could not hear, but the tone and energy of the interaction made us uncomfortable. Shortly afterward, another server approached us asking if we had been helped. When I explained that we had just arrived, his expression and demeanor also struck me as somewhat dismissive. Thankfully, Chris came over shortly after, and the energy immediately shifted. I can't speak to anyone's personal beliefs or intentions, and I don't want to assume what was behind these interactions. However, as a Black woman and an educator, I am very aware of how race, perception, and social identity can influence interactions between strangers. Unfortunately, I left feeling as though we were being viewed or treated differently, and that made it difficult to enjoy the experience fully. It was clear they were the Votaré por Donald Trump, type. To speak plain, self hating LatinX people who hold prejudice over other people of color. Plain ignorant and miserable haciendo sus trabajos modestos! It's also worth noting that the host's political expression was very apparent, which I found particularly interesting given that she was the first person guests encounter. Whatever someone's political beliefs may be, I believe that anyone working in a customer-facing role should make every guest feel welcomed and respected. Overall, the food was good, Chris was wonderful, and the space itself was nice. But hospitality is about more than food and decor; it is also about how people feel when they walk through the door. I hope the owners take that part of the guest experience seriously, because no restaurant benefits when customers leave feeling unwelcome.
