I must go whenever you visit Miami. This is my second time going to this place and specifically dislocation because they have multiple locations. Not only the staff is very friendly and took their time to explain to me their food and specialty, but all of the food that I ordered came out pretty fast. They have a very cool vibe and I really really love Peruvian ceviche. Don't get overwhelmed with them menu because they are all so good and worth it. The downside is the challenge finding a parking because this location is located at one of the most crowded area. I tried four ceviche variations sampler, and they are all divine. Oh my God, don't forget to order their grilled octopus, so so so good and highly recommend.

I really love this place! I was busy during this trip and couldn't dine in. On my last day, I knew I had to order UberEats along with my ride to airport. Thank god I timed it out perfectly! The Ceviche Trio are my favourite! It's the third time I have it and you don't wanna miss out on it. Super fresh, super flavourful, fish texture is great not chalky and old! Not fishy. I really wish they open a location in LA! *Their side limo pepper is a must (if you like spicy, it elevates the ceviche to another whole new level)

Gorgeous restaurant with indoors and outdoors-ish seatings. Happy hours between 4 and 7 at the bar area. I've been here twice in the last few months, enjoyed both times very much. Ceviche is a must-try. I thought the fried rice is a little salty, but still good. One of our server (Carlos) was amazing. He explained the menu well and made great recommendations. Parking can be a bit tough, but there are a few public parking lots just north of there.

Wow. Amazing place! Just reaffirmed my love for Peruvian food. We went as a group of 8 without reservation on a Friday night. It was crowded but still somehow we didn't have to wait long for a table. The decors was beautiful. The food as you can see from the pictures were well presented and they were so yummy. The drinks were beautifully made and tasty. Definitely worthy of instagram. And the staff probably has plenty experience there too. When we asked for group photos, the waitress and the manager proceeded to use the table lamps as lighting, we practically had a photo shoot. Would highly recommend. Can't wait to come back this way and take my wife there.

It's been a few days and I'm still thinking about this place (namely, their hotate truffle sushi roll) but everything we tried was amazing! I came here with a large group so we ordered several dishes to share. This place is known for their ceviche, but their hotate truffle sushi roll was so amazing I have to shout it out twice. The scallop in the roll melted like butter in the mouth and was so rich and flavorful. At the risk of sounding hyperbolic, I would travel to this restaurant for that dish alone. Of course, all the other food was fantastic. My other favorite was the hamachi tiradito, which was thinly sliced hamachi with onion mix, sprouts, and acevichada sauce. Overall, the freshness, bright flavors, and mix of textures throughout the entire meal will be on my mind for a long time. Our server, Yamila, was also incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive and made our entire experience great. - Ambiance: 5/5 - Food: 5+/5 - Service: 5+/5

CVI.CHE 105 was an absolute hit for our group. We ordered a ton of food to share for 9 girls and somehow demolished every single plate which is always a good sign. The standout dishes were the mini tartar tacos (so good and perfectly bite-sized), the truffle scallop nigiri, and the seafood ceviche. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, flavorful, and well-balanced. You can really tell the quality of the ingredients shines through. The only downside was lomo Saltado was a bit too citrusy for our taste but definitely special from what we've tasted in the past. Service was excellent. Our waitress was super personable, attentive, and even took the time to recommend some fun nightlife spots for us afterward, which was such a nice touch.

They have the best lobster fish ceviche with gold flakes for only $98 ( if I remember it right ). It was the best ceviche I've ever had! I thought I already tried the best ceviches in San Diego but wait until you tried this. It's very flavorful and every bite is very satisfying. They de-shelled the lobster for you so you wouldn't have to do anything else but just eat and enjoy your food. I don't remember the names of the other entree's we ordered but everything they served here is very tasty, delicious and has its rich flavors that you won't find somewhere else. The place is huge and beautiful, the employees are really friendly and kind. I did not know they have several locations but this particular restaurant is my favorite of all! I highly recommend!

Initially our waiter Franco seemed rushed but he was helpful with choosing what to try as I had never had Peruvian food. The short ribs were great & easily shared if you're not a hearty eater. We had the tres ceviche appetizer. The spicy one was the best and should be tried last. We had it first which made the other two taste bland when they weren't. We shared the baked scallops and grilled vegetables. The strawberry cake dessert and pisco sours were the best part of the meal! The setting is very nice with tables spaced for conversation.

We came back 2 years later, and still had the same wonderful experience! We split the same order as the first time and split it again. So good, and it filled both of us even though we came in hungry. Next time we're going to try something new! The surrounding tables ordered different dishes, and they all looked really good. Many people were splitting their dishes as well.

Everything was amazing. Prices was excellent for the amount of delicious food I got. Cannot praise this place enough.

Is octopus still on the menu?

    Yes.

    Is this place Kids friendly?

It depends on how old your kids are and how eclectic their tastes are. If they like this type of food and are pretty well-behaved, then I think it is fine. I was in this restaurant late on a Sunday evening and I did not see any kids there.

We have one person in our party that is vegetarian. Is there anything on the menu at all that could accommodate?

Not the place for vegetarians. They may have a salad or two, but I do not know of any good dish for vegetarians, I suggest to call the restaurant. However, the experience is so good that you deserve to go just for the ginger salad.

Can all/any ceviches be ordered without cilantro?

    YES!

Hay comida sin gluten para noño?

    Si. Ceviche.

DonI need to make a reservation?

No, but I recommend that you do, specially on a weekend afternoon or evening.

    Is the downtown location open?

Yes, they have a limited menu at their sister location next door "Pollos y Jarras."

Are you open tomorrow Fri 11/27?

Undergoing renovations. (3 months) Visit Pollos y Jarras next door

    Hola tienen servicio de delivery?

No not yet, but maybe with the Coronavirus they will. Love SuVichy they are Peruvian Japanese in the area with takeout & delivery @ 50% off.

Is there an option to just order the sushi? It's the best in the city.

Yes! I have ordered just sushi for takeout in the past

Are there any free/cheap parking locations nearby?

The parking near bayside. Valet at restaurant is $20

We really had never tried Ceviche before, but the online menu really looked spectacular. Our waitress was Angie, and she was fantastic. Such a great personality, and she went out of her way to explain all the details before we ordered. It's actually disappointing that we are just passing through and may never go back, because I would seriously like to try every last item. Rather than bore you with the list of everything we ordered, I'll share what we considered to be the best of the best. CALAMARI... we both love calamari, and we have eaten this dish at many different places. This was the best ever. Perfect. CEVICHE DE SALMON EN CANASTA DE TOSTON... seriously one of the most delicious things I have ever put in my mouth. While we did order both the ceviche camaron and the ceviche trio mixto, the hands-down winner, no questions asked, was the CEVICHE DIVINO. We finished with the TORTA DE CHOCOLATE and the smoothest, creamiest cup of coffee ever. My wife is a chocolate cake expert, and while I was finishing all the ceviche, she was having an out of body experience with the cake. I have to say that while we are borderline foodies and love cooking and eating, we probably are not the most adventurous. So glad today was different, and so thrilled with our decision to eat here. 10/10

I got the Pollo Saltado as it is my usual go to dish. The overall flavoring was decent, a little bit on the salty side. The chicken breast that came with it was a little dry and overcooked. The…read morerestaurant is located on 7th street on the ground floor of Infinity at Brickell building. The staff really do make the effort to make the experience feel as fancy as possible. What I noticed right away was that it was FREEZING inside, so if you go, make sure to bring something with you. When you first walk in, the area to your right is dimly lit and has a more "find dining" feel. The area toward the back on the other hand is very brightly lit and feels more cafeteria-like. We ended up sitting there because it was warmer toward the back of the restaurant. While perusing their wine list, I asked for the albarino which they didn't have at the time and asked to taste the sauvignon blanc they serve by the glass. It tasted more like a chardonnay to me so I asked for a glass of rose instead. I don't see it on the website now, but on that day there was a French rose available by the glass. Another gentleman comes over and tells me "I heard our wine was no to your liking, perhaps you'd like this one." He handed me a taste of a Peruvian rose which wasn't ideal, but at that point I felt guilty and didn't want to be difficult so I just kept it when he said they didn't have the French rose available. The next morning I woke up with a MASSIVE headache. So, I'm not sure Peruvian rose is for me. As for the food...we had the HAMACHI TIRADITO, CEVICHE BOTIJERO, BLACK TRUFFLE ROLL, PULPO ANTICUCHERO, and the LOMO SALTADO. The food was very very good, but my favorite was the black truffle roll. The octopus came in close second and my least favorite was the logo. If you're in Brickell and looking for good Peruvian food, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mayu. I'd just keep my expectations in check regarding the service and the overall experience, at least until they work out the kinks.
