Great spot in the Miami area. Wait staff were very helpful, ambiance was nice, and the food was delicious. Portions were MUCH bigger than expected. Come hungry.

We dropped by this spot after watching the Portugal match at fifa fest. I was worried we wouldn't be able to get in due to our casual attire but we were fine. We were quickly seated inside. There's a large "outside covered" area in front. Not sure if that's part of the same restaurant. I loved the purse rack next to our table. Great touch! I ordered the lomo saltodo. The meat was so good! I also loved dipping my fries in the sauce/gravy from the meat. The sweet plantains were a nice treat. Sweet and savory! While it says they close at 10, the restaurant stayed open well after and I saw people come in as we were leaving. There are several locations in Miami. I will definitely be back!

My friend and I ate here last night and had a great time. We ordered the causa limena and classic ceviche of the day to start. The little bit of sweet potato puree in the ceviche was a nice creamy touch to the lime flavors; the corn added a perfect crunch and the fish was super fresh. The causa was also very well balanced and great portions for both. For entrees we were both happy with our lomo saltado and tortellini à la huancaina dishes; both huge portions and sauces were very flavorful. The restaurant was big, well decorated, and not too loud despite it being Friday night. Our server, Carlos, was super attentive during our meal without rushing us at all. He was nice enough to bring me hot sauce on the side when my friend and I debated mild-spicy on our ceviche. Would highly recommend and I'd definitely come back when I'm in the area.

Had a quick stop over in Miami and was craving ceviche! CVI.CHE 105 is home to one of the best ceviches I have ever tried. Not only was the environment and wait staff so inviting, the food was delicious. I was able to be seated at the bar and ordered a drink and it was happy hour decided order the ceviche, sushi roll and scallops. Everything was amazing. The best of all was the ceviche. After, I had a sweet tooth and the waiter recommended the key lime pie! Hands down best key lime pie I have ever had! No wonder why this restaurant has so many reviews! It's truly amazing and can't wait or go back

This place is so south beach. Impeccable service, amazing presentation, vibrant flavors. I've been thinking about this place ever since I visited a month ago. Not one dish or piece of sushi was a disappointment. This place is a vibe for sure. The truffle Scallop roll was very memorable and the desserts were

I must go whenever you visit Miami. This is my second time going to this place and specifically dislocation because they have multiple locations. Not only the staff is very friendly and took their time to explain to me their food and specialty, but all of the food that I ordered came out pretty fast. They have a very cool vibe and I really really love Peruvian ceviche. Don't get overwhelmed with them menu because they are all so good and worth it. The downside is the challenge finding a parking because this location is located at one of the most crowded area. I tried four ceviche variations sampler, and they are all divine. Oh my God, don't forget to order their grilled octopus, so so so good and highly recommend.

Delicious ceviches! We tried two of them, so refreshing the scallops, shrimp, octopus, fish - with delicious sauce. Wish we could have tried all the ceviches. The special salmon pasta dish was okay, salmon was very dry. But the seafood paella is so Amazing!! Beautiful atmosphere and staff was very attentive & friendly!

Really nice atmosphere, cool place. The food was good, portions size good too! Just our waiter wasn't so grate, but we enjoyed !

I really love this place! I was busy during this trip and couldn't dine in. On my last day, I knew I had to order UberEats along with my ride to airport. Thank god I timed it out perfectly! The Ceviche Trio are my favourite! It's the third time I have it and you don't wanna miss out on it. Super fresh, super flavourful, fish texture is great not chalky and old! Not fishy. I really wish they open a location in LA! *Their side limo pepper is a must (if you like spicy, it elevates the ceviche to another whole new level)

I recently visited CVI.CHE 105 and had mehhhh feelings about this place. On the positive side, the food was excellent. The fish tasted fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with citrus and spice. The portions were small, but every dish that came to the table was well-presented so flavorful and packed with great flavor, (I don't know anything about Peru so i guess it tasted Peruvian..lol.) The atmosphere was lively, the dining area was beautifully designed and it's easy to see why they were recommended and popular. Unfortunately, there was one issue that significantly impacted my thoughts while sitting at the bar. I observed the bartender using the same pair of gloves to handle cash, operate the payment terminal, prepare drinks, and serve food without changing gloves. As someone who pays attention to food safety and sanitation, especially when I can see it ,this was concerning to watch and took away from what was otherwise a very enjoyable visit. Fortunately he only made me one drink and took my payment other than that he had no real impact on my eating or drinking experience I just thought it was not very clean in that he was used to doing this daily. The food itself deserves high marks, and I could see nothing that was going on in the kitchen so I can only guess they're doing everything correct but improper hygiene practices behind the bar are just as important as in the kitchen. I hope management addresses this because the restaurant was pretty cool and I was planning on visiting later that night. If not for that experience, I would have rated it at least four stars for the flavor and the service and taken away one star for the portion size but I understand it's Miami and you get an experience and a location not necessarily what you pay for. For now, I'm giving it 3 stars based on the excellent food but disappointing attention to sanitation.

I have no idea how this doesn't have 5 stars. I'm obsessed with this restaurant. Great service. Very vibey ambiance. Delicious food. I love the chicken causa and the tres ceviche platter (fish only). So so so fire

Wow. Amazing place! Just reaffirmed my love for Peruvian food. We went as a group of 8 without reservation on a Friday night. It was crowded but still somehow we didn't have to wait long for a table. The decors was beautiful. The food as you can see from the pictures were well presented and they were so yummy. The drinks were beautifully made and tasty. Definitely worthy of instagram. And the staff probably has plenty experience there too. When we asked for group photos, the waitress and the manager proceeded to use the table lamps as lighting, we practically had a photo shoot. Would highly recommend. Can't wait to come back this way and take my wife there.

It's been a few days and I'm still thinking about this place (namely, their hotate truffle sushi roll) but everything we tried was amazing! I came here with a large group so we ordered several dishes to share. This place is known for their ceviche, but their hotate truffle sushi roll was so amazing I have to shout it out twice. The scallop in the roll melted like butter in the mouth and was so rich and flavorful. At the risk of sounding hyperbolic, I would travel to this restaurant for that dish alone. Of course, all the other food was fantastic. My other favorite was the hamachi tiradito, which was thinly sliced hamachi with onion mix, sprouts, and acevichada sauce. Overall, the freshness, bright flavors, and mix of textures throughout the entire meal will be on my mind for a long time. Our server, Yamila, was also incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive and made our entire experience great. - Ambiance: 5/5 - Food: 5+/5 - Service: 5+/5

Is octopus still on the menu?

    Yes.

    Is this place Kids friendly?

It depends on how old your kids are and how eclectic their tastes are. If they like this type of food and are pretty well-behaved, then I think it is fine. I was in this restaurant late on a Sunday evening and I did not see any kids there.

We have one person in our party that is vegetarian. Is there anything on the menu at all that could accommodate?

Not the place for vegetarians. They may have a salad or two, but I do not know of any good dish for vegetarians, I suggest to call the restaurant. However, the experience is so good that you deserve to go just for the ginger salad.

Can all/any ceviches be ordered without cilantro?

    YES!

Hay comida sin gluten para noño?

    Si. Ceviche.

DonI need to make a reservation?

No, but I recommend that you do, specially on a weekend afternoon or evening.

    Is the downtown location open?

Yes, they have a limited menu at their sister location next door "Pollos y Jarras."

Are you open tomorrow Fri 11/27?

Undergoing renovations. (3 months) Visit Pollos y Jarras next door

    Hola tienen servicio de delivery?

No not yet, but maybe with the Coronavirus they will. Love SuVichy they are Peruvian Japanese in the area with takeout & delivery @ 50% off.

Is there an option to just order the sushi? It's the best in the city.

Yes! I have ordered just sushi for takeout in the past

Are there any free/cheap parking locations nearby?

The parking near bayside. Valet at restaurant is $20

It was tart with a slight heat from the chili, with cilantro, thinly sliced red onion, sweet potato, and giant corn - nicely salty. The fish was fresh, and was nicely marinated. The Causa Ganadora was very good - cold mashed potato with Peruvian red pepper, oil, and lime, serviced with panko shrimp with a maracuya sauce. The panko shirmp was lightly crisp. The Lomo Saltado was good, too. The meat was tender, the fries were good, onions, and tomatoes with a side of rice. The Parihuela Acevichada was very tasty, served hot, with corvina, shrimp, squid, and musssels. To drink, I tried the Chicha Morada, with purple corn, pineapple, clove, and cinnamon was good. My server was friendly. It's a small place, with a small bar.
