The environment and ambience was amazing! I have included the cumbia lettering scattered around the restaurant. The music as well was wonderful. Ordered pollo Ala brasa. It was good, not the best I've had but good flavor! Good creams provided as well. I cannot remember which creams but there was 5 of them. Lomo saltado was also ordered and it was amazing! Tender and flavorful.

I love Peruvian food so I made us reservations. My momma has never had Peruvian food so it was a treat for her. They gave us some cilantro soup as an appetizer and it was delicious! We asked for a second little cup and if we weren't getting on a cruise the next day, we would have ordered some to go. Service is good. Our server explained everything for us. We didn't need reservations because it wasn't that packed on a Sunday afternoon. Inside transport you to a fun, funky time with the brightly painted walls. I ordered the rotisserie chicken but swapped the fries for fried yucas. The yucas were a little tough but had good flavor. The chicken was awesome. Full of flavor and juicy. My salad I enjoyed but would have loved it with better salad dressing. My mom ordered the steak and chicken bowl. She enjoyed the flavor but would have liked more meat. Overall, we loved our time here and if our flight wasn't so early when we docked, we would have gone back!

Very poor customer service. They rarely answer the phone for takeout orders, and the staff is not friendly or welcoming. I also had to wait about 25 minutes for my order. The service definitely needs improvement.

I have been to the ceviche restaurant next door so many times but felt overwhelmed by the decor of Pollos & Jarras. A friend finally convinced me to go and while I was still overwhelmed with the decor, I was happy I went. The colors are bright and they had pool floaties all over the ceiling, which some where dusty and deflated, but it was part of their Miami theme. The service was typical of Miami where it was great but then they got busy and we had 2 different servers that didn't communicate and so it was dejavu all over. The food on the other end was great, for a restaurant that focuses on chicken it was great! we ordered a combo to feed us all and our bellies were happy.

10 stars!! We had 14 dishes at our large table, all were outstanding. Same owner as CVI.CHE, but this restaurant is MUCH QUIETER. It's directly next door and doesn't have that awful blasting music like CVI.CHE does on Fridays and Saturdays. The second floor is even nicer and is accessible by elevator. Parking is a nightmare, they have $25 valet.

A great selection of chicken dishes. The sangria is good too! Ask for the passionfruit if you love some sweet and sour sangria. The views and interior are good! Sebastian was an excellent server and talked us through different options on the menu.

My boo and I were starving and wanted some delicious and quick to eat. The service was pretty quick (although the food way out way before the appetizer). The mix salteado was amazing; super flavorful and the rice was spot on. My rotisserie chicken was really good and tender, fries were super hot and the rice was delicious as well. It was chofan style with lots of chicken. For the appetizer we got the chicken empanadas and they were super delicious paired with the green sauce on the side. The food was so good that he wanted to come back the next day. 10/10 recommend and would be back next time we come to Miami! The vibes were also cute inside. Super colorful, welcoming and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu which was a plus.

Touchdown Miami! First order of business was finding a serious meal, and Pollos y Jarras absolutely delivered. If you are hunting for the most tender, flavorful Peruvian rotisserie chicken in the city, look no further. The experience starts the moment you walk in--we were guided into an elevator to the second floor, and upon exiting, you're greeted by colorful, fun decorations that you can't take your eyes off! The vibe is 10/10. The staff was so helpful with order. We fueled up with: 1/4 Rotisserie (dark meat): Served with a fresh house salad and crispy fries. "El Mostro de Miami": The white meat was surprisingly juicy and paired perfectly with rice and fries. Everything was super tasty and the portions were generous. What a perfect start to our trip!

After a long day of travelling, Pollos & Jarros hit the spot perfectly. We ordered the 1/4 rotisserie chicken, and the dark meat was incredibly flavourful, juicy, and tender. The dish came with crispy, crunchy fries and a simple, fresh salad that balanced everything out nicely. We also tried the El Mostro de Miami, which includes a 1/4 rotisserie chicken with white meat. This one came with a delicious fried rice with chicken and a side of fries... comforting, satisfying, and full of flavour. Everything was cooked well, generously portioned, and exactly what we needed after a full day on the go. A great spot for hearty, comforting rotisserie chicken dishes!

The service alone was worth 5 stars: we were warmly greeted as soon as we arrived, promptly seated, and provided a thorough review of the menus. Our group ordered some ceviche, causas, chaufa Calle Capon, antichucho, and a carafe of sangria - all were delicious, and we'd order again!

Roger was a great waiter! Great ceviche & chicken. First time in miami had a great service

Some of the best food I've had in a minute. This menu item was brought for Mother's Day and is a "secret menu" item as it's not found on the menu. It comes with half a rotisserie chicken, 2 shrimp skewers, churrasco steak, potatoes, and a side of fried rice. More than enough for 2-3 people. For our starter we got the chicken tequeños and they were so fresh and crispy. I'm glad there's multiple locations of this restaurant. Staff was super friendly as well!

    Stuffed avocado appetizer.

It was tart with a slight heat from the chili, with cilantro, thinly sliced red onion, sweet potato, and giant corn - nicely salty. The fish was fresh, and was nicely marinated. The Causa Ganadora was very good - cold mashed potato with Peruvian red pepper, oil, and lime, serviced with panko shrimp with a maracuya sauce. The panko shirmp was lightly crisp. The Lomo Saltado was good, too. The meat was tender, the fries were good, onions, and tomatoes with a side of rice. The Parihuela Acevichada was very tasty, served hot, with corvina, shrimp, squid, and musssels. To drink, I tried the Chicha Morada, with purple corn, pineapple, clove, and cinnamon was good. My server was friendly. It's a small place, with a small bar.

What a gorgeous space for dates, birthday dinners or nights out. The food was incredible. Papa à la huancaina was excellent and it was probably my least fav thing we ordered. They have another name on the menu, but you'll find it under appetizers. Aji de gallina was the best i have ever had. Ripped up chicken tossed in huancaina sauce and served with white rice and potatoes. The ceviche trio was amazing too. I thought classic would be my favorite. The I tried the rocoto and that was my favorite. Then I tried the aji Amarillo and that was my fav! All three are some of the best I've ever had.
