This place is so good! 10/10! Everything was delicious and inside the restaurant is so beautiful and modern looking. Our server David did an incredible giving suggestions and was really patient and attentive. I'll for sure be going back. Literally everything tasted so good. I probably would say my least fave dish was the arroz con pollo. Beware it comes with a lottt of rice but the flavor profile doesn't come close to the Pesca Y Mariscales Al Ajíllo!! The pico sour was delish too! Also, we enjoyed the Torta De Chocolate, however, probably would've been better if it were warm and not so cold. Either way, I'll be back! So good!

The ceviche is the really good: fresh, citrusy leche de tigre with just the right kick. The seafood rice was rich, loaded, and the kind of dish you finish every last bite of. The atmosphere is vibrant and energetic with Latin influences:colorful decor and lively music that makes the whole meal feel like an experience, not just a dinner.

CVI.CHE 105 dishes out some of the best Peruvian food I had. It's one of my favourite restaurants in Miami so far. They are doing very well and expanding further, this is one of their newer locations. Located in The Plaza Coral Gables, the venue is a good size with ample amount of seating inside and outside as well. The decor for CVI.CHE 105 is very eccentric, this one is no different. #AdultDranks: ~ Ginko - 5/5 This was the August 2025 monthly special cocktail. Piscio based. I don't remember the details, but its was absolutely delish! ~ Piscio Inferno - 4.5/5 Basically a different take on a Piscio Sour; with Mango and no Egg. Pisco 105, Mezcal, Ancho Reyes, Mango, Cilantro and Lime. #PeruvianEats: ~ Tiradito Colosal - 5/5 A Peruvian Sashimi-style dish; thin sliced raw fish in some kind of Crack sauce sitting under a crisp layer of home made cracker topped with sliced onions and caviar. ~ El Trio Perfecto - 5/5 (Not on the Current Menu - Aug. 2025) This was not on the menu at the time of our visit. Our waitress told us about this dish. She said it was going to be a possible future item. "- 3 dishes in one of a mahi mahi catch of the day ceviche , tuna salad causa, and crispy chicharron of red snapper. El Trio Perfecto nunca Falla Whole pargo in 3 styles: Yellow pepper ceviche, black causa with tuna salad and crispy jalea. The best of the 3 worlds!" Everything was amazing! The service was brilliant. Our waitress Dani was very sweet, patient and helpful. Another excellent experience at a different CVI.CHE 105!

Another top notch incredible experience. Mateo was our server and he was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. The restaurant is just beautiful. The food is just outstanding. The ceviche is fresh and flavorful. This sets the bar very high for Peruvian cuisine and it's a must visit.

Another win in the 305! Fresh and delicious food, combined with a beautiful ambiance and excellent customer service! From the moment that you walk in, the service begins. Alejandro, was our server and he did a great job with making suggestions and the timing of all the food we ordered for our party. From veggie to chicken fried rice to ceviche, sushi and key lime pie, it was great! The mocktail (Moscow mule) and cocktails (Lychee martini) were great! Slightly pricy for the cocktail ($22) but the mocktail was priced well ($9). We did get a special that was off the menu. It sounded great and tasted the same, but the dish was $98. We felt as though that should have been relayed up front, and that was our only negative. It seemed more like a $50 dish. Regardless of that part, we still had a great time with great food and great service and that's all that matters. It was my first time there and I'll be sure to go back. Check them out and enjoy!

What a venue! Super trendy and chic. You can dress up or be casual. The service was great. Our waiter, Michel S., was welcoming, quick, and knowledgeable. He made the whole experience great. Food was DELICIOUS all around. I ordered de jaleon and the fish literally melted in my mouth. The sauces were flavorful but not overpowering. The fried yuca was perfect and the while dish was plenty. I would definitely come back.

This place is fantastic! The ambiance, service, and food are all top-notch. Our waiter, Bayardo, was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we had plenty of water refills. The restaurant's cool decor and DJ set the perfect mood for a great time. Every dish I tried was delicious and bursting with flavor.

Come here twice now with friends and with family. Food portions are impressive and the quality is good. They have a lot of options to choose from. Some favorites have been the ceviche concha de sus mares and noquis a la huancaina trufada (if you like creamy rich gnocchi with truffle flavor, this is great). I tried the pastel de choclo that my friend ordered which I would definitely be interested in ordering again in the future (tastes like cornbread in bread pudding form). Service is fantastic, attentive, and they tried their best to accomodate my family's special food requests which I appreciate. I've been to another cvi.che 105 location, but this place definitely wins in the nicer ambience. The only thing about this location is that it's difficult with parking--either street parking or the pricey parking garage. Overall it is a little pricey but good quality food and ambience.

I love the causa de pollo (right) & be sure to get La Perricholi 105 (middle) & Acevichado 105 (left)

Ceviche 105 is hands down one of my favorite neighborhood restaurants. I have been to all of the locations, but the Gables one is my absolute favorite. It is stunning with a beautiful ambiance, gorgeous decor, and such a great vibe overall. The service is always on point, the food comes out fast, and I honestly cannot think of a single bad experience. I eat here at least once a week, not exaggerating. My go to starters are the Ceviche Nikkei tartare and the causa de pollo, always a win. For mains, I am a sushi lover, so the Acevichado 105 is a must. The flavor combination is unreal. And if you love crispy rice like I do, La Perricholi 105 is non negotiable. So, so good. I definitely need to step out of my comfort zone and try more dishes, but these are my ride or dies because they never miss. That said, when I do want an entrée, the lomo saltado never disappoints, and the ají de gallina is something I am obsessed with. Truly comfort food perfection. Do yourself a favor and go here as soon as possible if you have not already. I promise you will get hooked. For more, check out my IG @lagordademiami

I didn't know they open a new chi.che 105 in the gables. Found it by coincidence and it was a great find! I have been to the downtown and dadeland location but this location beat the other 2 in all areas. It's a beautiful restaurant and I like the concept they have going on. The food did not disappointed. We shared a jalea, very good but on the smaller side and the chaufa seafood rice was delicious. My favorite of the night was the dessert. I love their suspiro limeño. The drinks were amazing and the service was on point. Definitely my favorite new location. Parking is can be expensive or hard to find. But it's worth it.

CVI.CHE 105 is one of the restaurants that is within easy walking distance from the Loew's Hotel, where my wife and I were staying. The food was excellent, and the pisco-based cocktails were superb as we sat in the outdoor patio area overlooking the coral-sculptured fountain. The Conchas Gratin 105 was magical, paired with fresh Peruvian scallops and cheese au gratin. The creamy sauce with lime was divine, complementing the scallops well. Also magical was the Papas A La Huancaína with the Andean yellow pepper cream, while the ceviche dish we ordered at the start of our meal was scrumptious. Cocktail-wise, I opted for the Pisco-based options, specifically the Pisco Inferno and Pisco Sour. Both were fantastic and went well with our order.

The restaurant is beautiful. We were automatically seated as soon as we arrived. They have a great happy hour from 4PM to 7 PM, where you get two drinks for the price of one. I tried Carapacho, which was really refreshing. It also came in a unique cup. To eat, we tried the carapacho croquetas, cevichito, crab bisque, ribeye, chopsue and tres leche. We wanted to try the tuna tartar sampler and Galapagos Brujo but they had ran out. They also ran out of the Baklava for dessert and replaced it with tres leche. Which I was happy about because the tres leche was delicious. One of the best tres leche I've had. The croquetas and cevichito were also very tasty. I would definitely order them again. The crab bisque was rich in flavors. The ribeye was cooked to perfection and creamy lentil moro that it came with was delicious as well. The chopsue was okay but I do not think I would order it again. My friend loved it though. The service was great. My friend and I were talking for hours and not once were we rushed. I appreciated that. I was also actually surprised to see the amount of people that would come in and out of the restaurant during our time there. Extremely disappointing experience -- I would not recommend MesaMar…read more I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel other diners should know what happened. We made our reservation through OpenTable for 9:45 PM. OpenTable was showing reservations available as late as 11:00 PM, so there was absolutely no indication that arriving at 9:45 would be a problem. We arrived around 9:30 and were seated promptly. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. We were served bread and ordered dinner. Our salad arrived in a plastic dish, which seemed completely out of place at an expensive restaurant and especially strange because the restaurant was not particularly busy. My wife is a very clean eater and a pescatarian and ordered the fresh catch of the day (snapper) specifically as a whole grilled fish. When it arrived, it looked fried, smelled fried, and tasted fried. We questioned the preparation because it clearly did not appear grilled. Even our server seemed uncertain and went back to the kitchen to check. At that point we were also informed that the kitchen was already closed at approximately 10:00 PM. That is difficult to understand when OpenTable was accepting reservations through 11:00 PM. My wife therefore could not have the fish replaced with what she had actually ordered, nor could she order something else. She essentially had no dinner. I had ordered a shrimp dish with a sauce and asked for some additional bread to enjoy with the sauce. Again, we were told the kitchen was closed. Instead of bread, we were brought potato chips (to enjoy the sauce with?) To make matters worse, we asked for the manager and were told that he had already left for the evening, so there was no one available with the authority to address the situation. The server seemed completely paralyzed about what to do. Despite my wife not eating the incorrectly prepared fish and being unable to order a replacement, we were charged full price for it. I do want to make one thing very clear: our server was a nice guy who was trying his best under circumstances that apparently were beyond his control. I was so unhappy with the overall experience that I genuinely did not feel like leaving a tip, but I also did not think it was fair to punish him for management and kitchen failures, so I still left him 20%. (still less that I might have otherwise left). The evening was essentially ruined. My wife left hungry, it was too late to reasonably start over somewhere else, and what should have been an enjoyable dinner became an exercise in frustration. For an expensive seafood restaurant, customers should be able to expect that their food will be prepared as ordered, that a kitchen will remain operational when the restaurant is still accepting reservations, and that someone in management will be available when a significant problem occurs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MesaMar. Miami has far too many excellent restaurants and seafood options to accept an awful experience like this. This is not an establishment that respects its customers. Spend your hard earned money at a place that cares more about its customers.

Enter fresh Florida fisheries I popped in on Saturday morning and was immediately impressed how fresh all of the seafood looked and how organized it was basically you order at the counter. The staff is super knowledgeable and they will prep your fish for you however you like. Then they give you a number for your order when you pay, and then you wait for your number to be called. I knew I was looking for for tuna, and my eyes definitely wandered at the selection of fish! The person who helped me was super friendly, suggested the amount that I should be ordering for the party size and was able to clean the fish for me. I also thought that the price was super reasonable for fresh locally caught tuna it was 2499 a pound I got a little bit under 3 pounds for just around $70 and it was incredible. I will definitely be back to explore more of the seafood options that they have. Fish is something that I love to eat, but don't often buy from a grocery store because I get a little weirded out at the quality. Knowing that this is so close to my house with high-quality fish for a great price will make me a returning customer for sure. Parking is pretty chill and easy in their front lot and I'm sure you can park down the street if it's a really busy day. Will be back.

If so, I…read morewould have come at a time where I was hungry and for a mere five dollars had them prepare my meal for me. But that being said, I found it to be a very nice fish market. Now there is a huge downside that you immediately encounter when you arrive. The parking lot is exceptionally small and people are parked every which way, except in the spaces. Getting to the actual building will take some time. The neighboring lots have pretty clear signs that they will tell you if you park there. So you're stuck dealing with what it is. The fish variety is good, although not great. If you're looking for strictly local fish, you'll probably find what you want. Several varieties of snapper and the fish looked wonderful and fresh. Some of my favorites like hogfish and grouper. You can buy the whole fish and they'll fillet it for you or you can buy fillets if they have them of the fish that you want. But the part I missed is having them cook it for me. Now that is something I would like to try next time The downside is they strictly local fish. You won't find any flatfish and I was surprised that they did not have any U4 or U6 shrimp which I like to use to make paella. In addition, I did not see fresh scallops. They did have some nice lobster tails although I did not see other shellfish. Some people have said the prices are reasonable; I found them about 20 to 30% higher than other fish markets I visit. The people here are really nice in the market is attractive. I will be back as I said to get a meal cooked for me in part because it is closer than the fish markets I usually visit and also my curiosity after reading other reviews. I recommend this market if you have the patience to wait for a parking space. If you're looking for the larger shrimp for paella look elsewhere

Now to the food... We started things off with the pan con tomate with Serrano Ham and manchego cheese. Although this is a staple of tapas dining in Spain I had never tried it and was impressed with the depth of flavor and the different notes that it offered. It was excellent and I highly recommend it. Next was the gambas al ajillo which are broiled shrimp in a garlicky pepper butter sauce. These were very good Lastly we ordered the Serrano ham croquettes which came with a wonderful fig jam. These proved to steal the show. Hands down 5 stars! Because it was happy hour until 7pm, I got a Spanish beer (Mahou) and a wonderful glass of Malbec for $6 each. Here's what we tried: Seasonal Brick-Oven Gnocchi -- Lobster & Avocado Flatbread -- Filet Mignon & Maine Lobster Tail-- Wood-Grilled Filet Mignon -- The service was excellent, the atmosphere was elegant without feeling stuffy, and this is absolutely a place I'd recommend for a special occasion--or just cocktails at that gorgeous bar. We asked for the dessert menu and instead of bringing it to us, the waiter brought over a dessert sample and said was on the house. It was weird that he didn't let us order ourselves but we were appreciative. When the bill came, we noticed that he only charged us for drinks and appetizers leaving off three entrees. None of us felt comfortable with this so we told him about his mistake. He said "weird," excused himself, and came back and told us it wasn't in the computer and it was just our "lucky day." We didn't argue and decided to make it up to the waiter (Mario) with a massive tip. We spent a long time calculating it, (after a few drinks, our math skills were sub-par lol), and paid. We were about to leave when the manager came over (Gladys) and said we didn't pay for our entrees and couldn't leave. The waiter dipped his head and played clueless. Gladys was extremely aggressive with us when we simply had questions about the remaining bill. Rather than apologizing for THEIR mistake, she basically accused US of trying to get out of paying and threatened to call the cops if we didn't pay. We had no intention of refusing to pay and yet she treated us like criminals. Really messed up service and would not recommend.
