The parking lot is non-existent, so you try to find parking on the street and not get towed, or you pay $10 for valet. We were a party of 4. We were sat immediately on a Thursday night at 7pm. It continued to get busier as the night went on. The ladies split a bottle of a white blend. It was delicious. The men each had a glass of Malbec. We ordered the Procuitto and burrata salad as an appetizer. It was huge. Perfect to split amongst the 4 of us. We also ordered the beef empanada to share. It was really good! They brought out some warm bread with butter and tomatoes. For dinner we all ordered the Vacio, except my daughter ordered the gnocchi with braised beef. We were enjoying everything so much that I didn't take pictures before we were almost finished eating. Everything was amazing! The steak was so tender! Cooked to perfection! Very tasty. We asked for some chimichurri and they brought us some small (2 tablespoons) cups of it. I had the roasted potatoes on the side. My husband had the fries. You could tell that the fries were handmade. Was invited to come to this hidden gem. Never knew this restaurant was even there and i have been driving through there for so many years. Fiorito is absolutely amazing. This place was packed , alive and energetic. Customers were lined up waiting and honestly were enjoying themselves while waiting with family, friends and significant others. I was with a group of 5 , waited on the outside while having a nice cold IPA and was seated in about 10 minutes. Service was amazing. Very kind , attentive and delivered with smiles on their faces. Food was nothing short of amazing. The Picanha steak was one of the best steak i have had in a very long time. Served medium rare with a char and simply delicious. This hidden gem was spectacular! So cute and small. As the first pit spot to Miami, I was not disappointed at all. Started off with Empanadas de carne and de choclo. Great taste love how the tapas were soft and had a nice crust. As for main entrees, I had their Prime Picanha Steak with a side of mashed potatoes. I was left speechless. The temperature on it was amazing. Salted to perfection. One thing I wish I had was more of the Ají that it came with. I thought it was chimichurri but a great add on. I know this word gets thrown around a lot, but this place really is a vibe. It's a no frills Argentinian steak house identical to what you'd find in Argentina. The empanada's were outrageous and the chimichurri that it (and the steaks) came with is one of the best I've ever had. It had the perfect amount of garlic in it. I also enjoyed a ribeye and a glass of cab sav. The steak was cooked perfectly, the potatoes that came with it were great. I mean, what more is there to say? This is a great steak house with great food and it is well priced. Service was excellent too. Also, very flavorful especially with the added chimichurri sauce. Included side was the French fried potatoes which I asked for extra crispy. I don't know how they normally are served but these were cooked perfectly. For those who do not like loud restaurants, this one gets loud. After reading several reviews , I was intrigued about this place and chose give it a try. Let's start with the location. It's not in a good neighborhood. There is valet parking but you really don't know where they park your car and how safe it is where they leave it. So you have an option to valet or park at your own risk around the neighborhood. As I walked into the restaurant, you can see the kitchen from the outside. Not very appealing. We had a reservation and made us wait like 15 min for a table. Staff was ok but felt like they were operating as a factory. We ordered and waited for our food for another 20min. While we waited, I observed the ambiance. Mostly there were groups of families. Some seemed like tourists. Cosmetically, the restaurant is very worn down and seems like they've never invested a dime into giving it an uplift. For our lunch, we ordered 1x sausage platter, 1x empanda chocio, 1x carne empanada, 1x ocotpus, 2x churrascos, 1x short rib, 1x porcini mushroom ravioli, and 1x Corvina. Moving on with my review, the food yet again was spectacular! I won't cover in depth the items we had last time, but I will say that they were all so delightful! For the new items; the short ribs were pull apart tender and came in a nicely balanced savory red sauce! The porcini mushroom came in a light cream sauce, but the pasta itself had a great soft exterior and the mushroom filling was savory and delicious! Fiorito is the kind of place I LOVE; a whole in the wall, in the middle of nowhere, with friendly staff and the best casual vibes. You don't need a reservation here - you will be greeted with a smile and seated right away anyways. Now the food... Wow. As it was our first time we had to try the empanadas and they were 10/10. We also had ICE COLD Quilmes beer. For the mains, I had the Picanha with Mashed Potato and Chimichurri and my husband had the Milanese with Fries and we absolutely loved everything. Also, the portions are HUGE and we could have shared only one plate - so keep that in mind!! They have around 5 free parking spots but also offer valet. This place did not disappoint. It was easy to get in and out. We drop some family members off at the port for their cruise and stopped by here on the way home. The steak was phenomenal as was every single food item we ordered. The empanadas were amazing, the bread was terrific, and they brought out some chimichurri sauce for dipping. If I lived here, I would be here monthly if not weekly. Our servers were very attentive and the manager walked around several times. You know when people are intentional about eye contact. They clearly want their customers to enjoy their dining experience. The inside is nice, but not overdone. It feels like expensive restaurants I've been in in Central America or the Caribbean. We ended up getting 3 servings of the bread cause I love bread and my gf loved the tomatoes. Once we got our food I saw the generous portion sizes which make up for the price. The churrasco was delicious! It came with chimi which i would dip both the churrasco and fries into. Service is really nice. We had 3 different people help us once we were seated, our waiter, and two runners who would check on us and take empty plates as they happened (and bring us bread lol). It looks like everyone here works well together which makes service very enjoyable. While eating we also noticed Chris Nunez (from miami ink/ink master) showed up so I'm thinking this place is way popular (I'm just never in the area so didn't know) I highly recommend it. Solid balsamic glaze and makes a great app salad. Entrees I've had: Churrasco - it's hard not to get this every time I come here. The meat is never the incorrect requested temperature. The seasoning is simple and the chimichurri sauce is always an amazing combo with the savory meat. The meat is always so soft and tender, basically melts in your mouth. The cut potatos with it soaked up the plates juices and made an excellent pair to the dish. I usually get a side of white rice with it. Rice is always excellent, I'm not sure what they put on it (oil, butter, or salt) but it's always perfect in flavor and texture!! Napolitana - I've only strayed from the churrasco a few times, but this steak is always worth it. It's so crispy, has just enough sauce so it's not too saucy, and the cheese is always perfectly melted on top. Cannot go wrong with this entree. Pork confit -this dish's meat was very tender, I got this once. It was tangy, savory, and has lots of complimenting notes and flavors within the dish. Dessert : Chocolate mousse - smooth, creamy, and rich. It's super yummy and is topped with complimenting fresh blueberries, cut strawberry, and pecan bits.
