We've been to Kebo many times, but this weekend they had an amazing wine tasting event with the most exquisite menu. Wow! The place is very cozy and the service is wonderful. That night they outdid themselves! I took pictures of the first few pairings, but the ambience and the music made me forget to take pictures of the rest! The prawns with basmati rice and vegetables was superb! And the tocinillo del cielo was amazing. If you like morcilla - this is the place. And I had never had stewed wild boar with chocolate sauce - OMG! If you're looking for Spanish food, there are many good options in Miami, but Kebo should be at the top of your list! Super authentic and tasty spanish food- but definitely on the pricey side so prepare to spend. Kebo is tucked away in a shopping area on key biscayne and seems to be family owned. My boyfriend's parents are from Spain and they rave about this place being pretty spot on to food back home. If you're coming out here, you have to do the paella. I also recommend ordering a few rounds of tapas. They do not have any liquor- beer and wine only! Le me start by saying this restaurant doesn't have a full bar and that's terrible for us, we are not wine drinkers , I had to order a white sangria that was bad, the food was ok we had many plates , the service was good but also nothing special , the restaurant was extremely hot , the A/C wasn't working we had to ask them to put it lower, ambience was boring. After my friend from Spain made me try several Spanish cuisine restaurants without success. We went to Kebo restaurant on a Saturday afternoon. At first glance was busy but comfortable. Servers tend to us immediately and sat us outside, for Miami it was a bit too hot, even though it has a roof. Nonetheless, the service was very attentive and super friendly, we opted for the Paella after we delighted some croquetas. Needless to say our Spanish cuisine scouting has finished. Kebo was everything and more than my friend wanted and she as many native Spanish people is very picky with the places that claim in America to achieve the Spanish flavors at best. I recently had a great dinner here. I really enjoyed everything we got although the pasta in the linguine clams was more than al dente and was not super enjoyable. I loved our tapas which was the duck foie gras appetizer, very delicious and they gave us a nice amount of foie gras. The branzino was perfectly cooked, nice and moist and paired with a garlic aioli and oil olive. I wish they would have paid a bit more attention to our table as I kept having to request them to pour our wine. We really enjoyed our dinner over all. I wouldn't really go back. We got tapas, wine, and the bill came out to 140$ for something that was very okay. I wasn't wowed, except for at the end when we saw the bill! Hah! What's worse is that we were kind of made to feel like we weren't ordering enough or we were being stingy, but come on. 140 for two people getting taps? I mean come on. Th reason I'm quite frustrated is because they also said the outdoor seating was full and they put us inside. When we got there not a single table outside was used (except for 1) and when we left there were a few tables open. Not sure if they were racist, classist, or just not great at customer service. Five stars all the way for this totally authentic mom & pop establishment. We were greeted and seated right away on a random Tuesday evening dinner around 6:30. We had our choice of a lovely romantic candlelit table for two. It's a pretty place inside this small open style Florida mall. We had a helpful conversation with one of the family owners who gave us a rundown in a nice friendly manner. We chose the Giant Tiger Prawn Paella for two which takes a half hour to make. You can actually see the master chefs at work! We had two small apps of fish croquettes & meatballs, plus small loaf of fresh toasted bread. All fantastic. Then the gorgeous presentation of the paella in the pan. Wow, What a masterpiece! Heavy & well prepared. He placed it artfully on two plates and we really enjoyed it!! It's like no other paella ever. What a gem in an area with overpriced overhyped restaurants. We had clams, prawns, pork tenderloin and monkfish. The monkfish was exquisite, cooked only with olive oil. My prawns were delicious, the clams were perfectly cooked. Pork tenderloin was slightly dry. The kids gobbled their chicken and rice, and burger and fries - the burger was the tastiest I've tried in quite some time. Service was excellent, servers were attentive and polite. KeBo we love you! I have visited at least 5 times and this restaurants has become my #1 in the key. I'd say we visit at least once a month. Service and food are always stellar, every visit. Loved it! At first I was skeptical because it's in a plaza but I was in love with the ambiance, the large food menu and the huge wine selection. Inconsistent! Some days are good the next is terrible. Got the paella today for 2 $60 and we barely had any seafood. Also mussels tasted terrible. We pretty much just had rice. Never got asked by the staff if we were enjoying our meal. Bad service and food today. read more

BIG NO!!! worst place that I have been in Key biscayne that place is gross is full off roaches everywhere I personally saw it while they were running through the cheese and the bellota ham, that ham also looks to be outside night and days. First you have to do is kill the roaches and the rats that live in the kitchen, then you can open de restaurante again. SORRY NOT SORRY. Absolutely fabulous! We sat in the back by the kitchen and let Frankie run us through all of his recommendations. One of the best dining experiences we've had in South Florida. Authentic Spanish cuisine, the paella and the potato tortilla were our favorites!
