During our last visit, an expensive black Prada bag disappeared inside the restaurant. At first, the General Manager, Cecilia, confirmed that we arrived with the bag and stated they were reviewing all camera footage. However, despite multiple requests, we were never shown the arrival footage or provided clear evidence proving what happened to the bag. The communication became increasingly contradictory, and instead of transparency and professional assistance, we were eventually accused of acting "fraudulently" and formally trespassed from the property. What shocked us most was not only the disappearance of a valuable personal item, but the way loyal customers were treated afterward: * no transparency,* no proper cooperation,* no accountability,* and accusations without clear proof. We remained respectful throughout the entire process and simply asked for clear confirmation regarding the footage. Instead, the situation escalated into accusations and threats of trespassing. If personal belongings can disappear inside a restaurant and management responds this way, guests should seriously think twice before leaving valuables there. At this point, we sincerely hope the restaurant owner or upper management reviews this situation carefully, conducts a proper internal investigation into how this matter was handled, and contacts us directly in hopes of reaching a fair resolution regarding both the significant financial loss and the emotional distress we experienced as a result of this situation and the unfounded accusations made against us. We are still open to direct communication with the restaurant owner or upper management in hopes of resolving this situation professionally and fairly.

Everyone raves about this place so we went here once to give it a try and left disappointed. The appetizers were good but the entrees weren't. The lamb was overcooked and the chicken dish was bland. Maybe we were a one-off experience but we just don't see what the hype is all about. I went with 4 other women who all felt the same way so I'm not a Karen, I promise! lol I love showcasing the best of Miami so find me on IG @ chloexmorgann

Amazing!! One of the best Mediterranean restaurants I have been too. We ordered a bunch of food and everything was amazing! My favorite was the tomato salad, grouper ceviche and the roasted cauliflower. The pita bread that comes out is delicious and warm. The beet dip is amazing. The pistachio lamb skewer was really good but we would try something else next time. The wood fired chicken was also very good and the salad it comes with was delicious. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the glazed eggplant. I would probably get the doya eggplant next time. They were amazing with my shellfish allergy and were very nice about kids. We sat outside the atmosphere and vibe was great and the service was awesome. Will be back for sure.

Parking in Wynwood can feel a little sketchy when you first pull up -- lots of nightlife, lots of energy, and not the easiest area to find a comfortable spot. That said, once we stepped into this Lebanese spot in Wynwood, the entire vibe changed. The space is beautiful in a relaxed, unpretentious way. The patio is spacious and charming, with simple tablecloths that make it feel welcoming rather than overly trendy. It's the kind of place where people linger over plates and conversation. I was visiting Miami and honestly didn't want to dress up or overthink dinner -- just wanted something authentic and satisfying. This place delivered. Before ordering, I asked our server a few times which options were halal, and he kindly reassured me that the lamb was. That kind of attentiveness immediately made the experience more comfortable. We ended up sharing a larger platter with lamb, fries, and plenty of bread. The food was simple in the best possible way: great spices, flavorful sauces, and really well-cooked meat. The eggplant fatteh and Beirut hummus stood out, and the grilled octopus was excellent. Everything tasted fresh and balanced without trying too hard. Service was warm and attentive -- water glasses refilled without asking, quick check-ins to make sure we had everything we needed, but never hovering. We couldn't finish everything and happily took home extra bread along with some meat and fries. It turned into one of those unexpectedly lovely Miami evenings: good food, easy atmosphere, and a place you'd happily return to with friends. Wynwood may feel chaotic outside, but inside this spot it's all hospitality, flavor, and a reminder of how comforting a simple, well-executed me

I went to dinner here with hubby and we both enjoyed it. Our server was very helpful and gave great tips to round out our meal. The restaurant itself has a nice vibe, with a large bar in the center. It is priced quite high, which has become typical of "it" places to go to.

Thank God for Doya - what an outstanding restaurant. The vast, tapas-style menu keeps you wanting to come back for more and more and more. I'm sure you could go there a couple of days in a row and try something completely new each time. It's amazing really!   Food was so flavorful, and so interesting. I got to try things I would never have thought to put together (short-rib baklava) and marvel at solid takes on well-loved favorites (lamb chops).   Places like these remind me of the beauty of dining and that sometimes, paying a little extra does in fact get you an outstanding meal. Thank you Doya.

The vibe and ambiance of this place is very nice. Beautiful interior with lots of greenery and nice ambient lighting. I came just for the short rib baklava. It was pretty good but definitely could've used some additional components such as a seasoning some spice or a hot honey over the top. That would've made it much better IMO. Happy I got to try it though.

**Vegetarian Friendly** Went to Doya after a year, and noticed they updated their menu with a handful of new items - majority of them being vegetarian friendly so we were tempted to give this place another chance. (1) Turkish Flatbread - They replaced pita with the flatbread/tortillas. The flat bread is served cold, and just doesn't complement the dips like pita bread does. Huge thumbs down. (2) Doya Delight - Labneh was delicious and the sweetness from honey complemented well. (3) Green Goddess - It was a good blend between a tzatiki and feta, but was hoping for a robust flavor with herbs, but it just fell flat. (4) Brussel Sprouts - they skimped on the sauce/dressing that this was just roasted veggies now. (5) Muhammara - same as before. It's good, but not great. Overall, food is still okay. It was already overpriced, but now it's astronomically overpriced now. I would rather dine elsewhere at these prices.

I agree with the other reviews about the hostess being a bit unwelcoming. I went there Wednesday night by myself and asked for a table for one. I was given the directions to the bar. I went back to them to cross check if that's what they meant and yes they were. There didn't give me a table inspite of many vacant tables. It's a week night and only one third of the tables were occupied. I understand if they didn't have enough staff to cover the tables or if they had a different reason. But the way they handled it was a bit disappointing I was too tired by then and already paid for the parking so ended up ordering the food. I had Beyti (lamb wrapped in lavash) and I liked it. It's also my first time trying it. The service at the table was good though. On my way to the washroom, I saw that it's a Michelin restaurant. I was even more surprised.

Came here for my birthday dinner! Was surprised to see so many people out on a Monday night. Our seat was in a horrible spot, our waiter even called it i95. People walked by nonstop and stood next to us to let others pass. The ambience was high energy and lots of talking. We couldn't really be part of that vibe due to our seat. We sat right next to the fish, the first table. We asked to be moved since we had a reservation and the girls up front said "no that's the only table we had." Definitely saw available tables, but that's OK. We started with the green goddess with their homemade bread. It was so delicious and creamy with great amount of dill - we added more of the house EVOO. The branzino carpaccio was just OK the pesto dried it out. The mussels were really good bathed in a white wine sauce. The star of the show and I would come back just to have this was the short-rib baklava. It was so buttery and flakey and the short rib fell apart. Overall, I can't give this place a 5 stars, but somewhere one might wanna try if in the area.

As someone who absolutely LOVES Greek food & never tased Turkish food this place is a must recommend. We went at 4pm which was the perfect time before packed dinner time and we had the most perfect server Luana! Luana was so on point with her recommendations, literally circled and scratched off the must on the menu, and was extra special when bringing out meals. I love going to a place where you can tell the server enjoys the food just by the way she talks about it. Now let's get to the delicious food & drinks.... I had a sangria (which was heavy and so him), & my girls had a margarita and the berry spritz drink. The berry spritz drink was so sweet and fruity and tasted like juice! For food we did a few appetizers and a few meals. We ordered by what Luana recommended not just the overhyped food. The short rib baklava is a guest favorite & O M G I am still thinking about it. So creamy and the short rib was so juicy. We then moved on to the baked feta with lavash bread. Perfect start to our early dinner, the feta had a hint of honey at the end and it was just calling my name for more. We also got the house Greek salad, which was beyond fresh. The salad brings these huge chunks of tomatoes and as someone who doesn't really enjoy tomatoes, once mixed with the feta, green and dressing I ate it up. Lastly, another favorite was the yogurt kebap. This meal was so creamy and crunchy and tasty, I'm still thinking about it. Overall, I would definitely come again. Keep in mind, you can only be seated for 2 hours which we eventually found out after. This is a great place for a date night or a meal with friends and it's very on the "tapas" side! Valet parking was $20 and so worth it if you're not a fan of parallel parking!

Doya is a lively and busy spot nestled in the middle of wynwood. We were seated immediately after checking in with a reservation. The food came out pretty quick and was delicious. I ordered the combo board to get a taste of everything. The lamb chops were definitely the star. Would come back again to try more mezze items

The short rib baklava and yogurt kebab were delicious! We ordered several small plates to share but these were the clear winners. The beetroot hummus and branzino (both cold dishes) were just ok but still get points for being very fresh. Really enjoyed the pita bread that was paired with the hummus. Really great service and ambiance. Definitely worth a visit!

Is it good for kids? Or are there even any kids?

There were kids in the restaurant, but its not typical food a child would usually eat in my opinion

    Is there happy hour?

No Happy Hour menu or prices but their bar is gorgeous

Are dogs allowed in their outside patio area?

Was there again on Friday, May 19th at night and a big dog passed our table. So I assume yes, but ask them when you make your reservation to make sure

Is their outdoor patio covered? What happens if it rains?

They have some umbrellas , but I don't think they covered the whole patio

The whipped feta dish was bright, fresh, and packed with flavor, while the zucchini chips were perfectly cooked they were light, crisp, and addictive. My daughter ordered the non-alcoholic dragon fruit "martini" and absolutely loved it. It was tropical, refreshing, and felt like a special treat. I went with the white sangria. Its location makes it ideal for a relaxed dinner after a sunset walk, and the ambiance leans into that cozy, family-style hospitality the region is known for. It included creamy hummus, eggplant-based dips like baba ghanoush, beetroot, yogurt spreads, and a pepper-eggplant mix, all paired with warm, fresh pita that kept coming out just right. Sipping Turkish tea in the Miami heat somehow worked perfectly, it was refreshing in its own way.
