(I think they have 2-3 different types of seafood rice on the menu so next time I go I need to show the picture below). We also got the fried snapper which was crispy, not oily, and light. It took roughly 15 minutes for him to realize he had forgotten my drink entirely. I also had to ask multiple times (over three) just to get my water refilled. Each time I needed assistance, he was nowhere to be found. This isn't an unreasonable request--especially in Miami's heat. Be warned this is a lot of fish for 2 people, I was only able to eat half my entree because I was so full. For my main I had the seca chiclayano, sort of a peruvian version of beef stew with tender and flavorful short ribs braised in a cilantro and beer sauce. The canary beans that were served with it were very tasty and a bit smokey from some added pork fat. The pile of lightly dressed onions and rice added some nice balance to the plate. The menu is enormous and a bit overwhelming but everything we ate was delicious. Our server was friendly and helpful, my only comment is he was a bit slow at times, but very responsive when we flagged him down. Ambiance is lovely and the space is nicely decorated. The restaurant tries to maximize seating by cramming in as many tables as possible. They are packed so tightly together that it feels like you're dining with the strangers next to you rather than near them.
