Tres ceviche

I have no idea how this doesn't have 5 stars. I'm obsessed with this restaurant. Great service. Very vibey ambiance. Delicious food. I love the chicken causa and the tres ceviche platter (fish only). So so so fire

Gorgeous restaurant with indoors and outdoors-ish seatings. Happy hours between 4 and 7 at the bar area. I've been here twice in the last few months, enjoyed both times very much. Ceviche is a must-try. I thought the fried rice is a little salty, but still good. One of our server (Carlos) was amazing. He explained the menu well and made great recommendations. Parking can be a bit tough, but there are a few public parking lots just north of there.

Wow. Amazing place! Just reaffirmed my love for Peruvian food. We went as a group of 8 without reservation on a Friday night. It was crowded but still somehow we didn't have to wait long for a table. The decors was beautiful. The food as you can see from the pictures were well presented and they were so yummy. The drinks were beautifully made and tasty. Definitely worthy of instagram. And the staff probably has plenty experience there too. When we asked for group photos, the waitress and the manager proceeded to use the table lamps as lighting, we practically had a photo shoot. Would highly recommend. Can't wait to come back this way and take my wife there.

It's been a few days and I'm still thinking about this place (namely, their hotate truffle sushi roll) but everything we tried was amazing! I came here with a large group so we ordered several dishes to share. This place is known for their ceviche, but their hotate truffle sushi roll was so amazing I have to shout it out twice. The scallop in the roll melted like butter in the mouth and was so rich and flavorful. At the risk of sounding hyperbolic, I would travel to this restaurant for that dish alone. Of course, all the other food was fantastic. My other favorite was the hamachi tiradito, which was thinly sliced hamachi with onion mix, sprouts, and acevichada sauce. Overall, the freshness, bright flavors, and mix of textures throughout the entire meal will be on my mind for a long time. Our server, Yamila, was also incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive and made our entire experience great. - Ambiance: 5/5 - Food: 5+/5 - Service: 5+/5

Amazing, ambiance, food and service are all great! I love the ceviche, of course, you can never go wrong with a clásico If you want to try something different try the Estado Nacional.

They have the best lobster fish ceviche with gold flakes for only $98 ( if I remember it right ). It was the best ceviche I've ever had! I thought I already tried the best ceviches in San Diego but wait until you tried this. It's very flavorful and every bite is very satisfying. They de-shelled the lobster for you so you wouldn't have to do anything else but just eat and enjoy your food. I don't remember the names of the other entree's we ordered but everything they served here is very tasty, delicious and has its rich flavors that you won't find somewhere else. The place is huge and beautiful, the employees are really friendly and kind. I did not know they have several locations but this particular restaurant is my favorite of all! I highly recommend!

Initially our waiter Franco seemed rushed but he was helpful with choosing what to try as I had never had Peruvian food. The short ribs were great & easily shared if you're not a hearty eater. We had the tres ceviche appetizer. The spicy one was the best and should be tried last. We had it first which made the other two taste bland when they weren't. We shared the baked scallops and grilled vegetables. The strawberry cake dessert and pisco sours were the best part of the meal! The setting is very nice with tables spaced for conversation.

We came back 2 years later, and still had the same wonderful experience! We split the same order as the first time and split it again. So good, and it filled both of us even though we came in hungry. Next time we're going to try something new! The surrounding tables ordered different dishes, and they all looked really good. Many people were splitting their dishes as well.

An amazing flavor bomb in your mouth! Came to this restaurant as a recommendation from my coworker and it did not disappoint! Everything was so flavorful, I'm going to be thinking about this place for a long time. A group of 4 of us got 2 mains, 1 ceviche, and 1 ceviche sampler to share and we were all super full afterwards. Must try the grilled catch of the day, the quinoa and black garlic sauce was so addicting. If you don't know what ceviche to get try the trio sampler, 3 different flavor profiles, all delicious. But I enjoyed the ceviche concha the most, the sauce is on the thicker creamier side which I loved! Highly recommend and will definitely make this a staple return anytime I'm back in Miami!

CVI.CHE 105 was an absolute hit for our group. We ordered a ton of food to share for 9 girls and somehow demolished every single plate which is always a good sign. The standout dishes were the mini tartar tacos (so good and perfectly bite-sized), the truffle scallop nigiri, and the seafood ceviche. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, flavorful, and well-balanced. You can really tell the quality of the ingredients shines through. The only downside was lomo Saltado was a bit too citrusy for our taste but definitely special from what we've tasted in the past. Service was excellent. Our waitress was super personable, attentive, and even took the time to recommend some fun nightlife spots for us afterward, which was such a nice touch.

Lomo Saltado
Christopher B.

My friend and I spent a nice Saturday night here at CVI.CHE 105. The staff was able to get us inside without a problem despite us not having a reservation. We decided to share both the Lomo Saltado & Ají de Gallina dishes. Both tasted great and flavorful despite there being a slight lack of meat for the former dish. The meal was accompanied by fried plantain chips and kerneled corn as an aperitivo. The restaurant has impeccable lighting and the music was on point with a DJ that did one of the best jobs ever. A note I would add would be to better screen customers as some clientele came in with tank tops, socks with sandals, and other miscellaneous attire that was questionable for the kind of atmosphere this establishment excudes. I will certainly be back!

Ceviche Threesome (Only Fish)
Susie L.

This meal was outstanding from start to finish. The service alone set the tone. Luis was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely elevated the experience without being intrusive. Every recommendation landed. We ordered the ceviche trio, and it was easily the highlight of the table. Bright, citrus-forward, and deeply flavorful, each ceviche tasted fresh and intentional. Being able to customize the seafood was a huge plus. We opted to remove the octopus and squid, and the kitchen executed it perfectly. The yuca chips were crisp, well seasoned, and clearly made to complement the ceviche rather than just fill space on the plate. The scallops were exceptionally fresh and clean, cooked simply and confidently. For the main, we had the Pescado a lo Macho with mahi mahi. I typically avoid mahi mahi because it is often dry or bland, but this dish completely changed my mind. The fish had a beautiful sear, was tender throughout, and paired beautifully with the sauce. Rich without being heavy, the dish was balanced and thoughtfully executed. This was a memorable dining experience with excellent food and service that fully justified the price point. I am already looking forward to returning.

Is octopus still on the menu?

Yes.

Is this place Kids friendly?

It depends on how old your kids are and how eclectic their tastes are. If they like this type of food and are pretty well-behaved, then I think it is fine. I was in this restaurant late on a Sunday evening and I did not see any kids there.

We have one person in our party that is vegetarian. Is there anything on the menu at all that could accommodate?

Not the place for vegetarians. They may have a salad or two, but I do not know of any good dish for vegetarians, I suggest to call the restaurant. However, the experience is so good that you deserve to go just for the ginger salad.

Can all/any ceviches be ordered without cilantro?

YES!

Hay comida sin gluten para noño?

Si. Ceviche.

DonI need to make a reservation?

No, but I recommend that you do, specially on a weekend afternoon or evening.

Is the downtown location open?

Yes, they have a limited menu at their sister location next door "Pollos y Jarras."

Are you open tomorrow Fri 11/27?

Undergoing renovations. (3 months) Visit Pollos y Jarras next door

Hola tienen servicio de delivery?

No not yet, but maybe with the Coronavirus they will. Love SuVichy they are Peruvian Japanese in the area with takeout & delivery @ 50% off.

Is there an option to just order the sushi? It's the best in the city.

Yes! I have ordered just sushi for takeout in the past

Are there any free/cheap parking locations nearby?

The parking near bayside. Valet at restaurant is $20

I've visited the new location several times, and this visit reminded me how much a restaurant can decline when the service no longer matches the reputation. The food itself was good, but the service was extremely disappointing from the moment we sat down. Our waiter seemed very disconnected and out of touch the entire evening. He repeatedly referred to me and my girlfriend as "guys." I corrected him and said, "We're not guys, we're women," and instead of simply apologizing, he responded by saying, "That's just a term I use. I always say hey guys." That alone already left a bad impression because professionalism and basic respect still matter. At one point, he offered me an extra plate, which I accepted so I could move my spinach over. The moment I looked down, I saw what appeared to be a facial beard hair on the dish. I was immediately disgusted knowing I almost ate someone else's facial hair. I called the waiter over, and while he apologized, the overall response afterward felt dismissive. The issue was never about paying the bill or replacing a side item. It was about cleanliness, professionalism, and customer care. Finding facial hair on a plate at a restaurant of this caliber is completely unacceptable. The GM came over to speak with me, but honestly, it felt more like they were trying to smooth the situation over rather than genuinely address how unacceptable it was. As someone who has lived in the Brickell area for 15 years and supported this restaurant since its original location, it's disappointing to say that I will never return. It's sad watching a place you once genuinely enjoyed decline because the service and attention to detail are no longer there. I would never come back to this establishment again, and honestly, I would encourage others not to either unless they're comfortable risking facial hair ending up in their food. The fact that I almost digested someone's facial hair, I can't even get past that.
