New dinner and a show. Every Wednesday they have now a cabaret show. Amazing entertainment and delicious food like ceviche and fusion cuban dishes.

I ordered the Lomojo Congrí and it did not disappoint. A classic Peruvian lomo saltado served over crispy potatoes, topped with a perfectly runny fried egg, sweet plantains, sautéed onions, and a rich, savory gravy. It also came with a side of their house congri, which tied everything together beautifully. Every bite was bold, comforting, and packed with flavor. Service was excellent--the waitress was attentive, guided us through the menu with great recommendations, and made the experience genuinely enjoyable. The ambiance is stunning. Think crystal chandeliers, modern touches, and an upscale yet welcoming vibe that makes it feel special without being stuffy. At $26, the value was absolutely fair for the quality and presentation. This is a must-try spot in Miami. Between the food, the service, and the atmosphere, Yuca105 nails it.

We stumbled upon YUCA while staying in South Beach and were pleasantly surprised! The menu looked great, the prices were fair, and when we arrived they happened to be hosting a special event for the 41st anniversary of Miami Vice. There was a private room for that group, which added a fun energy without really interfering with our dinner. The food was excellent. I ordered the ropa vieja, which was flavorful and tender, while my husband had the roasted Cuban-style pork, topped with a wonderful combination of cilantro and white sauces -- he loved it. I also tried a spicy guava margarita, which was amazing and perfectly balanced. The meal began with complimentary yuca chips, which was a nice touch. The only hiccup was that our waitress got a little distracted with the large event toward the end, so it took longer than expected to get the check. But overall, it wasn't a big deal given how much we enjoyed everything else. Delicious food, lively atmosphere, and a very memorable night -- we'd definitely come back!

Stopped by for dinner and ordered the lomo saltado sushi which tasted like lomo saltado in August form. Only thing that was missing were the fries. Flavor was spot on. Also ordered a strawberry margarita with lots of mint. I also tried a different sushi with avocado which was delicious as well. If you're in Miami and looking for Cuban and Peruvian fusion this is the spot.

We celebrated an event with two VIP dinners here last week. The Ceviche is truly a delight! As were our main courses, desserts and the obligatory mojitos! This place has character, and the banquet room with bar gave a grand surrounding fit for the occasion. Service was reasonably prompt despite the large crowd. Our event producer made a fine choice with this establishment.

Awesome place to get some tasty small plates and incredible drinks in the heart of Miami Beach. The Huancaína Trufada and the Yuca Ceviche were bursting with flavor and had us licking the sauce from the plate after we finished them. I will be lusting over those dishes for quite some time. Washing it all down with a Pisco Sour and Mojito really hit the spot as well. Both come in all sorts of delicious flavors, including guava which is the flavor we chose to roll with. The Mojito was good but the Pisco Sour really stole the show in the drink department given how flavorful and refreshing it was on a hot day. Definitely the best Pisco Sour I've had. I would skip the Jalea Mixta, it looks good in the menu description but it's essentially just assorted fish calamari. I would look for a different entree, or just skip entrees all together here and go with the small plates. Their small plates are unique and hard to find elsewhere. The service is also very friendly and helpful with the menu, which is certainly intimidating if you're not used to this type of food. Highly recommended!

We spotted Yuca105 while driving to our hotel and immediately decided we were going to have dinner here. We didn't have reservations but were seated promptly and hostess and servers were attentive and friendly. Marco our server was phenomenal. He made my mother feel like the Queen she is. The manager also checked in on us which was super nice as he recommended a maracuyá cheese cake that was out of this world delicious. For our appetizer we shared the traditional croquetas de abuela and the traditional ceviche with mixed seafood. The ceviche had us mmm-ing because it was limey, flavorful and each bite was better and better. For the main course we shared the chaufa especial and my sister said it was in her top 3 of best chaufas. Overall loved the atmosphere and service.

Went here last time and ordered the same Ox tail. This time is was not as good as the first time. It was less tasty but still really good (4/5) The sushi was really yummy, cool take of peruvian sushi (5/5) Nutella old fashioned was not great (3/5)

I came here with my family on a Sunday evening right when the place opened and got a table outside. We were greeted by very friendly waiters who took our drink order to start. We ordered virgin pina coladas and mojitos and loved how refreshing the drinks were! In addition to drinks, we had 2 orders of lomojo congri and the tacu tacu meri meri macho, and the yuca 105 signature sushi. Unfortunately even though we informed them of an allergy, they brought out the sushi that had the allergen in it. Overall the food was so so, and extremely overpriced. I'm not sure I'd visit here again - there's much more moderately priced and better tasting Cuban/peruvian food on south beach! I did give an extra point for kind servers and a clean bathroom!

Highly recommend! So delicious! Nice atmosphere! I'd been at a conference and made some new acquaintances, and we all needed a light meal at the end of the day. I love seafood (I work in ocean conservation and seafood policy, so yeah, give me that delicious sustainably-sourced and nutritious seafood!!!) so a new Miami Beach resident recommended we go to Yuca 105. We were seated immediately and ordered Inca Kolas, which has a wonderful cream soda flavor and a bright yellow coloring. Then my table ordered several appetizers and similar to share. When the food arrived, I was in heaven. We had citrusy ceviche, guava doused salmon with avocado, delicious tuna tartar, and the first octopus dish I've ever liked: roasted octopus maki. It was all amazing, perfect for sharing, and I hope work sends me back to Miami Beach just so I can eat here again! And for three people who split their order three ways at a nice enough restaurant, it was under $40 for each of us including with the addition of a decent tip for the great staff!

We ordered the Cuban sandwich and the Cuban burger, and honestly both were dangerously good. The Cuban sandwich was exactly what you hope for -- crispy bread, perfectly pressed, packed with flavor, and the kind of sandwich that makes you pause mid-bite and just nod at the person across from you like "yep... this was the right decision." The Cuban burger was also fantastic -- juicy, flavorful, and big enough that you start questioning whether you should have skipped breakfast. The area around the restaurant was great too. Nice vibe, good energy, and perfect for walking around before or after eating... which you will probably need to do after finishing that burger. The servers were good -- friendly, attentive, and thankfully didn't judge us for attacking the food like we hadn't eaten in three business days. Overall the place has a fun atmosphere, great Cuban comfort food, and the kind of menu that makes you want to come back just to try the things you didn't order the first time. The roasted pork was tender, juicy, and packed with savory garlic-forward flavor. It was comforting, flavorful, and paired really well with the traditional sides. Service was friendly and attentive, and the staff made the dining experience smooth even during a busy time. The vibe is lively and colorful, with a nostalgic Cuban café atmosphere that makes the whole experience feel festive and welcoming. It's a great spot for groups, casual dinners, or anyone looking to enjoy classic Cuban comfort food. Overall, a really solid Cuban meal with bold flavors and generous portions. I'd come back to try more of their traditional dishes and cocktails.

By the time she showed up to get my desert order I just asked for the check. I was rather pissed. I got the check and paid it, adding a 30% tip. It wasn't until I got the final print out that I discovered that the restaurant had already added a 20 gratuity. Since I had issues with my server, and the surprise automatic gratuity was not helping matters i asked for the manger. Told him about my experience and said there was NO the server earned and 50% tip. He refunded me the extra I put on as an added gratuity, but that was it.
