Good eats type of place for a quick meal while in the shopping plaza. Salad was big enough to feed time- of course depending on your level of hunger. For sides we opted for tempura green beans and onion rings. When we walked in we were attended to quickly and I loved the drinks available! We tried different flavors and mixed and matched. I been to several habit burger and none of them had disappointment me. They gave a great staff and very welcoming. The cashier was very nice and friendly helped me with my food selection which everything was delicious. I had the cookies and cream milkshake with the char burger on a sourdough bread with sweet potato fries. The bread itself it's delicious. My shake was ready before my meal and I drank it before I could pair it. The shakes was very flavorful. I couldn't resist since I love sweets. Once my char burger came out it was made really well and the sweet potato fries were good but I think it need a bit more in the fryer. The place is very nice and spacious to have lunch or dinner. This Habit Burger was very clean. I liked how the topping bar was not messy. I ordered a Double Char Burger but skipped the fries. This Burger was very flavorful. The cheese tasted delicious. This is a very big burger, but I was able to eat most of it. It is actually difficult to stop eating. I have no issues at all with this Habit Burger. You do wait longer than expected considering this is fast food. It is worth it because you can see the cooks making the food right after you order. I wish 0 stars were an option. This place is a staple stop for me and my daughter when in Miami for school. It has quickly gone to absolute s*** with the worst new employees possible. Whoever was cooking the burgers and working the register on Monday August 18th has no idea what goes in the burgers and gets mad at you when you ask for it to be fixed. They also leave your burgers out on the tray for it to be ice cold by the time the chef has fixed his last 2 mistakes on it. Also, be expected to receive a total of 8 green beans after paying more for them when everyone around you has a tray overflowing with fries. When asking if this was all I was supposed to have (it looked like someone ate half of them) I was shooed off by the chef as he told the girl up front (who also never needs to work customer service again ever) that I needed nothing else besides my burgers. Worst Habit burger I had I went to this location Sunday 7:00 pm and the restaurant was half full. I ordered #1 combo and extra cheese burger and fried green beans. It took a little longer that usual. I heard that due to short staff, we have to endure long wait time for a while. I picked up my order and tried French fries. It was cold and stale because it sat on the counter waiting for the burgers. I noticed that the server put French fries on each tray and waited and waited for burger. That was why French fries was cold. I came to the counter and asked the server to change the fries because it was cold. He asked why and I told him asked him to touch the fries and he did. Then he took one pouch of fries and gave it to me. I tried it and it was cold too. I asked him to try again and he finally asked the back for fresh fries. The both burger was burnt as seen in the picture. I asked the server to change and he was very unwillingly replaced two burgers. However, it was same way. I did not want to waste any more time so I decided to eat and it was terrible. It was the worst burger I ever had. Not from burnt flavor but it was not typical Habit burger I used to like. While this happened server or no one did not apologize. I know they were busy but that cannot be an excuse. I want to add one comment.
