The chimichurri bowl is delicious. It is only 1599 and it's very hardy with a lot of steak and meat almost very authentic Argentinian. I asked for a half portion bowl and she was gonna charge me the full amount she had just put a note on my account to provide me with a small portion and instead of offering to reduce the charge cost so I requested a large regular portion. You can watch the chefs in action over the counter. Seating are available on tables and at the counter. The drink dispensers were convenient. The restroom is clean. SERVICE: As it was a party outside, interaction with staff were brief. Everyone was working very hard in the hot sun. They were calling orders right infront of the DJ so it was difficult to hear. Inside, everyone looked busy as well. I am sure they are friendly but did not seemed approachable that day. The owner was walking around back and forth the restaurant and the party; working, welcoming families, friends, industry people and influencers. Later he did an award ceremony for them. FOOD: The pinco burger tasted good. The toppings were all fresh veggies and crispy potatoes. It is on a smaller side so its a good thing we bought fries with it, and the fries were great! I did not know what to expect with the croquetta burger. Soon I learned that it's literally a huge croquetta patty with beef! Careful because biting into it could burn! Its utter gooeyness, savory and pickley deliciousness. For over $10 dollars more, its a good size burger and definitely right up my alley. Overall, this party was not what I expected. The bounce house and DJ were great but we were left to bake in the heat. We had to eat inside if we want to enjoy our meal. I also don't drink and so I had no choice but buy a bottled water or soda which suck because it was such a hot day and the alcohol were free. Very disappointing and unhygienic experience at the Pincho Burger Flagler location. I placed two separate pickup orders, and when I arrived, one of the orders was missing the burger entirely, which I only caught because I checked before leaving. When I got home and opened the second order, the food quality was unacceptable. One bun was completely wet and soggy, the other was hard and tasted old, and the fries were stale. None of the food tasted fresh, and I wasn't able to eat it. What made it even worse was seeing that employees were handling food without gloves and placing sauce ramekins directly inside the food bowls, which is a serious food safety issue. Between the missing item, terrible food quality, and lack of basic sanitation, this was a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this location to anyone. read more

I love coming over to Pincho factory for their creativity with the burgers. The food always tastes great and the customer service is top notch. They have good music always playing and overall a great experience. Prices are not bad compared with other burger joints. No idea what has happened over the past year (new management maybe), but the quality and consistency has just continued to decline. The good: food was easy to order and atmosphere was relaxing and homey. My steak Pincho was great and i would order again. The bad: service was slow beyond means. We were a party of 2 with 2 simple meals however had to wait over 30 minutes to get the food. Rice was over cooked and hard. The cashier looked like he knew what he was doing but was handcuffed to only the front of house which didn't help. After 20 mins of standing there, they allowed him to help in the kitchen and at that point, orders went flying. I signed up for Pincho's mailing list and was sent a coupon for a free burger. As I had never had a burger from Pincho I was super excited to try it. I placed my order on the app for pickup and the process was super easy. They allow you to customize the burger as well easily on the app. My order was ready for pickup at the time specified on the app and was nicely packaged. The burger itself (pincho burger with cheese) was seasoned well and came topped with lettuce, cheese, onions, tomatoes, papitas, and their signature sauce. My only complaint was that I asked for the burger well done and it was rare (which is normally why I ask for well done on take out because I rather it be a little over cooked then not enough). It wasn't a huge issue because I was home when I noticed and was able to cook it a little more but probably would have been annoyed if I had been on the go. So in a nutshell I didn't have lunch today and needed to find a solution quick. After a quick Postmates and Yelp search, I landed on this page and I ended up ordering from here. Initially I kept skipping over it because I'm not much of burger person and assumed that that is all they offered. However to my surprise they also have rice bowls and salads. I ended up getting the Mediterranean Shrimp Bowl. I choose this bowl over the Latin version simply because the Latin version had a cilantro sauce that I figured I wouldn't like and didn't want to chance trying it since I wasn't in person. They also have these options with chicken and steak. The Mediterranean version came with a homemade lemon pepper dressing which I was super excited about that. So the below picture is what I received. I am not pointing out the picture because of its presentation because I could careless. I am pointing out the picture because of the kiddie serving of vegetables and lack of some veggies. Now on Postmates for the Mediterranean shrimp bowl is states that it is topped with lettuce (did you see any?), cucumbers, tomatoes, onions and the dressing. Besides the fact that the bowl was missing the lettuce, the cucumbers and tomatoes were scarce. I mean if their bowls came in sizes, this would certainly be a small. Perhaps Postmates has the wrong information for what's included but isn't that the restaurants responsibility to correct it? Just saying. The dressing - So when you see lemon pepper you would naturally thing "oh tangy", right? I mean I did because lemon juice and olive oil is what I put on my salads so naturally that's what my mind compared it to. I didn't taste lemon anywhere in it. Not to mention it tasted like they put a whole 5lb bag of sugar in it. And idk maybe my tastebuds are super sensitive to sugar but to me lemon pepper dressing should not be sweet and even if you did put amsome sugar in it, I shouldn't be able to notice from me just sticking a fork in it to taste it. Not much is picked up by a fork so that goes to show just how little I tasted and was able to still taste that. Now the shrimp were cooked to perfection. Could've used a tad bit more but that's just me being greedy. The veggies is a different situation! The seasoning and flavor were great on the shrimp. They were absolutely delicious. Always order from here. Great food. Today I got the pipo burger which had really great caramelized onions, guava ketchup, bacon bits, potato sticks, and cut up plantains under the patty.
