(2/5) -- Great concept, but this visit missed the mark…read more I really wanted to like this Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers location more than I did, because the concept is solid and, generally, Cane's food hits. But this visit? Frustrating from start to finish. First off, the setup is misleading. The inside looked empty, and even the drive-thru appeared manageable--until you actually commit. You have to drive deep into the parking lot just to see how long the line really is, and once you're in, there's no easy way out. So now you're stuck. Not ideal. Then comes the wait. About 10 minutes just to place an order, with aggressive drivers jockeying for position like it's a race. I get it--no one wants to sit in that line--but the flow (or lack of it) makes it worse. For a place with two lanes, the organization just isn't there. Service at the speaker? Rough. I felt rushed the entire time, struggled to hear over the noise, and kept getting hit with "I can't hear you, speak up" in a tone that felt more dismissive than helpful. No upsell, no real engagement--just hurry up and move along. To their credit, the pickup window redeemed things a little. Once I got there, the food was ready, and they even overdelivered on condiments (asked for two ketchups, got four). That part was efficient--but it came after a pretty long wait for only about seven cars ahead of me. Now, the food... This is where things really slipped. * The 4-piece tenders felt noticeably smaller--more like large nuggets than actual tenders * Fries were undercooked and skimpy for the price and I had to ask for ketchup * Sweet tea was mostly ice, barely any drink * Overall portions just didn't match the cost For a brand that usually delivers consistency, this felt off. Like corners were being cut. Final take: Started as a 3-star experience based on the process, but dropped to 2 stars once the food came into play. If I could split it, it'd be a 2.5--but Yelp doesn't do that. This place should be better. The foundation is there. But between the chaotic drive-thru, rushed service, and underwhelming portions, it's just not hitting right now. Hope they tighten things up--because Cane's can be really good when it's done right.

First time trying Bonchon, and the Korean BBQ wings definitely made a strong first impression…read more Even before getting to the chicken, I was impressed with the packaging. Everything was clean and thoughtfully packed, with utensils, napkins, and even a wet nap for your hands. The box itself has air vents, which actually matters with fried chicken because it arrived crispy instead of steaming itself into sogginess. And the chicken? Big, juicy pieces, a full box, and just the right amount of sauce. They didn't drown the wings in it--the Korean BBQ flavor was amazing and there was enough sauce to coat everything without overpowering the chicken. I've had Korean fried chicken before, but never really from a fast-food-style restaurant, and Bonchon did not disappoint. At least based on the Korean BBQ wings, I'll definitely be back to try some of the other flavors. I ordered delivery, so I can't speak to the restaurant itself or the ambiance. Maybe next time I'll actually go inside and get the full experience. For now, a solid four stars. The only thing keeping me from five is that one order isn't enough for me to judge consistency. But based on this first experience? They absolutely earned the four.

The Master Chicken Steak is basically a fried chicken breast/cutlet that is perfectly cooked--crispy on the outside, tender and juicy inside, and not greasy at all. The chicken itself is flavorful and delicious. There are several flavors and sauces to choose from, but since I love spicy food, I went with the Szechuan Mala Powder. It was so tasty and had a great spicy, numbing kick! Personally, I prefer the Mala powder over the sauce because it gives the chicken a stronger, more concentrated flavor without making it soggy. The price is also very reasonable, especially considering the portion and quality. We ordered it as takeout, and I was really impressed that even after taking it home, the chicken was still crispy, juicy, and delicious. That's always a big plus for fried chicken! Next time, we're going to try the Savory Garlic Powder at another Kung Fu Chicken location closer to our house. Can't wait to see how that flavor compares!

I wish they had something like this in California, but we do have a lot of fried chicken places already. Anyway, the interior was cute. I loved the bright white and pink colors. I like that there were so many sauce options. The chicken was good and the best part was it was not greasy, which made it easy to eat a lot of. I preferred the chicken fingers to the big kick leg, and the wrap was pretty tasty. I didn't get to try the sandwich, but it looked so good. I'll definitely try this again if I come across it. Since we were just visiting Florida, it was our first time and we were impressed!

After the fourth visit, I called the corporate office two weeks ago and was told someone would reach out within 48 to 72 hours. Two weeks have passed, and no one has called or emailed, or acknowledged my complaint at all. I have called customer service numerous times and all they keep telling me is that "it's in corporate's hands now" they have even hung up on me. What disappoints me even more than the food is the complete lack of follow-up. If a company sets a timeframe, they should honor it. Ignoring a customer's complaint after making that promise is not acceptable. I gave this restaurant four chances before speaking up, and this was the first time I felt I had to contact corporate.
