Bolay is always a great idea when you're looking for a healthy alternative that doesn't necessarily taste like it's a healthy alternative. I love Bolay because the ingredients are fresh and super flavorful. You can build your own bowl, or select one from the menu and customize it to your liking. I personally love the Herb Pesto Chicken Bol and the Power Steak Bol. The Bolay beverages are really delicious too. My favorite is the Hawaiian Healer. Service is quick and friendly. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Inside is kept pretty clean, with lots of natural light. read more

Been here a few times, and every time the food has been great. Service is also wonderful, at least the times I've been here, a young man that has served me (wish I knew his name) is always so polite, great attitude, just a really nice guy. This time I took my husband, and the same server took care of us. My husband enjoyed the food and was pleased with the service as well. Thank you Bolay, and I wish I knew your name server! For a fast food joint, Bolay has definitely earned all 5 stars. Their bowls are unique, flavorful, and filling. I normally get a bowl with kale and cilantro noodle base, Brussels sports, lemon grilled chicken, and topped and cheese, roasted cherry tomatoes, and cilantro. They have two flavors of chicken, lemon and teriyaki, and both are great and healthy options. My favorite part about Bolay is honestly the cleanliness. It is super clean inside, and they even have a handwashing station in the middle of the restaurant for you to conveniently wash. If you like seafood, I also recommend their grilled shrimp. It's perfectly flavored and very tender. Bolay is definitely fast-food upgraded! read more

I LOVE a good Bolay bowl. I always feel so healthy albeit satisfied after having a bowl from there. One thing is for sure, i will always order the sweet potato noodles as my base. They are such a good light texture but always filling. Sometimes i do all sweet potato, or sometimes i will do half kale salad. I almost always pick the teryaki chicken as my protein. The chicken is soft and moist and very very saucy. I really like their marinated mushrooms and brussel sprouts as well. For my sauce, i almost exclusively choose the creamy garlic, although ive had the mango habanero before! They offer free parmesan cheese and cilantro to top it off. For a few dollars extra, you can add avocado or their marinated tomatoes! read more

Friendly staff, delicious bowls! Build your own, it's pretty easy. I liked that each part was already had sauce and flavoring so I didn't have to drench it in sauce to make it flavorful. I got the sweet potato noodles as a base with brussel sprouts and broccoli for veggies and topped with teriyaki chicken. So yummy!! And it only came to about $10. read more

This location is great! The food is always fresh, and great customer service! The restaurant is always clean and well stocked.

Always yummy. I always find it convenient. It's a healthy fast, option for me. And it's always fresh.

First, a disclaimer I should note this rating applies to the staff at the Pinecrest location because they handled a very frustrating delivery situation related to their app very well. If I were to rate the app, it would be a totally different star rating..probably like 2 stars. Essentially, my situation was that I used their app to deliver food to a relative. I entered my relative's address and got an email confirming the delivery address and time. Then later that evening I got tracking info from Door Dash. I didn't initially think it was odd because just assumed they contracted delivery out. But then I noticed the driver moving towards my location rather than my relative's. I called the restaurant. Jordan at the Pinecrest Bolay was incredibly helpful and understanding to help me figure out what to do, even through my panic and frustration.I was super stressed out because the food was not just being delivered to a relative but a relative who recently experienced a death in the family, so it was particularly important to get to them. And because of that, I likely was not the most pleasant to interact with. Jordan was extremely professional and helped find a solution to get a replacement meal out asap to my cousin. He even followed up to confirm. I greatly appreciated his calm support. Moral of the story: don't order delivery through the Bolay app! Or at least definitely not to an address other than the one on your profile! Otherwise, nothing but good things to say about their food - flavorful and fresh! Including a picture of a few bowls I previously ordered for dinner. read more

I would describe the style of this place like a trendy Chipotle. They do Asian fusion dishes, with a healthy/clean eating vibe. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. I ordered the citrus chicken bowl (as it comes). It was good. It didn't blow my mind but it was ok. I found it a bit pricey but not terrible. It most be a popular lunch place, I came at 12:30pm and they were already running low and refilling many of the food items. read more

Had a great experience today and Tyrone was very professional and quick! I do miss the shrimp but i enjoyed the chicken.

I love Bolay! It's always such fast service and the staff is always friendly. What I appreciate most about their food is that it always tastes fresh and everything is always cooked very well. The seating area is also kept clean at all times from the times I have gone. I do miss the sweet potato noodles they used to have, but I like the addition of the corn for the sides. The miso glazed tofu is always delicious! read more

Bolay - Yum! - New American Near Me - Miami, Florida

After running some errands in the rain, I looked over and saw Bolay. I figured today was the day to try it. I ordered online, super easy. My order was ready as soon as I walked through the door. We're talking like 60 seconds later. The place is very nice. It even has some outdoor seating tucked away from the parking lot I hadn't noticed before. I ordered a bowl made up of garlic pepper steak, chopped kale salad, roasted mushrooms, chimichurri tomatoes and th black rice. I never ever order red meat in a bowl but the picture gave me a massive craving - it was great. The steak was seasoned well. It was though a little chewy for me. But that's the deal with steak anywhere, it's hit or miss depending on the day. Everything else was so fresh and delicious. My favorite is the black rice and the tomatoes. I'll definitely be back to try out some other protein options. read more

Great unpretentious high quality food! Excellent service. High value for the price. Love it.

I've eaten at other Bolay restaurants and I'm so glad there's one down by us. The service was great and our food was great. Even better, there were affirmations on our to-go containers! I also loved that they had their ethos up on the wall and are clearly proud of who they are as a company. The restaurant was spotless and all the people I interacted with were lovely! read more

HOLY COW! Finally a good place with healthy options. I stumbled across this place while looking for clean eating and decided to give it a try. I didn't want get too excited because I feared disappointment. However, my mind was blown. Their food is not only healthy, but it tastes delicious! I liked it so much I went back and picked up their strawberry chia pudding the next day. The "make your own bowl" is a great option and the small size is plenty for a light eater. I had the cilantro noodle, mushrooms, broccoli, and tofu on mine. I can't stop raving about all the great flavors this dish had. The tofu had a light dash of sweetness, which I really enjoyed. The pesto cilantro topping sauce was out of this world good. The fresh lemonade is pressed by a business daily and taste fresh and sweetened to my liking (sweet!)- believe me I'm picky with my lemonade and this one met my standards. The chia pudding is a MUST try. It has a thin layer of strawberry at the bottom of the pudding, complementing the dessert very well. read more

Bolay is my go-to most of the times. I'm in & out very fast, service is great and most of the food is delicious. So many options and combinations to choose from, and the food is fresh. I also love their juices, the strawberry chia pudding, and the Stubborn Lemon Açaí Berry Soda! Definitely recommend this Bolay location! And the owner, Jose David Hernandez is so awesome! He always goes out of his way to provide great service to all the customers. There's also a loyalty program. I use the app - scan receipt barcode. Once una while you'll get a reward (I.e. free cookie, free chia pudding, free regular bol). This location is also VERY clean, which I love. Thanks guys! read more

Clean, fresh, delicious vegan bowls at great prices. Sad they're bringing back pork cause that's just gross but happy the yummy flavors and quality ingredients continue to be consistent as much as the excellent customer service. I usually do pick ups but the inside is always clean with limited indoor seating. If were to dine in, happy it's not smelly and rarely overcrowded. read more

I have a love/like relationship with Bolay. I love that you can get a bowl full of veggies and protein in minutes. After a few visits to other locations I was less than thrilled that the food was so salty. This location is better than many other Bolay locations. The veggies seemed extra fresh and were not super salty! I am a big fan of Bolay's tofu and I ordered the shrimp as well. One thing I love about Bolay, as opposed to Fresh Kitchen is that they never give you a hard time about substituting veggies for bases. Loved my bowl with mushrooms, broccoli, Brussels, legumes, and the proteins. The server heaped on so much food I couldn't even finish it. The server was so friendly and enthusiastic. The place was spotless. The management team here is definitely doing something right! read more

Bolay is my favorite place, beautifully designed bowls with delicious vegetables that got picked directly in organic farms, combined with customized ingredients that taste so good that it makes it hard to choose which ones to add. Amazing prices for the quantity of the food. Many sauces to choose from which for me is important as a Saucey sauce lover. I love the decoration, the space and lighting. So I kept hearing about people just ranting and raving about this place so I had to come and try it out. Decided to go to the one closest to my house which is the one on 104th and US-1 next to Target and Whole Foods. Lets just say i did not regret it. The line wasn't too long but I can tell people were "Bolay Experts". Whats that you say? Well I consider myself a Chipotle Expert. Now I see that there are Bolay ones too. People were in front of me and knew what to order. I had no idea... so when I got to the front I told the server I was a Bolay virgin so she helped me out and hooked me up. I went with the biggest bowl so I can try the most items as i could and easily i ate from that bowl for two days I built my own as well. I got the cilantro noodles, mushrooms, broccoli, shrimp, and chicken. It was out of control. So many things and I got to try them all. At the end of me stuffing my face and still not finishing it was amazing. I was so happy I had gone here and needless to say I will be back. read more

This has become our go-to for a quick and healthy meal. There are so many variations for your greens, grans, and protein to choose from. Some of my favorite bases are the spinach with almond salad, pesto noodles, mushrooms, and sweet potatoes. Each has a nice flavor, and doesn't really need any additional sauce. If you're choosing one of the rice bases, I would recommend a sauce. I love the lemon chicken as my protein. Juicy and delicious. My 2 year old also loves this place. The kids meal comes with an organic tropical fruit juice. The staff is always friendly, and they write cute little happy messages on top of each bowl. read more
