I personally love the Herb Pesto Chicken Bol and the Power Steak Bol. The Bolay beverages are really delicious too. My favorite is the Hawaiian Healer. Service is quick and friendly. For a fast food joint, Bolay has definitely earned all 5 stars. Their bowls are unique, flavorful, and filling. I normally get a bowl with kale and cilantro noodle base, Brussels sports, lemon grilled chicken, and topped and cheese, roasted cherry tomatoes, and cilantro. They have two flavors of chicken, lemon and teriyaki, and both are great and healthy options. My favorite part about Bolay is honestly the cleanliness. It is super clean inside, and they even have a handwashing station in the middle of the restaurant for you to conveniently wash. If you like seafood, I also recommend their grilled shrimp. I LOVE a good Bolay bowl. I always feel so healthy albeit satisfied after having a bowl from there. One thing is for sure, i will always order the sweet potato noodles as my base. They are such a good light texture but always filling. Sometimes i do all sweet potato, or sometimes i will do half kale salad. I almost always pick the teryaki chicken as my protein. The chicken is soft and moist and very very saucy. I really like their marinated mushrooms and brussel sprouts as well. For my sauce, i almost exclusively choose the creamy garlic, although ive had the mango habanero before! They offer free parmesan cheese and cilantro to top it off. First, a disclaimer I should note this rating applies to the staff at the Pinecrest location because they handled a very frustrating delivery situation related to their app very well. If I were to rate the app, it would be a totally different star rating..probably like 2 stars. Essentially, my situation was that I used their app to deliver food to a relative. I entered my relative's address and got an email confirming the delivery address and time. Then later that evening I got tracking info from Door Dash. I didn't initially think it was odd because just assumed they contracted delivery out. But then I noticed the driver moving towards my location rather than my relative's. I called the restaurant. Jordan at the Pinecrest Bolay was incredibly helpful and understanding to help me figure out what to do, even through my panic and frustration.I was super stressed out because the food was not just being delivered to a relative but a relative who recently experienced a death in the family, so it was particularly important to get to them. And because of that, I likely was not the most pleasant to interact with. Jordan was extremely professional and helped find a solution to get a replacement meal out asap to my cousin. He even followed up to confirm. I greatly appreciated his calm support. Moral of the story: don't order delivery through the Bolay app! Or at least definitely not to an address other than the one on your profile! Otherwise, nothing but good things to say about their food - flavorful and fresh! After running some errands in the rain, I looked over and saw Bolay. I figured today was the day to try it. I ordered online, super easy. My order was ready as soon as I walked through the door. We're talking like 60 seconds later. The place is very nice. It even has some outdoor seating tucked away from the parking lot I hadn't noticed before. I ordered a bowl made up of garlic pepper steak, chopped kale salad, roasted mushrooms, chimichurri tomatoes and th black rice. I never ever order red meat in a bowl but the picture gave me a massive craving - it was great. The steak was seasoned well. It was though a little chewy for me. But that's the deal with steak anywhere, it's hit or miss depending on the day. Everything else was so fresh and delicious. My favorite is the black rice and the tomatoes. I also love their juices, the strawberry chia pudding, and the Stubborn Lemon Açaí Berry Soda! Definitely recommend this Bolay location! And the owner, Jose David Hernandez is so awesome! He always goes out of his way to provide great service to all the customers. There's also a loyalty program. I use the app - scan receipt barcode. HOLY COW! Finally a good place with healthy options. I stumbled across this place while looking for clean eating and decided to give it a try. I didn't want get too excited because I feared disappointment. However, my mind was blown. Their food is not only healthy, but it tastes delicious! I liked it so much I went back and picked up their strawberry chia pudding the next day. The "make your own bowl" is a great option and the small size is plenty for a light eater. I had the cilantro noodle, mushrooms, broccoli, and tofu on mine. I can't stop raving about all the great flavors this dish had. The tofu had a light dash of sweetness, which I really enjoyed. The pesto cilantro topping sauce was out of this world good. The fresh lemonade is pressed by a business daily and taste fresh and sweetened to my liking (sweet!)- believe me I'm picky with my lemonade and this one met my standards. The chia pudding is a MUST try. It has a thin layer of strawberry at the bottom of the pudding, complementing the dessert very well. read more

We were recommended this as a healthy spot to grab dinner as out of town visitors by our hotel concierge. It was mediocre at best. The method of standing in a line and picking what you want in a bowl is not my idea of good dining, and when that "assembly line" is messy, with food and scraps all over the counter, employees who are handling food and money without washing their hands between, or counter height seating that is unclean and unbussed, it is a turn off to everything else. So while the employees were friendly, I wouldn't go out of my way to go to eat at another one any time soon. read more

This has become our go-to for a quick and healthy meal. There are so many variations for your greens, grans, and protein to choose from. Some of my favorite bases are the spinach with almond salad, pesto noodles, mushrooms, and sweet potatoes. Each has a nice flavor, and doesn't really need any additional sauce. If you're choosing one of the rice bases, I would recommend a sauce. I love the lemon chicken as my protein. Juicy and delicious. My 2 year old also loves this place. The kids meal comes with an organic tropical fruit juice. The staff is always friendly, and they write cute little happy messages on top of each bowl. read more

After a few visits to other locations I was less than thrilled that the food was so salty. This location is better than many other Bolay locations. The veggies seemed extra fresh and were not super salty! I am a big fan of Bolay's tofu and I ordered the shrimp as well. One thing I love about Bolay, as opposed to Fresh Kitchen is that they never give you a hard time about substituting veggies for bases. Loved my bowl with mushrooms, broccoli, Brussels, legumes, and the proteins. The server heaped on so much food I couldn't even finish it. The server was so friendly and enthusiastic.
