Visited on Wednesday to try the $7 Bang Shrimp and found the bar area busy, the main dining room wasn't busy but looked inviting and elegant. Our shrimp appetizer was very tasty and a nice portion for sharing. Drinks were ok- way too strong for my taste so ended up with a beer which was perfectly cold. Our main courses were delicious, we enjoyed two of the dishes recommended by our service waiter Marco. The chocolate crème brûlée was delicious although the berries on top were frozen so we couldn't eat them. The chocolate martini was very strong so didn't really enjoy it, next visit I will try the espresso martini instead. read more

I always love the complimentary bread and olive oil, and the main meal was delicious... I got salmon with a side of mash potatoes and asparagus, super yummy! This is one of those restaurants that I've seen around but haven't eaten at. When I received a coupon in the mail for a complimentary entree with the purchase of another entree, I decided it was time to give it a try. When I first walked in, they told me it would be a 45 minute wait, which I understood due to being a Saturday night. But we got out table a lot sooner. I think we only waited for about 15 minutes. As soon as we sat down, we were greeted by the wonderful server, I believe her name was Vanessa. She was extremely busy but ensured we felt welcomed and provided some suggestions from the menu. She was also extremely helpful in ensuring my friend and I could both use the coupon we each had. To eat, I tried the bang bang shrimps, the grilled scallops with shrimps and rice and broccoli and pumpkin creme brûlée. Everything was delicious. I understand why the bang bang shrimp is a very popular dish as the mango sauce took the skewers to another level and the scallops and shrimp were grilled to perfection. The pumpkin creme brûlée was different but tasty and perfect for fall. To drink I tried the pineapple martini and pomegranate martini. They were both delicious but I liked the pineapple martini better because it was sweeter. Vanessa was very attentive and it was noticeable she tried to help everyone at once. One time she did walk away as I was talking but it was to help the nearby table so I took no offense. Also, one of the spoons that came with the dessert was dirty. I didn't say anything because Vanessa did bring an extra spoon so I used that spoon instead. Despite being busy, Vanessa did a very good job refilling out waters throughout dinner. She also ensured we didn't need anything else. It was nice that Bonefish sent the coupon and I'm glad I've used it because it motivated me to try the restaurant out. I came to dinner with my daughter, and Bonefish Grill is a super reliable restaurant. I ordered the salmon, mashed potatoes , and asparagus. The food was amazing, the portions were not huge but just enough. The service was excellent, our waitress kept coming back to our table to check on us. The restaurant is beautifully decorated , the only exception is that the tables are too close together. Overall, one of the best chain restaurants, my one drawback is how much prices have risen since last time I was there. read more

I am a loyal Bonefish Grill patron and a dine rewards member. Last night we went for dinner and were very unhappy to see the menu has completely changed. Now I can no longer order plain small/large portions of fish grilled or blackened with mango salsa/sauce and choose my sides (double vegetable btw). The salmon was only available with a sticky sweet bourbon sauce and preset sides. This takes my healthy meal to an unhealthy place. Not too sure why this drastic change was made but also not too sure if I will be returning. read more

Going to bump it up to 5 stars since I've been coming pretty often and everything has been great. The stone crab is excellent when they have it, albeit a bit pricey; the house salad has become one of my favorite dishes, and the ahí tuna is very tasty. Pro tip: The bang bang shrimp can be had sautéed instead of deep fried for a healthier alternative. If there is one dish I'd suggest you stay away from, it's the pot stickers. My sis had 24 hours in Miami and we wanted to go somewhere close and have a good meal. She was so exhausted from flying. We agreed on Bonefish. Always a good choice when you want to have seafood and not go far at all. I chose the mahi dinner with mashed potatoes and green beans with a lobster tail. It was great! Can't complain. Cooked perfect. We also had bang bang shrimp and an order of mussels. Again, food on point. Our wine was not so great. The bottle seemed like it was open for days. Very stale and bitter tasting. No biggie because I was tired and not looking to having multiple glasses. But it would be different if I was there for happy hour or early where I expect to have glasses. Parking is not an issue. Parking lot is big. Cold stone is right next door also. And lastly l, service was great. It took 15 min ti get a server to us, which is ok. We went there late and I know how things are at this moment. I just asked the host for some bread as we were starving!! He ran and got our bread and our server within seconds. She was so apologetic. I am deeply disappointed with what I ordered today at Bonefish Grill located at 14218 SW 8th Street, Miami, FL 33184. The Angler's Catch french fries and seafood were tough appearing to have been reheated and overcooked. The Calamari were the same. I ended up throwing most of it away. The quality and quantity of servings at this restaurant has been declining year after year (and I have been a customer for very many years). Unfortunately, it's the closest dine-in restaurant to where we live and the menu has many items which are our favorites. read more
