Negative stars. I order the meat with shrimp. They completely forgot to season the food. The shrimp looked and tasted very questionable. Do not recommend going or ordering from them. This is the first time I take time to make a review, but it was so disappointing that I had

I love their lomo saltado great food and great chicken. The lady serving the tables was very nice and kind. It's like a restaurant/fast food place they serve you quick you can take out or eat inside. Only problem I have it's they serve only Pesi and I'm a Coca Cola guy ! Prices are reasonable and so is the serving. Family place !

Hands down the best roasted chicken I've had. The meal itself looked super bland, but as soon as you eat it, you realize how good it is. The chicken falls off the bone and is so juicy and tasty with the Cuban spices used. The fried yuca is delicious, crispy, and are better than regular French fries. The restaurant also gives several different garlic aiolis that are amazing to eat the meal with (a plain, cilantro, and spicy aioli is included with the meal). Definitely order food from here for and excellent meal.

Ok. So have you ever not known something was missing from your life till you found it, and now you can't live without it? This is what happened for me with La Brasa! Hahaha! It's sooo good! This place is like a Pollo Tropical but wayyy better. Soooo many different options! The food is sooo flavorful! And the portions are well sized! I have only had the quarter chicken meal- once with white rice, black beans, and steamed veggies. The other time with the roasted garlic potatoes and veggies. All sides were very well flavored and seasoned. It's enough for me to make two meals, which I like! :) They also have an assortment of yummy sauces. If you like spicy you gotta try the spicy garlic sauce. Holy smokes!! It's so good and spicyyyyy!!! Also the Colantro sauce with the onions in it is really good! Love the ease of getting a fresh, delicious real meal on the go!

Giving La Brasa Grill four stars. The food and beer were delicious. We decided to eat in. Food came out on a timely manner. The only down fall was we weren't given any utensils when the food came out and it took about 4min to receive them. I guess staff was a bit overwhelmed but over all the food is great and totally recommend! Ambiance is pleasant went on a Sunday afternoon.

The food was fresh, it was food had a good amount of sauce and flavor. The speed it was done was a mix of restaurant and fast food which was nice. I would order and recommend to go.

It was my first time coming here, I ordered to go. The restaurant looks very clean and staff were very friendly and greeted you at the door. The food was so tasty and fresh! We got the family meal which included the whole chicken with 2 sides all for a great price. I recommend all the sauces they are a perfect pair with the chicken. Definitely coming here again ! :)

I literally cannot tell you how the food taste. Because I never ate it lol there was one car in front of me, 1. I waited 13 minutes... Let me repeat that I waited 13 minutes in the drive-through and I never got my order, why because I backed up and left. Listen Don burrito is at the same plaza also Canton Chinese, where I got my lunch in 9 minutes after ordering it.

Delicious new rotisserie chicken La Brasa Grill with new management. Great deal $9.99 whole chicken with rice and beans.
Maria B.

Under new management, the employees are so friendly and wonderful. Just left Brave Church on Sunday and picked up to go the $9.99 special. Delicious!

Don't recommend coming in at 9 or later. They didn't have the chicken breast I usually get so I got this fried chicken with rice, beans, and fries. The chicken is clearly burned on the outside and it tastes horrible. Do not recommend. I also don't recommend you to get the cut chicken pieces too since in the photo on the menu you see it's doesn't have any sauce but when they serve it to me it has this horrid sauce. The beans I receive is not even beans it's just some dirty water too. They took 15 mins to give me my food and this is what I received....I'm going to reconsider coming here next time.

Rebecca A.

For a restaurant to open during COVID takes courage and a commitment to customer service and I am happy to report that La Brasa has both! So far we have only tried the drive-thru service, but it's great. The employees are wearing masks, food is made to order even as it's drive-thru, and you park and an employee brings your order out to your car. Easy-peasy and fresh! I can highly recommend the fried yuca and the sweet and sour chicken. My husband has had the palomilla and said it was pretty good. La Brasa is not fine dining, but the food is fresh, filling, yummy, and a good value for the cost. We've been twice and we'll definitely be back.

What really stood out to me was how they take relatively simple ingredients and pack them with so much flavor. We tried the Hot Maple Flatbread, Breakfast Sandwich, and Lemon Curd & Blueberry Pancake, and everything was delicious. The sausage patties in the breakfast sandwich were especially good, incredibly flavorful and probably one of my favorite things we had. The pancakes were another standout. The lemon curd with the blueberries was the perfect combination of sweet and tangy without being overly sweet. I also had the Sake French 75. They only serve beer and sake-based alcohol, but they get surprisingly creative with their mixed drinks. I honestly didn't feel like I was missing out on a traditional cocktail menu at all. The service was outstanding as well. Ogene was attentive, friendly, and gave us great recommendations, which made the experience even better. Definitely one of those places I wish I had tried sooner. Great food, creative drinks, excellent service, and a relaxed atmosphere. We'll absolutely be back!

From the delicious, creative food to the excellent customer service and the reasonable prices --this place checked ALL the boxes! The food was fresh, flavorful, beautifully presented, and definitely worth talking about! And you know a restaurant is doing something right when the service makes you feel genuinely welcomed. We had the pleasure to be served by Toni & Gabby. Their service and recommendations were impeccable. We were also pleasantly surprised to meet one of the owners. Joaquin was humble and very friendly. Sometimes you don't need anything fancy... just good food, great company, and a little quality time together. Heard from a friend, who heard from a friend that this was a fabulous happy hour spot. Finally got…read morethe chance to visit on a Friday before 5pm....this place was slammed. Easy to find since it's located inside the Hilton Hotel on the west end of Baptist Hospital. Plenty of parking too. If you walk in through the main entrance, the restaurant is beyond the lobby area on the right hand side. Once there, I noticed the bar was full with no available seats. Unable to find anyone to advise me which tables belonged to the bar area, I asked another customer and managed to find a small table for two. I was warned by the couple seated next to me that the service was extremely slow. They were right, it was a while before we had someone come by the table to take our order. We didn't take a chance and ordered our drinks with food in order to avoid an additional delay. Happy Hour is a deal, $5 dollar house wine, beer, well drinks, mojitos and margaritas. Appetizers at the time were 50% off (*** see note at end). I wasn't in the mood for the drink special, so I ordered a prosecco. I also ordered the Florida Red Fish Sandwich. The fish is blackened and comes with provolone cheese, bibb lettuce, tomatoes and is served on a buttered brioche bun. I'm a bit picky so I skipped the avocado, bacon and aioli. As we were warned, the service was slow. So slow that I noticed someone who may have been a manager clearing tables and checking in with customers. I found out apparently we visited on a day that had been difficult for them. They had recently experienced employee turnover and a few of the servers were brand new. Now that made a great deal of sense considering the awful service. I fully understand a restaurant can have a bad day. Couple that with their honesty, that was greatly appreciated. The prosecco I ordered was a single serve bottle, La Marca. I've had it before and it's actually very good. When the food arrived and I took my first bite.....it was amazing! The fish was fresh, properly prepared and seasoned perfectly. The bun was yummy too. If I was rating the meal by itself, I'd say it was a full five star sandwich. Leaving was a bit of work, yup, it took forever to get the bill. In the end, the food was so darn good and couple that with not being in a rush, it wasn't a big deal. In summary, Table 55 was a bargain with discounted appetizers, drinks and excellent food. Hope the service improves because it has great potential to be perfect! ***They have changed their happy hour specials. Although when I visited, the appetizers were 50% off, they are now discounted. Drinks specials are $5 house drinks and draft beer. Happy Hour is still every Monday-Friday 4-8 PM, and Saturday-Sunday 9-11 PM.

The chicken thigh bites in a sweet and spicy Thai sauce were edible but also a very lame portion for the price. I've been to countless Hilton conference locations across the country. We were a party of 12, the staff was very accommodating and managed to sit at 2 tables of 6 people side by side. The place is kinda small so not really ideal for larger groups. We still had a wonderful time. The food was all delicious from the appetizers to the entrees. I really enjoyed the gyozas, they were crunchy on the outside but so savory on the inside. The soup dumplings literally burst in your mouth. They were so yummy. The fried milk bun felt like I was eating a Thai donut, I expected something different but it was good. As an entree I enjoyed the Tonkatsu hot pot, presentation was 10/10. The broth tastes so good, I couldn't get enough, they use rice noodles for this dish specifically which I love. Everyone was great service wise, very kind and accommodating. The only thing I will say is that 2 dishes took longer than expected to arrive so some of the people in our party had to wait a bit longer to eat their food. Other than that, we enjoyed the food very much. The boba tea was also so good! They have a good variety of flavors to choose from, my cousins got a rainbow one and it looked so appealing to the eye. I had the green tea lemonade and added boba, it was very refreshing.

One of My Two Favorite BBQ Spots in Miami!…read more Excellent BBQ, no question about it. I have two go-to BBQ spots in Miami, and Hate Mondays is one of them. Everything I've ordered here has been on point. The brisket is tender and juicy, the ribs are fall-off-the-bone delicious, and all the fixings hit the mark. The beef short rib looks absolutely incredible, and it's next on my list. In fact, writing this review is making me hungry, so my next visit might be sooner than expected! The portions are seriously generous, so come hungry. They also have a great beer selection, featuring local breweries alongside familiar favorites. Add in the laid-back atmosphere and old-school hip-hop playing in the background, and you've got the perfect setting for some seriously good BBQ. The spot itself is tucked into a small warehouse space, giving it that unpretentious, neighborhood BBQ joint feel. It's cozy, but somehow they always manage to get you seated quickly. Karl, aka the El Bearded Chef, is almost always on-site and makes a point of ensuring you're taken care of. That personal touch makes the experience even better. The only thing to hate about Hate Mondays is Monday itself because they're closed. Great food, generous portions, good beer, and a vibe that keeps you coming back. Can't wait for my next visit!

The location made us curious since the area is mostly commercial warehouses and apartments, not the typical setting for a bar and restaurant. We were warmly greeted by the friendly staff and directed to a bench while we waited. Seating is limited, but we were seated within about 20 minutes, and it was worth it. The place was full of locals who clearly knew each other and welcomed us as first-timers, sharing their favorite menu items. The atmosphere felt authentic and inviting. The restaurant was clean, and our waitress was fantastic, friendly, attentive, and a big part of our experience. We started with ice-cold local beers and chicharrones with spicy sauce, which were delicious. We then shared the chicken wings and brisket with coleslaw, along with a side of tostones. Everything was flavorful and satisfying. Hate Monday's Tavern is a true hidden gem, and we're glad we decided to try it. If you live in Kendall or anywhere in Miami, I highly recommend stopping by. Just remember: don't go on Monday, they're closed! The owner really does hate Mondays! Five stars from us. We'll definitely be back!
