Hey foodies! Last stop on my Miami food run, and I think I saved one of the best for last! We stopped at First Watch, a breakfast, brunch, and lunch spot, and we went for breakfast. When I tell you I fell in love, I mean it! The atmosphere was so cozy, calm, airy, and incredibly clean. It's the perfect place to sit back, relax, and enjoy a great meal. Let's start with the drinks! Purple Haze - Made with lemon, cane sugar, butterfly pea flower tea, and a hint of lavender. It was refreshing, unique, and absolutely delicious. Watermelon Wake-Up - Watermelon, pineapple, lime, and mint. I grabbed this one to go, and it was the perfect refreshing drink. Oh... did I forget to mention they have boozy brunch drinks too? If you're in the mood to kick off your brunch with a cocktail, they've got you covered! Now for the food! My husband was all about the Bob's Red Mill Cheesy Grits with bacon. He couldn't stop talking about how delicious they were. I had the Banana Brittle French Toast, featuring thick-cut custard-dipped challah bread topped with almond butter crème anglaise, caramelized bananas, fresh blueberries, lemon whipped cream, honey roasted almonds, Maldon sea salt, mint, and a light dusting of cinnamon sugar. Every bite was sweet, flavorful, and so satisfying. And whatever you do, don't leave without ordering the Biscuit with Butter, Honey, and Preserves. Chef's kiss! It was warm, fluffy, buttery, and absolutely amazing. The best surprise? I found out they're opening a First Watch near me in Bethlehem, PA, so you already know I'll be there ASAP! First Watch is absolutely amazing for breakfast. I love that they serve it all day! Every dish tastes fresh and made from scratch, with ingredients that truly feel farm to table. The million Bacon is an absolute must..perfectly sweet, smoky, and indulgent. I ordered the roast beef sandwich with their house potatoes, and both were great. They also had some seasonal specials that sounded incredible, like cheesecake donut holes with Nutella and truffle hashbrowns .. I want to go back  next visit just to try those! read more

Breakfast time is one of the best times of the days. First Watch provides a nice menu variety with many choices and delicious meals. Started with hot cup of delicious coffee. Orders the trifecta with waffle, eggs, and sausage. It was cooked excellent and delicious. The food was on point. The server was extremely kind. The location is super clean, well organized, and decorated nicely. It can get very busy. They do try to move as quickly as possibly but a wait is very likely. My experience was fantastic and I'll defiantly go back. I recommend this location. read more

This time I went to the Flagler Street location and was seated in under 10 minutes. I ordered the Farm Stand Breakfast Tacos, which were tasty and looked exactly as advertised. Came in with a party of 10 and our server GABRIEL was amazing! He was so nice and attentive and despite being a lot of work, he was happy the whole time and fulfilled our orders perfectly. The food was also incredible! And no mistakes! The new tres leches French toast is delicious, along with their caramel crunch iced coffee and BEC sandwich. The ambiance was also very welcoming, calm, with background music. Perfect environment and place to come in a group for a brunch, breakfast, or lunch. Highly recommend. I came to First Watch on a Sunday at 11:30am - which is probably their busiest day/time. We drove by and saw a crowd of people waiting to be seated, as expected. I added myself to the wait list online and got down to check in with the hostess. She said the wait would be 20 minutes. In that time I went to Ulta to shop and sat in the car a few minutes longer. Once we hit the 20 minute mark, my family and I got down and our table was ready. When the server arrived, we were ready to order our beverages and meals. The beverages took a long time to come first, but once they came the server apologized for the wait; which I appreciated. The food came shortly after. Everything was hot and delicious. I ordered the Eggs Benedict BLT, I loved the flavors of the Benedict with the lemon dressing, so good! Our server came to check on us and the meals. I ordered one more iced coffee to go before we left. Special shout out to our server and hostess. Unfortunately, I did not get their names. The restaurant was PACKED and our server was so sweet and friendly. The hostess was a ray of sunshine. I watched her during our entire meal - She checked in guests, helped the runners clean up the tables, overlooked the restaurant to ensure which tables were getting ready to leave, ALL with a smile on her face the entire time. I have never had a good experience at this First Watch in specific. Today was our third try and I will never return. The wait was 25 minutes so we got on the list prior to leaving the house since we live about 15 minutes away. At 12:08 we got on the list, at 12:25 we checked in once we parked, then a whooping 28 minutes later at 12:53 it told us to head to the host stand. However the wait was still 0-5 minutes which lasted about another 10 minutes. As we were going to get seated we got held for another 5 minutes because the floor of the table was dirty. We then waited another 5-10 minutes for our waitress who took our order. She then asked if we wanted the cornbread right away, in which we said yes. I had even mentioned to my table that the last time I ordered the cornbread it arrived after we were done eating and this time it arrived after the food as well even though we said we would've liked it prior. Not only does it arrive late but it was also frigid(this was the case the last time as well). Moreover, I ordered the BEC(which is delicious) and I ordered it without arugula or peppers but I also received without the tasty sauce so I had to wait until our waitress finally made it back to ask for that. We had 4 interactions with our waitress the entire time: first, taking our order, next, when she brought the drinks, then, when we had to wave her over for the sauce, and finally to get the bill. PLEASE GO TO ANY OTHER FIRST WATCH!!!! I've only had amazing experiences at every other First Watch, even ones in Orlando but this location is awful. Even if you have to drive double the distance and wait double the time it's extremely worth it to go anywhere else. Hell I'd even drive up to Orlando to get a better experience. I will only give it 2 stars because the food is good. Overall, this is the third time I give this place a chance and I never will again!!! read more

Food is lukewarm. Got the chicichanga. No eggs in it. My wife's food came out 10 minutes after mine. Her Benedict had badly poached eggs. Still translucent egg white . By then my food is stone cold. Server rarely checked on us and dropped the check without us asking for it. The host up front is a 5 star. Very engaging and friendly but this place needs some serious retraining in BOH. You can't serve cold food. On a side note the gravy for the biscuits is delicious if it's served hot. SMH. Had high hopes for this place read more

This place really needs help the served us and omelet with a hair in the eggs. When we advised management the brought us a over cooked cracked fried egg with burned edges and uncooked potatoes. It's shameful to serve something like that they might as well close that place. read more
