Osmow's keeps getting better! I've been coming here for a while and it always tastes delicious and service is always great. I got a chicken shawarma combo which comes with fries and a drink. Yosbel was wonderful, he was sweet and when i found something in my fries, he switched out the fries with no questions or no explanation needed. The decor is also different now and it looks really nice. There's plenty of tables to dine-in with tvs that usually have music playing that's commercial and appealing to mostly everyone. Came here at 9:30 pm to get a chicken wrap. Was told to wait 25 mins since they were just putting chicken on the grill. Why the hell would one wait that long for fast food. Do not go here if you want to wait 25 mins for your food. Obviously I walked out and won't be returning and won't recommend. read more

Ordered a Shawarma with lamb, and it was disgusting. Meat was overcooked and burnt, and they actually cooked the lettuce and tomatoes with the meat! Soggy, burnt, and just nasty. Also ordered the falafels, and it was the same thing! Completely burnt on the outside and cooked in the inside. Horrible burnt taste was in every bite. I couldn't eat any of it! Note to chefs/owners lower the heat on your frier! You'll thank me later. There are so many delicious Mediterranean spots, but this is definitely not one of them! read more

My husband wanted to try this place out since he heard it was great. Well it definitely wasn't!! The salad was all wilted, the food just didn't look fresh, I went ahead and ordered the Obox with rice, chicken and the Greek salad. My husband wanted a wrap well when he ordered the wrap the guy behind the counter slapped the wrap on a dirty food tray and didn't even place anything under it.. we looked at each other and decided to leave... when my husband said he wasn't going to eat it he put the wrap back inside the wrapping with the other wraps... I paid for my food just cause I had ordered it already and needless to say we threw it away once we got outside. Absolutely disgusting and will never return here again! super disappointed! read more

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a wrap with side of fries and hummus on the side. My order was wrong. Not even close to how I ordered my wrap, and it tasted awful. The chips that came with hummus were oily and burnt to a crisp. And the hummus, if you can call it that, tasted worse than a cheap store bought brand. Highly highly do not recommend eating here. read more

Forst time trying shwarma in a while and trying my hand at osmow's. Ordered the chicken shwarma wrap, which was pretty good, to say the least. Also, the chicken on the Stix was made great and had a lot of sauce as well, which I loved. The only critique I have was the customer service, a little dry, and weren't fully paying attention to me or giving me options. Also, music was being blasted loudly, and it kind of killed the experience of eating in person. Felt I should have taken it to go. The food is 10/10 but service was 6/10. As far as food is concerned, I literally LOVED the dishes and will definitely come back for that. read more

I dont know what to say except I was very excited to try this place and the photos online looked very promising, but when I got here, it was anything but. The store was kind of empty and they had one person at the front who didn't speak very good English when I asked for lamb Shawarma it was already pre-cut meat that they put on the grill. The spicy sauce is extremely spicy and not in a pleasant way, I asked for garlic sauce and they didn't seem to have any. This was a terrible sandwich and a total waste of money. read more

Food is good but the service is just flat out terrible. It's always empty and when you walk in the employees act as if you're bothering them. Not welcoming at all and just feel rushed when ordering. I've never dinner in bc I don't feel comfortable always take it to go. Fries are very small portion. The falafel wrap is great but I feel the staff will make this place close down sooner than later. read more

Osmow's is one of my favorite spots in Canada and I was so excited when I found out they opened a location in Miami. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by everyone on staff. Amanda has great customer service! Unfortunately the food is no longer the same quality. The restaurant used to grill the meats prior to putting it on the food. This ensured the food was warm, moist and had great taste. The restaurant recently made changes to include no longer grilling the meats but laying the food out on the counter. Now the food is very dry and tastes nasty. We couldn't even finish the food. My family used to order food almost weekly from here but unfortunately we won't be back. To say we are disappointed is an understatement! read more

So I tried their Philly cheese wrap ... I was really hoping that I liked it cause it looked good! The pros ... it had lots of meat, was hot off the grill and looked presentable. The Cons .... Did not like the taste of the meat had very little cheese to be honest did not finish it. Coming from Miami where there is a large Spanish community I'm not sure that the Mediterranean taste will prevail much. The meat tasted different than what I'm used to coming from NY and being Spanish ! If you like the Mediterranean taste you will like this place but it's not for me! With plenty of parking out front and sufficient seating, this place pleasantly surprised me with their flavors. There was a young white skinned male who was cutting the shawarma and then he went to reach for the shawarma shovel but it fell on the ground. He then picked it up from the floor and went on to use it without cleaning it or anything. Really disgusting read more

Great service, the wraps are AMAZING! Can't wait to try the chicken Philly! The spicy sauce they use has a drawing kick, highly recommend (you can get it on the side if you're scared). Stars are not based on food. Food is Delicious here and one of our favorite places to come but only for the food. If management doesn't step up, sadly I see this place closing. Poor kid inside was brand new trying to help us out while the other 2 guys working were on their phones and then eventually left him inside alone to go sit on the bench outside and stay on their phones. AC was off, no music, no life and this place has so much to offer. This place could be so much busier if ran correctly. Food is on point though read more

I am a shawarma and döner professor. I ordered the lamb shawarma with salad and it was really good. I wanted to get some fries but the oil was worse than my cars engine oil, so I skipped fries. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Rude & Dirty. Hours on storefront are incorrect. We got kicked out told we couldn't eat there after ordering. As we ate in the car, watched as the employee didn't lock the door at "closing time" so people kept walking in & getting kicked out. Funnily, employee kicked out several couples but made an order for 1 pretty girl despite being "closed". Employee looked suicidal and was rude 4/14/24 10:20 PM. Restaurant smelled rotten and rancid upon entering looked like they had been mopping with a dirty mop. Almost slipped on wet floor, wet floor sign was all the way at the back of the restaurant. Would've given this place 4 stars if the customer service was nicer and more helpful. The tan gentleman with curly hair made it unpleasant to ask for help or suggestions. The shawarma was not in the shape displayed on the menu. Looked like a gyro. The restaurant was empty so the ambiance was calm. Came here for a date night yesterday with my boyfriend and we both got shawarma's one lamb and one chicken. They were both to die for, I've only had greek a handful of times, but each one truly cannot compare. Hands down Osmow's is 5 stars. Quite possibly the worst experience I ever had at a restaurant. I come in and ask some basic questions as it's my first time and am met with eye rolls and huffs and puffs for asking 1 simple question that could be answered in 3 words. Then after i place my order I ask to order water bottles and the dude huffs and puffs in the most aggressive manner because he had to press the back button and add two waters. The straw that broke the camels back was when he was talking to someone on the phone throwing out loud F bombs infront of my 3 year old son every other word complaining about cut onions. It gets even worse, I left my sunglasses on my table and when i ran back in store to pick them up I saw the same cashier sitting right infront of the table I was at and he stole my glasses! He knew I clearly knew he stole them too as he gave me a such a nasty look as he shook his head when I told him I left my glasses here. He was the cashier working on 2/25/24 read more
