Two older ladies that are cooking the food seem to be pretty lost back there. Customers that came in 20 minutes after I did got served their food and we're eating happily while I was still waiting. It was clean and staff was friendly. I went with the Pincho Burger and opted for caramelized onions. The burger was so juicy! The caramelized onions really gave it a nice touch especially with the potato sticks on top. The fries were cooked perfectly, the cajun seasoning on top wasn't to overwhelming. First time at pincho! Not too disappointed but at the same time not blown away. I got the toston burger with fried cheese. Their cilantro sauce bumped up the rating for sure. I was super excited to try this burger, however the toston "buns" were REALLY stale and dry which made it difficult to bite into and chew. It used to be thick tostones with a fairly big meat patty, lettuce, tomatoes etc. This one looked lean on everything... With that said though, it was so much easier to eat and the taste was great. My heart was torn between the price and the item, but at least as a once in a while thing i can budge. Most importantly the staff were great. The tostón burguer came with salt and pepper sprinkled on top and we're very allergic to pepper. We didn't think to ask beforehand and were devastated thinking it would be an ordeal to change. The staff were super understanding and kind, and redid the whole thing, even ensuring not to season the meat with pepper. Hats off to them!
