A male and female having a conversation near the cash register, then 1 person that looked like she was packaging up to go orders. I stand by the register for a solid minute. There was no acknowledgement, no other customers in the restaurant, no nothing. Of the 3 employees having a conversation near the grill, the female looked at me, but continued to converse with the other two males. I walked out. Pincho used to be my favorite place to eat. The quality of the food to the price was excellent and the taste was amazing. Lately though it has been a disappointment. The vaca frita platter was supposed to be roasted vegetables and salad. There was no salad and the vegetables were steamed and the carrots were still hard. The meat was bland. The burger was supposed to be paleo -- lettuce buns, it had one strip of lettuce barely covering the burger. We paid extra for guacamole, not include again. Unfortunately that's not the first time they have not included and extra, and at this point I'm beginning to feel robbed. Needless to say it won't happen again. The food is good but...... 4 times ordered for pickup and 1 time eat in for a total of 5 meals. Of the 5 times they forgot 4 of the times sauces for either the salad (it's listed as an ingredient on the menu) or sauces for meats that were put in as part of the order. WTH? Don't they read the whole order and put each in as it is ready? Sauces can go in the bag as the meat (if ordered) is cooked. 20% success rate for getting the entire order correct. Not a good score. It is very difficult to continue ordering from Pincho. I actually spoke with a manager who took my order (9 meals) and AGAIN, they forgot stuff! Monday night, we usually order out,after wanted Korean noodle, I gave up as most closed on Monday. 180 degrees later,we were ordering Pincho burgers ,the perfecto to be exact. After 15 minutes, my wife went to pick up, and the reason for my review began. The person who was supposed to be a manager addressed my wife very unprofessional, mocked her regarding a reward she was claiming, and served us two dry flat overcooked. The first Pincho. This is the original Pincho Factory. The first ever. Located in the heart of Westchester. Now it's called Pincho. My first experience here is one I will never forget. Nedal, one of the original owners was hanging out at the restaurant. You can tell this was his pride and joy. It had opened recently and he recommended something that wasn't on their menu. He said to us, if you're hungry have the foreman burger. I asked "what is that!?" He said it's a burger but instead of regular sliced bread on each side holding the burger and it's ingredients it's two grilled cheese sandwiches holding the burger and it's ingredients. Nedal said "you guys look hungry" and we responded "we certainly are, an order of foreman burgers it is sir!" Pincho has evolved through out the years. You can always count on Pincho for a quick delicious warm meal. There burgers are bomb and so are their bowls. Don't forget to order some sweet tots with their apple dipping sauce. It's delicious. Order the Pipos Choice or the perfecto burger. Those are my two favorites and will never fail you when you're craving a good burger. Try their 627 Ale Beer. It's named after the $6.27 they ended up with after giving their life savings to open up this first Pincho Factory Westchester location that is now named Pincho. They have about roughly 10 locations here in south Florida and will soon be seen all around the US of A! They even have locations inside Marlins Park and FIU. read more

Ever since they outsourced their order takin, their customer server via the phone, via the app or in person, they barely get a star now. Today I abandoned an order I was making using the app that got rerouted to the call center because they couldn't hear. Was on hold for 10 minutes for "Brad" who didn't know what the new Pan con Pincho was. No more Pincho until the call center is done this wasn't the only time the call center had problems, just the latest. So much for earning any reward points, at Pincho (the original one), not spending a dime there until that call center is history! Not worth the effort!!! read more

Quality burgers with great service and great pricing ($7-9 each)! The staff at the counter were friendly and accommodating, and service fast - especially considering how it was close to closing time on a weekday and there were still quite a few people dining & ordering. They also have chicken sandwiches, hotdogs, veggie burger, and of course pinchos if you're not up for a burger. Their sides though are what brought me over. The fried tostones are AMAZING. One serving is 4 pieces. Lightly peppered and salted, slightly crisp, they are delicious both with OR without Pincho's special pink sauce (which tastes kind of like a sweeter lighter tartar sauce). We also got a side of traditional fries - thin cut, crisp and lightly seasoned I would prefer these over McDonald's any day. read more

I know you've seen them- those drool worthy photos of a juicy burger nestled between tostones. Or maybe it was of the burger with a piece of fried cheese oozing with sauce. IRREGARDLESS of what initially may catch your eye from the Pincho Factory instagram, this spot doesn't disappoint once you visit! I will start by saying that parking is limited in this little shopping center. You can park down the street alongside the shopping center. You'll need the extra steps to burn off some of those pincho Factory calories. When you enter Pincho Factory there are about 8-10 small tables. You go up to the counter to order and then grab a seat. The place gets really full, but it seems like it works out that once one table is done your food is ready to be served. This particular Saturday it was super packed and our food did take a little long. My slight hangry state was made better the second our food came out tho. We ordered: - Lettuce Wrapped Burger: in the attempt to be semi healthy I went for this option. Now, when I make lettuce wrapped burgers at home they never hold up and it makes a huge mess. Not this one though. The burger was juicy, topped with crispy potato sticks and their secret pink sauce. - Perfecto burger: i tried my best not to stare at what was between dem buns since I opted not to have any but it looked amazing. Got the hub's seal of approval. - Cajun fries: definitely big enough to share. The secret pink sauce with the grilled onions is a match made in French fry lovers heaven. I've also enjoyed the bacon ranch fries and the Fritanga burger. Honestly, you can't really go wrong at Pincho Factory. Shout out to PF for their bomb ass Westchester mural! I've not had the best expeirences at this Pincho, everything from the order being wrong, to not prepared correctly, to packaged very sloppily and items missing. But the last couple of times, there have been improvements from how the food was prepared, to how the order was followed, pakaging. But it's as if the starts aligned and evrything was perfect, the order, special request, added bacon and egg to the burger, how it was cooked, fries fresh, warm - absolutely perfect. When it's bad you have to call it out but when their on point, you need to let it be known as well. As the Westchester is the original and my local Pincho, I'm glad they have their act together because now I can visit them more often and I recommend you do the same!! read more

I'm going to just start out with the deadliest burger I have ever eaten. Imagine having a burger with delicious meat, queso frito, papitas, an egg, and a delicious sauce. Well stop imagining it because they have it. You will have to have them build it. They did have it as a special one time where you can get it all at once. That sandwich defines what a genius is. Totally next level Miami burger. They do offer a toston burger but it doesn't compare to the one I'm mentioning above. Let me tell you this, the burger that I described above is terrestrial. It's that good. You can order along the terrestrial burger a side of sweet potatoes tots. Come on, who offers that? They do. I'm surprised they don't name it "Awesome Tots". My pic doesn't have it because that was my second time ordering the terrestrial burger and I wanted to try their regular fries, of course ;). This restaurant has a nice chill environment. Pinchos is known for, well...pinchos. It's ironic though that everybody that goes to Pinhco Factory get a burger. Of course now I understand with all their unique and large variety of different burgers. Next time I'll try one out, but for now I'll stay true to the name and order some pinchos. I had the steak pinchos and they were so delightful, they were very tender and juicy. The only thing is that the pinchos are extremely overpriced for the portion of actual meat it brings. I couldn't leave without trying the 627 ale and I got to enjoy it very much. I saw the queso Frito burger and I have my eyes on that for the next time I come, hopefully soon. The service was good. I came in on a weekday with my boyfriend to check out their veggie burger. We ended up getting the Veggie Burger and the California Chicken Pita Wrap. The Veggie Burger was really well priced at $7 especially since it was absolutely delicious (though it killed me a little that it didn't come with fries). The Chicken Pita Wrap had an awesome assortment of flavors but was not well assembled so it became literally impossible to eat. We ended up eating it with a fork which made me feel like I wasted food by even ordering the pita. Beyond the issues I listed above the one thing that really irked my boyfriend and I even after we left is how aggressive their employee was that took our order. We could barely get a word in as she tried to upsell us on EVERYTHING and luckily I knew everything she mentioned would include extra cost which really made me feel like she was trying to con us into paying more. It was also uncomfortable how she kept pushing beer options even after I had told her no twice. Overall, the food was pretty good but can't see myself coming here too soon after this experience. This place is great! They have variety and no matter what you choose it's got flavor! I'm biased to the pincho burger...it's my favorite. It's a classic ...lettuce, tomato, onions (freshness and crunch), melted cheddar cheese, pincho sauce and potato sticks. It's very satisfying! Also get the Cajun fries, comes with seasoning and pincho sauce. There are also other types of burgers including chicken, vegan and a toston burger... bun gets replaced with fried green plantains. They have rice bowls, hot dogs, tater tots, salads. Also pinchos, could be steak, chicken, or shrimp ... you could also have all three! They do have craft beer! It changes but it's always a good one. Going in, there was a good amount of seating inside. The lady at the front was very friendly explaining her take on the menu! We ordered a Pincho & The Great Burger with fried eggs and fries. Moving on with today's review, I thought the burgers for the most part were very tasty! I liked that for each sandwhich, the buns were toasted, had fresh condiments, and burgers were seared well! Fried egg also was really delicious addition and Crispy. Moreover, the fries were fresh, Crunchy, and seasoned perfectly too. The only thing that I think would've improved upon today's experience, was If both burgers possessed more of the special sauce(s). Overall, both burgers and service today were good! I'm sure it will catch your eye with all those pictures on social media. when you get there it won't disappoint you because it looks just like that. When you enter Pincho Factory they have about 8-10 small tables that fit a party of two or four. you go up to the counter to order your entrees, burger or sandwich, and they give you a number to take to your table and you take a seat and they take you the meal. The time I went was around 1ish closer to two and it gets pretty full and crowded because people are on lunch breaks near the area. We ordered a customized burger with sweet potato tots and a wrap. - My customized burger had a fried egg, avocado, pink sauce, little cut up fries. I was more than satisfied with my burger it was amazing! - Fresco steak wrap: Diced tomatoes, cucumbers and their signature cilantro sauce. keep in mind that the parking is very limited in this shopping center. you have to be in luck to find parking there unless you park in the other shopping center across if you're in peak hours. I enjoyed my sweet potato tots with pink sauce, and my customize burger thank you once again for making it happen for me! Top recommendation! Listen since the first time they opened I fell in love with their fresh food, fast service, and sass. The restaurant is always kept clean, staff is happy and in a good mood, the food is great and at good price. I can come here any time - during the week lunch time, during the week for a quick dinner, or on the weekend and I know it won't break the bank. I've pretty much tried everything on their menu except their sandwiches, which I'm sure are great. I try to enjoy their monthly burgers like this last time I had their hangover burger. It was AAAAAMMMAAAZZING! It just melted in my mouth with all the different flavors combined from the pincho and cilantro sauces, fried cheese, angus burger and brioche buns - Yum! Also, I had some of my mother's shrimp mandarin salad which is another favorite of mine. You will be amazed how fresh even their salads are. Honestly, I love their whole menu but I'll name some of my top faves. Ridiculously long waiting time for a place with an army of workers and cooks. They messed up my order, even though my order could not have been simpler; I only ordered their trademark Pincho Hotdog and their trademark Pincho Burger (which was listed at the very top of theor menu) Also, there is a overwhelming , choking, cooking smell coming out of the open kitchen that gets in your clothes and even in your eyes as soon as you open the front doors on your way into the restaurant. There is obviously no smoke-extraction system in place. Had to throw my clothes in the laundry hamper when I got home, but I noticed that was not enough since the cooking funk was impregnated in my skin. I took a long shower and that took care of it. On my way to work this morning, I noticed that the PINCHO funk had impregnated itself in my car's interior, only that from funk it had turned overnight into a stench. Also, the difference between the pictures of the two items I ordered and what I actually got could not have been more diametrically opposed. From a bulging burger brimming with fixings, to two buns separared by some oozing matter in the middle. From a wide open hotdog with all the colorful trimmings to a plain wiener split down the middle on top of a plain bun; W.......T......F!!!!! While waiting to get my food I noticed a line of order delivery drivers quickly queueing up parallel to my line. And that's where the crux of of the unreasonable waiting time and the wrong orders is. Pincho recklessly neglects the walk-ins for the deliveries. The chain of PINCHO Restaurants should really PINCH themselves back to reality and live up to all that empty hype they have been FEEDING the customer. Oh Pincho I had been wanting to try your food for so long but life got in the way and then I got a veggie BF. You have no idea how excited I was when I read your post that not only did you have a veggie burger but that if you brought in a can of veggies you got a free one! There was no excuses to be had and off we went. I ordered the tostone veggie burger which I had been wanting to try for quite some time and my BF ordered the egg veggie burger. We got a side of sweet tots and the Cajun fries. The food arrived at our table and I dove right on in. The sweet tots were crunchy on the outside and soft and sweet on the inside...It comes with apple butter on the side which is really good but when you combine it with the tots its more like a dessert. The combination of the grilled onions, Cajun spices and the pink sauce on the thin fries was very tasty. The veggie patty is a bean patty and the flavors of it on it's own is very good. Not bland at all. The only issue we had with the patty is that when you took a bite it was soft and would end up coming out the back end of the tostone or the bun. The egg on the egg veggie burger looked undercooked but it reality it was cooked to perfection. The yolk was not too hard and not too runny. After having bookmarked Pincho Factory for nearly a year I finally made the drive to checkout the place with an open mind & empty stomach. The Good: Upon walking in I found the vibe to be relaxing & welcoming. Although the place is small, it had a few couches to help give a hanging at your friends house type feel & CutThroat Kitchen(Great Show!) was playing on the flat screen TV's. When we approached the counter we weren't sure what to order so one of the guys there politely steered us through the menu real quick. After we decided on a decked out hot dog, tostone burger, & some bacon cheddar ranch fries we went to take a seat. The Bad: This is the moment I was a bit disappointed from my visit... dirty tables. Having to clean my own table is a serious mood killer & I wasn't the only one who encounterd this. The food was excellent, but looking around there were several others that had to clean up a dirty table before they could sit & enjoy their meals. I can understand the place was a little busy being mid day on a weekend so the 3 people behind the counter had their hands full, but maybe having a part time busser during the busiest hours would go a long way. Something I found odd was there was only brown mustard at the table with the ketchup. I did score some regular yellow mustard from a big cup on the counter so crisis avoided! Overall: The Good outweighed the Bad so I would definitely give them my business again. Long Story Short: Food was great (Try the Tostone Burger!)
