Gone here a few times, the food and portions are great. Very tasty and flavorful plus the sauces are awesome but for some reason we always have an upset stomach after eating here which is why we stopped going. This is a great place to have lunch every day. I try to do it. Also the manager is excellent and the full qualities is excellent too.

I am a regular customer at this location since it's close by to my house and enjoy the food here when I don't make my own food at home. The associates here are usually really nice and very welcoming but I did not have that experience today. The person who helped me said the rice I asked for in Spanish they didn't have and I clarified in English for brown rice and she said u was wrong and I asked for another associate to help me and she said he couldn't because he was busy and he offered to help me because I was clearly distraught by this lady's attitude which then the nice gentleman said she was the manager in charge. Hope they consider being a bit more friendly when hiring a leader. I didn't catch her name but it was a short Hispanic lady with dark hair. read more

I used to order the kids' bowl since I eat small meals, but now that they got rid of it, I usually order the build-your-own daily bowl. I like their quinoa, chick peas, and variety of proteins and veggies. My favorite sauce is the spicy alioli. I recently had to call to fix my App order, and had a disappointing experience: the young lady who answered the phone showed extremely poor customer service skills. She refused to give me her name after requesting and failed to put me in contact with the store manager. This was a first for me. As a routine, I always ask who am I speaking to, and her response was, "I don't have to give you my name." This shows lack of professionalism and customer service. I like the food. It tastes pretty good... My issue is with the sauces. You can either get gluten-free OR dairy-free, but not BOTH. Some of us need BOTH. Other restaurants (e.g., Bolay) have figured out how to do this. Please take this review back to the people behind the recipes and tell them to come up with at least a couple of sauces that are BOTH. Honestly, I do not get all the positive reviews for Diced, at this location and others. As far as the menu goes, compared to other salad and bowl places go, it is really lacking. There are so few choices and nothing original at all. Rice, beans, chicken, canned tuna, steak, rice, salad, cheese...that's about it. So basic! It's not even like the food is done extraordinarily well. The chicken is dry and flavorless. The wrap was mostly rice and completely fell apart. The one positive was that the greens were fresh. The service at this location was abysmal!!! The server was not helpful or friendly while taking our order. She said our food would take 5 minutes. We waited and waited. It took over 20 minutes for a wrap and a salad because they gave our order to someone else. No apologies. They just threw a $5 gift card in our bag. No bueno. read more

I have always loved the food at Diced, but previous experiences with less than stellar customer service at other locations have turned me off. The West Miami location is wonderful! I have both eaten here and picked up take out on numerous occasions and have ALWAYS had a pleasant experience. The food is fresh and tasty, and the service has always been prompt and courteous. I got the veggie bowl, with the forbidden rice (black rice), tomato, onion, carrot, olives, corn, spinach, lettuce and you have a choice of 3 beans: pinto, black and chickpea. The combinations are pretty endless and I'll admit I'm still finding my favorite. I usually opt for the steak protein (both the steak and chicken are all natural and hormone free), and don't mind paying a little extra for Forbidden Rice. It's so delicious! For sauces, the most popular way to go is to get all three in one: Tomato Basil, Spicy Guava, and Garlic Pesto Cilantro. Somehow it works and they even have vegan versions of all three flavors.
