Really wanted to like Just Salad. This is my third time trying it and I placed an online order for pick up. When I got my bowl, half the ingredients were missing that I ordered. And the portion was SO SMALL. For $15 I would expect a much bigger size. Other salad places that are similar are at least twice the size of the portions here. On top of that, none of the ingredients were especially tasty. I would say the dressing was the best part of the whole salad but I ordered two and only received one. There were a bunch of delicious options and I opted for my go-to, Earth Bowl and added roasted chicken to it + had to try out their choco chip cookie... SO GOOD! The worst customer service experience ever. Called in for pick up. Got the restaurant. Asked for my order and the girl just slides the bowl towards me, saying "here you go." I was very surprised as they normally put to go orders in the bag. When I asked her about the bag, she just hands me the bag and says "here." So I asked if she was going to place it in the bag for me. She very reluctantly did acting like she is doing me a big favor. And then shoved the bag over the counter saying "here." I asked for silverware. She throws the fork in the bag and walks away. I asked her that I need a knife and napkins. She again reluctantly goes back throws it in the bag and walks away. We would regularly order from them, but at this point Never Again! It is very likely that when the staff has such low regard for customers that they also very likely disregard safety and cleanliness standards as well. I've been to this location several times and for the most part, have always received pretty good service from all the ladies. Today, Thursday August 14,2025 I went to pickup a TGTG I ordered. Two guys were manning the counter- there was no one waiting- and both, never acknowledged the fact that I was standing smack infront of them. Both, with their heads down- one hiding underneath his cap and the manager. Finally, I was able to get the manager's attention who apparently knew I was there to pick up, when he handed me my bag. Enjoyed a perfectly lovely salad here for lunch! The place was quiet, but it was a weekend and a little late for lunch, so we walked right up and ordered. It was our first time, and the Thai chicken salad called out to me. It was so large, fresh, and perfectly light and delicious. I like that I was asked if I wanted the dressing light, medium, or heavy... nothing worse for me than a drenched salad. I also like that they have La Croix for sale! I always love a healthy option, and though salads aren't hard to make on your own, I really appreciate a ready to go, no-prep-required meal that doesn't make me feel guilty. I never thought something as simple as a CHICKEN CEASAR WRAP would blow my mind but wow this place did it for me! First of all the inside of this place is so clean it looks like you can eat off the floor (I don't suggest you do that) it's always very quiet and the service is always very friendly. Now back to this godly wrap, it's a spicy Caesar wrap the spiciness comes from the poblano ranch that's used as the dressing and it just tastes so fresh so flavorful and best of all it's very filling! I love building my own salad wraps here and the ingredients are always fresh and delicious, however, as other people have stated, when ordering delivery via uber eats, there are often things missing or incorrect. It's really upsetting to always have to worry about whether or not my orders will be right, and when they aren't right, having to deal with being upset about that. I don't drive so delivery is what I rely on.
