I realize that Arby's roast beef sandwiches are nowhere close to healthy. The meat is heavily processed (which is why there's no connective tissue or stringy bits as you'd generally find in steak or beef) and they're loaded with sodium, but every once in a while I get a craving for their sandwiches and seasoned curly fries and need them in my life. There are only, like, 3 Arby's locations in the Miami area so recently I found myself here. This Arby's sits back a bit from the street and it's not as well lit and marked as other nearby restaurants along this section of SW 8th St., so it can be easy to miss at night. Everything was pretty standard with my drive-thru order when I came here, aside from the fact that after she took my credit card for payment, she asked me to back my vehicle up a few feet until she had my food ready due to Covid, then once she had my order ready, she'd ask me to drive back to the window for it. First, why not simply close the window rather than ask patrons to keep moving their cars back and forth, and second, it only took several seconds for her to prepare the order. I don't think backing up and pulling forward again in that short of a time period made that much difference in the grand scheme. read more

The food is pretty good and served hot. The crew here seem to be very good and they maintain a pretty clean dining room.

What a great place to eat. Everybody was all smiles and ready to help. They had a huge selection of available drinks and food. The food tastes very fresh. I spilled my ice after filling my cup and they wouldn't let me clean it. They demanded I don't touch it in the most comical way. It was awesome. I rang the bell on the way out. Went to Arbys at this location 2/16/21 at 8pm. Horrible ! The curly fries were burnt and stale from having sat under the heat lamp. The gyro was nuked until the bread was hard as a rock and uneatable. The meal was really gross. read more

Look, perspective needed: It is a fast food restaurant, so the review takes that scope into consideration, so I'm evaluating it against the likes of McD's, BK, Wendy's, etc. Positives: - Many sandwich option available - Food always tastes fresh (I know, fast food has it's limitations, but I never feel bloated or queazy after eating at Arby's) - Great sides (awesome Onion Rings) - Healthy stuff available, if so desired - Great sweets (fried Oreos!!!) - Clean seating area - Great friendly service, a delight in a world where someone screams "378" and you run to get your order, and 50% of the time it is wrong, and the employee does not understand what you say... and doesn't care. Negatives: it is a long drive from my home! What is interesting is that most of the customers (during weekends) are older, senior level, that seem to really enjoy their food, happy to see that. People knock down Arby's for being lackluster but I believe in their meats. I usually don't prefer a salad at any drive through restaurants but their Chicken Apple Salad sandwich is divine. Their fries are a softer and less crunchier version of Checkers but since their other sides are so great- you don't lose substance by choosing a healthy alternative side item. The good thing is the line is never unbearingly long and if you ask them for sauce on the side it's not a daunting task. They have the chicken tenders and sandwiches people usually flock towards but try the chicken apple salad option because I totally dig it. There's not many Arby's locations left in South Florida so take advantage of the ones we have left. read more

Arby's has always had a special place in my heart. I have never had a bad experience here and one time in Buffalo, NY when I dropped my phone by accident in the garbage can (it was on my "tray") and I called hours later (don't ask why I didn't realize this for hours) they spent a great deal of time getting it out of the garbage for me. Ok this is a really weird story but ever since then, it has been my favorite "fast-food" restaurant. I remember living in NYC and there was not ONE Arby's location in all of Manhattan so I convinced a friend to drive me like all the way to Queens just to grab a late night Arby's snack. Now I live in Brickell, and there really isn't an Arby's that I would say is close but hey, Arby's is worth the drive. So my friend and I decided to take a little adventure to Arby's after waking up from a long night on the town. We finally arrived and mmmmmmmmmm I could smell the curly fries when I walked in. The staff was really friendly and the location was really clean. The food was great (as always) and I will definitely try to convince someone else to take another "adventure" to Arby's reeeeeal soon. read more

I always get fresh fries and mozzarella sticks when I come here and they're not stingy with the sauces either. The beef and cheddar is so delicious. Very disappointed with the Turkey Bacon Wrap, when you read the description in their website it seems to be freshly baked turkey, instead is sliced turkey that you purchased at the delicatessen. The sandwich is also cold, not what I expected from a freshly baked sliced turkey at Arby's. The worst customer service ever! I went by the drive thru; then, parked my car to eat my meal, only to realize I was missing the curly fries. That's when the saga started. I walked up to the window and the girl at the window told that I had not paid for curly fries. I went back to my car for the receipt. When she saw that I had the fries on the receipt, she told me that they were at the bottom of the bag. I went back to my car to check the bag. Nothing. Nada. At that point, I was upset. I took my order to back to the store to talk to the manager, Carla Alvarez, who btw didn't speak English and couldn't understand anything I was saying. She asked if I "wanted" curly fries...I said "I want what I paid for". We went back and forth and she was not accepting their mistake. In the meantime, her employees were mocking me and laughing at me, which I considered elder abuse and harassment because I'm a senior. Finally, I said I want my money back. Cleanest and most careful Arby's I've ever been to. I've always gone through the drive thru here, but this is the first time I went inside to get a sandwich. The smokehouse brisket, of course. The restaurant was CLEAN and modern. Obviously it was renovated recently. I also noticed that, the food was prepared behind the register where there's a cutout so you can see clearly the preparers hands and process of making your sandwhiches. That is a really nice touch and also gives you confidence in what you're ordering. I appreciate that as a customer. As for the food, I mean Arby's is the greatest. The smokehouse brisket is the best sandwich ever made, and I'm not just saying that. You have no idea what you're missing. Tons of meat thrown into the sandwich and very well prepared. This Arby's has been here for a long time can use some updates in the decor. The sandwiches are always fresh and the fries are always hot and crispy. I personally like the new Roasted Chicken Club Sandwich very juicy. Also if you like they have Market Fresh sandwiched made on honey wheat bread the Roasted Turkey Swiss is very good. I like coming to Arby's for the great deals and coupons I get in the mail. Also it never packed with many people. During lunch the crowd does appear. Hands-down the most underrated fast food place. I consider myself a classic Arby's fan-- it's hard for me to deviate from the Beef and Cheddar with fries and a Jamocha shake but every time I go friends have tried different things on the menu and they are always impressed.
