I eat here at least once every two weeks. It's a family owned business (husband , wife and son) Their customer service is amazing. They make you feel like family. I've come to care and grow a connection with these owners just because of our interactions as a customer. I would def recommend this place. I always get the honey mustard chicken sub. Food is always fresh, I have nothing but excellent things to say about this restaurant read more

I love a good Italian sub and Quiznos' version has always been my favorite since back in the day. They are centrally located just outside of Weschester, close to the Palmetto Expressway. This location is one of the last freestanding Quiznos in Florida and I'm so grateful they decided to stick around. It's run by a father and son duo who make you feel welcomed and appreciated every visit. read more

Walked in and the 2 men inside had very poor hygiene. The man making sandwiches kept touching his face and hair and didn't wash his hands to make the sandwiches and both of them were making sandwiches and touching the register and cash without any handwashing in between. The entire place was dirty and I doubt the food was temperature controlled or within proper shelf life. I post this comment so that anyone can avoid obvious food poisoning. read more

I having been eyeing this last remaining location for a long time and during the weekend decided to finally go for an old fashioned toasty sandwich. Once I entered I was hit with pure nostalgia from the smell to the colorful decor. Even the slowing moving track oven was there so I decided to order the Italian on wheat. The sandwich was Bursting with flavor and very fresh ingredients. I am so glad they haven't lost their touch! read more

I have been going to this family owned, father and son, franchise for years and have always loved it. Whether the son or the father is serving the sub, it's always a great experience and place is always clean. They are very attentive to your needs. I am a regular so they tell me to finish eating and just to pay after. Not many Quiznos' around anymore and it's a shame so would love to see this one stick around. read more

I have been a loyal customer of this father and son-owned Quizno's franchise for many years, and I consistently enjoy my visits. The quality of the sandwiches remains excellent, and the friendly, attentive service from both the father and son always makes my experience a positive one. It's a real gem in the neighborhood, and I'm happy to see them still going strong. read more

Rub down. Dirty. Nasty & over priced. How's this place still open? Terrible and disgusting overall. I literally throughout my sub when it was handed to me. Run. Don't walk. Don't go eat in there read more

Perhaps one of the last ones in the United States I came here for the nostalgic reasons and whos goes to one of these anymore, you know? I use to come here multiple times around four or five years ago because I work in the area but the rumors were that it was a family owned shop, father and son were together most of the time and I've read reviews that they are always arguing over randomness in front of customers. That was not the case today, but it was definitely more expensive than I have ever imagined. I got a black Angus steakhouse sub on rosemary bread at 8 inches with a soda and a cookie. Total came out to $20! The sandwich is good, but what was really surprising was & I know everything has gone up in price with inflation, but that cookie was so small I had to take a picture of it. Also, the Coke machine was out of order one of the bathrooms was out of order, it look kinda messy and gross inside but it's an in and out type of place so I didn't think too much about it but it may be an issue for some. All in all will come back again for the sandwich because it's always been a good taste, good quality, but between cost and taxes, it was way too pricey. read more

I honestly didn't realize how delicious Quiznos subs was. I know it might sound crazy since they have been around for so long. Plenty of menu options and variety. Nice selection of bread that is perfectly baked. Only complaint I have it that they charge you extra to add veggie toppings - like the regular stuff: lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc. $11+ for a footling sub is a bit in the pricey side. read more

for my first time at Quiznos i absolutely LOVED it!!! i'm a big fan of the bread bowl soup combo & it did NOT let me down! it was soft bread with a toasty outside & very cheesy! if soup isn't your thing you can never go wrong with freshly made tater tots. the people were so sweet & attentive, made sure we had everything we needed through our whole experience. The vibes inside were very nostalgic with the neon lighting & funky color wave. overall 10/10 read more

Love their Veggie Sub best in the country! Owners are super nice! Great job! I will be back soon! read more

My husband picks up food for us from this Quiznos often bc it's a convenient location, but this was my first time going inside here. I usually get a U Pair 2 (honey mustard chicken salad and a chicken carbonara flatbread) and my husband usually get the Italian sub. The lettuce and veggies are always fresh, which is generally how I judge these types of places. This Quiznos is very clean, and the guy making our food was super friendly and nice.. you could tell he really cared and wanted to make sure we had a nice experience. Makes me feel like I want to come back often because the service was great and it's not often someone at a fast food or sub place makes me smile. I checked in as we were paying.. and found it a little concerning that this place has such a low rating.. but after reading the low reviews, it seems 1 person had a bad experience and then had all their family members write poor reviews even though they didn't go.. Rather unfair. Anyway, the service was great, the place is clean, and our food was fresh as always, so we'll be back for sure. read more

I have made several attempts to eat at this establishment, and I use that word "establishment" loosely. Multiple attempts have ended in the incorrect order being handed to me. Today takes the cake. Horrible service. Every time. Getting past the disrespectful time, you have to wait to order a sandwich, watching the man not wash his hands after clearly working on something mechanical in the kitchen. I changed my order as soon as I saw that. No, instead of the sandwich I want to order, I order a soup. That way he doenst have to touch my food, and I don't have to spend too much money just to leave. Which I have had to done prior. I watched him scoop soup, put it in a bowl, then microwave it! I had already paid, told the man to keep the money, as they will need it for they won't be in business long operating in this manner. Stear clear! read more

Erm.. 5 stars, no question. I didn't go through the reviews to see what's up with the ratings but this little joint is within a nice walking distance to work so I strolled over today to check it out and have been pleasantly surprised. The gentleman working is working the lunch shift solo and absolutely killing it, the receipt says his name is John E. Well done John E, well done! What a perfectly executed multitasker. This is something you cannot teach, this is an inherent skill and he's got it. He was welcoming everyone and listening to everyone...during the lunch rush... BY HIMSELF!! Wait times did not increase, he used his time wisely and effectively. I'm honestly quite surprised. I literally pulled up Yelp to write a review as I'm still sitting here because people like this and service like this is hard to come by. Especially in Miami. Especially in a fast casual dining place as such. I HIGHLY recommend this location and I will most certainly be back. I invite you try stop by as well if you're in the area around lunch! read more

I absolutely love the Honey Bourbon Chicken sub here! Sometimes, I'll go for the peppercorn Caesar wrap which is perfect for a quick savory lunch. Their bottled drinks and fountain soda machine could use some sprucing but overall I never mind coming here. The Harvest Chicken wrap is a solid choice too for its savory sauce and crunchiness that brings heartiness to each bite. I always add a bag of chips to it and pie it with a bottled tea or juice. The prices are low and the satisfaction is high making this a great lunch spot to satisfy that rumbling belly. Despite the lunch crowd they receive, the line moves pretty quickly. I also enjoy their turkey sandwiches so it's never a dull meal here. You can also opt for a cookie instead of the chips! read more

my first job ever was at quiznos. i stopped in this shop today and it was so nostalgic. i was a little rudely surprised to find out there was some pricing issues but the owner of this location deserves a gold metal for how he handled talking to me through everything. he was kind and never once lost his cool. he was so genuine and literally felt like family. i hope im in the area soon to go by the shop again. thank you so much for also showing me great customer service still exists. read more

Got a chance to try this location and the service is excellent. Not sure if it's new ownership based on previous reviews, but my experience was flawless and the employees were very accommodating. I enjoy Quiznos Subs. And with very few locations in Miami I would make it a point to come to their location on Bird Rd. This location Use to be good. This location appears family owned. The past few times they had a relative working the subs. He's not only rude but not very well with his Hygiene. The last time I walked in to get a sub he appeared to be sick. Kept sneezing. As I watch him make my sub this guy turned his head and sneezed so hard! All while my bread was in hands!!!! Completely disgusting. I don't think I will be going back to Quiznos unless Quiznos decides to open another location! read more

Love it here and I'm coming weekly. Very kind and love the sandwiches here. Would recommend to anyone. The sugar cookies are amazing.

This Quiznos is horrible. The owner/manager is trying to nickel and dime everyone. He tries to charge an extra $2 for adding lettuce and tomatoes to a sandwich. Nearly $13 for a 8 inch sandwich combo is outrageous. And then he tries to defend himself by saying that food prices went up and he needs to make up for it by charging the customer more. Never going back to this store. Highly recommend you don't either... PS: he went as far as thrashing subway and jersey mike's by saying they were inferior. I am writing this post as I am enjoying a jersey mike sandwich. read more

I went to the quiznos on 71 and bird with my mom and dad for the first time. I usually don't eat sandwiches, but my mom ordered a chicken carbonara and I tried it only because I was hungry and they didn't take me to McDonalds. Even got a cookie for free for posting a review on Facebook! The people at the restaurant were awesome. John Enriquez was amazing! He was so nice and finished up quickly. Things seem to have improved here. Service is as quick as you can expect from a Quiznos -- which I say because the process here is necessarily slower than at other quick service restaurants since you're waiting for your food to go through that conveyor belt oven. The people here are also friendly as hell. Maybe that's because I'm here all the time and they began to recognize me. Either way, I'm a regular now. read more

I almost never do this, especially because I know, from personal experience, that the food industry is incredibly difficult but my wife had such a horrible experience at this location that I felt compelled to write this. I know this is a Quiznos, not a five star french bistro but first off, the "restaurant" was dirty and disheveled. When my wife asked for more meat on one of the sandwiches they charged us and additional $9.00, which he did not tell her before she ordered. What my wife assumed was the manager/owner was incredibly rude to her and her brother. When she asked for lettuce the manager made a snarky comment to his staff member indicating that there wasn't enough "space" on the sandwich with all that "extra" meat. When my brother-in-law ordered, the manager didn't offer any lettuce or additional toppings and quickly covered up the oversight saying that the sandwich wasn't made with any other toppings. When the manager was packaging our meals he made a comment about how my husband must be a "big" guy to eat all that meat. All this happened while my wife was heading into her second trimester of a high risk pregnancy. I truly wish I was there to hear all this first hand, I doubt seeing my six-foot-two frame across from his little sneeze-guard would have elicited the same rude comments. I can say with the utmost certainty that we will NEVER eat there again and I will do everything in my power to ensure that none of my friends, family, co-workers or anyone that will listen my social media posts ever eat there again either. I wish Yelp had a no-star button! Thanks, T read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I went today at around 7pm and the employee (think his name was Nick?) that served me was SO rude, also didn't KNOW ANYTHING. How can you not know anything about where you work at??? In his own little world, seemed like he wanted to just get rid of literally his only customer. I mean the place is empty, you have nothing else to do sweetheart! My sandwich was okay at best. Way too sloppy and the proportions were off, bread was rock hard. Wouldn't recommend or pay for a Quiznos sub again, specially not with employees that treat you like crap! Wish management would do something about it. The concept is good and can work but that store needs all the help it can get. read more

This Quiznos is a dump, dirt on the floors, poor service, and bad food. I wouldn't eat here if I were you.

As far as the food, its Quiznos, which I love. The restaurant is clean. Here was my last experience here though, and I do mean last: My friend and I had printed out an on line coupon for a buy one sub and drink, get another sub free. We bring it in and show the guy (who was the owner), and he says that he isn't taking the coupon because its a photocopy, not the original. We try to explain to him that since it is an on line coupon, there are no originals, but he acts as if we are doing something wrong by photocopying the coupon. After a few minutes he admits that it is his choice and he doesn't want to accept the coupon. Now we might have just accepted that as an answer if he had just said it from the beginning instead acting as though we had done something wrong. So we start to leave, and he says that he will honor the coupon, but as he is making our sandwiches goes into how the company's policies are unfair and he is losing money. Blah Blah Blah. After my friend pays, I feel a little bad for him, so I decide to purchase a cookie, even though I didn't feel like it. Now this cookie only costs $1.49, so I expect to get 51 cents back, which i will naturally put in the tip jar. However this dude takes the two dollars and closes the register and looks at me, like he is owed this money. I couldn't believe it. I know that 51 cents is not a lot of money but it is the principal, I was going to give it to him anyways. So, he really did just lose at least 2 customers over that, I am willing to drive somewhere else to get my overpriced toasted subs in the future. read more

Great place to have lunch. People seem to be on top of their game. The employees as some of the other reviews pointed out they are physically slow yes but I understand this isn't the dream job for them so probably something to pay the bills. So in this case as long as they get my sandwich order correct I'm happy and they are working the whole time its not like they are fooling around. They gave a free cookie for checking in on facebook and then brought to my table once it went through the oven. So overall great experience. I do agree that the oven temperature is not hot enough so my bread wasn't toasty enough. I still give it 5 stars b/c they are trying and do a good job! read more
