Saturday lunch right before the crazy lunch rush. The place was packed but were were able to snag the last table. And it was a good thing cause right behind us came a huge crowd. What is it about this place that makes it such a people magnet? Anyway, my salad was delicious as was the creamy salsa dressing. But so man calories Waffle fries, of course, delicious. Good place for kids and there were a lot of them. My two littles love the chicken tenders and chocolate milk. read more

I'd like to give a special shout-out to crew member and cashier Adrian, who took my order on July 21, 2026, between 9:30 AM and 10:00 AM. I'm a morning person, and I absolutely love Chick-fil-A's breakfast. Especially, their sausage and/ or chicken burrito meal. On this particular morning, I was on my way to an appointment and noticed there was a Chick-fil-A nearby, so I decided to stop in despite the rain. Because of the rain, the drive-thru was extremely busy, but the dining room had plenty of space available for incoming customers. Adrian provided excellent customer service. He was courteous, professional, and efficient while taking my order. His colleague Isabelle was equally kind and helpful when she handed me my meal. Honestly, it felt like I discovered a little "cheat code" because I was able to skip the long drive-thru wait and place my order with no wait at all! Thank you, Adrian, for creating such a positive customer experience. I also want to tip my cap to Isabelle for her kindness and lobby service as well. Employees like you both are the reason customers leave with a smile. So, thank you. read more

Pickup order . Frosted pineapple dragonfruit lemonade . The first one I received looked like it had been bitten from the edge not sure if it was a bite or something else . Was leaking so I had to go inside to ask for a new one . They remade it no problem. Now I'm finishing the drink and I see there's a bug inside that's alive . Cfa ? Wtf Disappointed read more

Chick fil a continues to be the quickest fast food location I go to. The line is usually long but they're so effective in being quick and walking your food over to you in the drive through. The saying of them always sayin "my pleasure" no matter what makes the experience better. I have yet to see an employee looking like they don't want to work here, even on a hot day. Came by quickly to get a grilled wrap and fries (not pictured). Their fries NEVER fail. They're always so thick and salty. The grilled wrap was good and I paired it with light balsamic dressing for fewer calories. Will definitely continue to pass by when I need a quick lunch! read more

Chick-fil-A - Grilled chicken Chick-fil-A Cool Wrap - Fast Food Near Me - Miami, Florida

Chick-fil-A continues to set the gold standard for fast food. From the moment you walk in (or pull into the drive-thru), you can feel how well-organized and smoothly run the place is. Orders move quickly, everything flows efficiently, and nothing ever feels chaotic--even during the busiest times. What really stands out is the excellent service. The staff is consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help, which makes the whole experience feel welcoming and stress-free. Your order is accurate, the food is fresh, and it's all delivered with a smile. It's refreshing to see a restaurant that combines great food with such a high level of organization and customer care. Chick-fil-A doesn't just serve meals--they deliver a consistently great experience every single time. read more

Tried the cheese pimento chicken sandwich with jalapeños and it was ok. My go to is usually the chicken deluxe, but I wanted to try something different. It was kind of messy eating it since there was a lot of pimento and some of it had melted too. The waffle fries are still one of my favorites and I made sure to get the sweet tea, which is another favorite of mine. I don't go to Chick-fil-A that often anymore and it had been awhile. Still a pretty good fast food place compared to others. read more

Chick-fil-A - Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich - Fast Food Near Me - Miami, Florida

This Chick-fil-A is centrally located in the Kendallgate Shopping Center of West Kendall--just off the Turnpike. Thinking it would have a small indoor play area, we took my grandson for a treat after school. Unfortunately, there is no play area, but both the food and service were as good as it gets! From the beginning, our order was taken with patience and courtesy. We were given options off the menu and also the option to come back after our meal to get my grandson's ice cream cone. This was nice and something that was not offered anywhere else! Our table was cleaned (and dried) right before we sat down and the dining room staff made sure to clear all the tables and wipe down the chairs. This is key for many of us! All in all, and in spite of the afterschool rush, we had a wonderful time there! read more

The Chick-fil-A sandwich was delicious. The soup was amazing. It was thick and very hardy. The french fries are to die for. Every experience at Chick-fil-A is a perfect one! My favorite restaurant! read more

Just moved to Miami from L.A. Where In'N'Out & Chick-fil-A is guaranteed great customer service. Yesterday was my 1st Chick-fil-A Miami experience & it failed. In the drive-thru I asked what was in the new chicken sandwich, the repeated response was it just a sandwich & would not provide any detail. In L.A. the clerk in the drive-thru also presents a menu. Spoke to a manager & our experience was dismissed. Needless to say, we will not rush back. read more

When you go through the drive-through, you feel so rushed. You can't even look at a menu. They tell you you have to look at her screen. Which is not a good feeling, especially when you wanna see your options and don't know always what you want. And I really miss when this fast food restaurant used to be so friendly and allow you to tell them what you want. I just feel like now they tell you what you want and it's not a good feeling when you're spending money. read more

We always pick up our food through the drive‑thru, but the last couple of times my order has been missing items. I try to double‑check before leaving, but once I get to the office, I realize something is still missing. Something has changed, because the level of customer service is not what it used to be. read more

Chick-Fil-A has become a local staple in our community. This establishment stands for great service and quality food. Thank you for consistency and dedication to your craft. My favorite go to meal is Spicy Deluxe chicken sandwich with pepper Jack cheese. You always have to accompany your sandwich and fries with one of their spectacular milkshakes! Any and all flavors are a great choice. Their home sauce is always a great choice but don't sleep on their sweet & spicy sriracha or honey roasted bbq. The ambience is always busy with the hustle and bustle from foot traffic. But they keep it clean and tidy always. read more

Literally do not order through here. Employees are great but manager sucks and didn't do anything about the fact that we were waiting for 40 minutes. read more

The food was very good!! but the manager needs to be more strict on the dress code and physical appearance of the employees. Some men I saw look disgusting. Like they jump from the bed straight to the store. Also some women with the hair looking not so good. I visit a lot the hialeah store in w 49 st and the employees look 10 times more decent than a few of your employees here in 88st. A 5 million dollar restaurant deserves an outstanding dress code. !! read more

Its a good place for fast food. Line in the drive through can be long but it moves very fast. Strawberry shake is my favorite thing in the menu and the chicken nuggets are always fresh. The sandwiches are very good as well, however sometimes they don't have the pepper jack cheese but it i not a big deal but it's annoying. People are always great and nice tho, so its always a pleasant visit. read more

WHY does Chick-fil-A location at 12100 SW 88th Street in Kendall ALWAYS seems to manage to SKIMP on their customer's MEDIUM sized fruit cups by filling it to only 1/2 of the medium cups. They ALSO SKIMP on their customer's MEDIUM sized Mac&cheese cups by filling it to only 2/3 of the medium cups. This ALSO happens with their Greek yogurt parfait cups. Chick-fil-A ONLY fill the yogurt cups to 1/2 cup or 3/4 filled instead a full cup of Greek yogurt EVERYTIME we order from them. They also skimp on the salad fruit and greens fixings, too. Why do they cheat their customers on their already paid high priced food portions?‍ read more

I really don't know why this location does not have at least 4 stars! Every time we go, with very few exceptions, we've had a smooth experience for a quick meal on a busy weeknight. The drive thru line gets crazy, but their employees really do a great job at being efficient. Even on the hottest days they're smiling and friendly. Tonight I had the Grilled Market Salad w/ Grilled Filet and it really hit the spot. It's a salad to get excited about. All in all, great spot when it comes to fast food. read more

Sad to say this left a lot to be desired.. they struggled taking the order.. but it was correct on the receipt.. the actual order was not.. missing the extra pickles and the bacon.. both of which were correct and charged on the receipt.. guy at the window.. more concerned in making us move up almost to the exit.. won't come back to this one.. read more

I feel like Chick-fil-A food is always delicious no matter where you go! This Chick-fil-A had delicious crunchy, salted fries and a delicious Burger with great flavor (I ordered a spicy deluxe). The wait was a bit long for Chick-fil-A standards, but nonetheless it was relatively quick and the drive-through process was painless read more

I love this Chick-fil-A. Their chicken sandwiches are heavenly, their waffle fries are addictive, and their lemonade is refreshing. The only problem is that they are closed on Sundays. Why, Chick-fil-A, why? Do you not want my money? Do you not care about my cravings? Do you not know how hard it is to find a decent alternative on the Lord's day? Please, Chick-fil-A, have mercy on me and open on Sundays. I promise I'll go to church afterwards. Or maybe before. Or maybe during. Just please, let me have my chicken fix. read more

I love this place! Whatever the area your in, if you find one you stop, it's a rule of life. There's nothing better than those crispy waffle fries, there perfectly crisp chicken nuggets and the sauce....let's tall about that chick fil a sauce and the polynesian. Two of the best sauces ever invented. So drive, pullover when you find one, dip your fries, nuggets or chicken sandwich in whatever sauce your heart desires. Enjoy it all, just remember not on Sundays. On Sundays you have to enjoy something else because they close. read more

New location for Chick-fil-A, either drive thru or go into the store to order is ok. Don't know if they have pick up available. Both options, drive thru or go into the store the lines move quickly. They definitely have a great system for the drive thru - take you order, place a number on your windshield and you keep going on the line. Always check your orders before leaving, sometimes they might leave out something..... quality is pretty consistent. The salads are great here, fresh ingredients!!! not wilted! Fast food chain that offers salads??... not many offer that. You will encounter a lot of people working at this location. read more

Omg this place just opened and I was impressed with the amount of people in line of the drive through. But I was in shock with how well prepared they were for it. I could say that over 20 people were walking directing the traffic and even the police was here. I was very happy with the great Managment of the service here. The total time we waited in line was 20 min. Now let's talk about the food... I liked their chicken sandwich. The meat was juicy. The bread soft! I REALLY liked it a lot. I don't like the fries at all. The doctor pepper drink was bad. The chocolate shake was ok. The price was ok. Would I go back? NO read more

If I could give this location 0 stars I would - food not tasty at all, and the delivery sucks! Ordered idk how many items, yet only received fries and sauces. Thank you for nothing! It's crazy how driving to the one on Flagler seems like a better idea even when it's out of the way... oh well! I never thought I'd have such poor opinion of a CFA, they're not known for this at all. I love Chick-fil-A, The food is definitely the best when it comes to fast food. I have never had a problem or had anything missing in my order which other fast food places are notorious for until today, Ordered a sandwich and a salad and the the dressing for the salad was missing when I arrived home. I was not going to go back since it's a nightmare to get in and out of that shopping center. I will continue going to Chick-fil-A but I will start checking my food/items. read more

This is just unsanitary. I usually love stopping here because of the service and the quality of the food, but I found an Orbit gum wrapper in my fries as I pulled them out the bag. Andres might be the best iPad out there, he was very polite and quickly took our orders!

10 minutes for 3 drinks and a cup of ice. They need a new system because the current one is flawed.

Absolute worst branch. This branch always disappoints. Unfortunately, this is the only one close to my job and i was left with no choice but to order from here on door dash. But as usual, disappointed. I placed a $100 order for me and my coworkers and was given ZERO SAUCES. NOT EVEN ONE. NOT EVEN A SIMPLE KETCHUP. ALSO NO NAPKINS or EVEN STRAWS. Ridiculous. read more

Im giving this chick fil a a one star and that's too high! THIS IS THE WORST CHICK FIL A EVER ! For multiple and countless reasons!! 1. They ALWAYS mess up my order. Something is always wrong or missing!! 2. I always order LARGE fries however they are ALWAYS half empty but still getting charged for the large size! 3. Their staff are THE LEAST friendly people ever. It always feels like you're making a line at school where they just yell at you to move up on your car. 4. They have THE WORST Uber eats service EVER! They NEVER have the order ready when the delivery person arrives to get it. I cannot tell you the amount of times the delivery guy has had to leave because the order takes too long! Not only that! But they don't have a phone number that's active! It's always just a voice recording machine and NO option to speak to someone directly. HORRIBLE! read more
