Lots of hate for Pollo. I got take-out a couple of times in recent weeks and for the most part, everything was fine. We did the drive-thru and the staff were friendly and reminded us of the sauces and asked if we wanted them. We got the whole chicken family combo whatever and each time, we got everything we ordered. We also got fried yucca. While the food is not the greatest ever made, feeding a family for $25-30 is fair trade. Attention store Manager: My husband just went to the drive thru and even though he repeated the order 3 times, they got it wrong. He paid for a large chicken soup and they did NOT put it in the bag. He specifically told them 3 times, NO Mojito and NO pickles on the 3 Cuban sandwiches he ordered.and they did it anyway. He told them, he is a Vietnam Veteran and he did not get the discount. I usually dont feel the need to give a fast food chain a review since it's just fast food but this place lacks customer service so bad that it sometimes stops me from going back. I do gotta give it to them on the food, it's always fresh and hot but the employees are so so rude that it's just such a turnoff. Lines are always long but they actually move pretty fast.
