Amazing service very nice young man working there. Great Customer Service . Made my food very good

5 Stars, 10/10 Rock Star Bilingual Service with a Smile! I have been choosing this particular chicken kitchen over all others in Miami for so many years I can't even remember! Lately though I've noticed somehow my favorite place getting even better so I decided it deserved a review ! I have always been greeted kindly by every single member of the staff here, including management. The restaurant itself is always incredibly clean, well stocked & over all hygienic. Obviously with chicken kitchens you can clearly see the kitchen, food stations are always neat and clean here ! Tables are always clean & ready not to mention ample dining room. The remodel is as classy as it is... and I clearly can't stress it enough.. SO CLEAN! I think when it comes to dining somewhere seeing this kind of consideration for the environment is truly so inviting ! The food is fresh, delicious and although a very busy area of Miami, there is always parking. It's located on an easy to arrive and leave location on the corner ... If you're craving chicken kitchen, I highly recommend this location above all others! read more

It was my first time trying chicken kitchen and I was very delighted. The guy with curly hair and tattoos was very accommodating and patient with me. The chicken came right off the grill. Good service, good food, and very clean. the garlic cilantro sauce is so good too, will be coming here again! read more

I went to Chicken Kitchen on Tuesday at 1 PM for lunch. The place was busy, but the line moved quickly. I had the Original Chop Chop, which was tasty and filling with tender chicken and rice. The service was friendly and fast. Overall, it was a great spot for a quick and delicious meal. read more

I loved getting my Mexican chop chop for lunch but yesterday the size was so small that I don't think it's worth $11 anymore. They used a single scoop of chicken for the small portion. The bowl was noticeable smaller. The cup for water was a laughable size. The prices are higher and the portions are smaller. I'm sad to see this happen, but I won't be coming back. Chipotle it is. Also, the place was freezing inside at 8pm. I also tried paying with two credit cards and the system was taking forever, so I ended paying with cash. read more

use to love this place. upon ordering my original chop and making my way to the toppings my container was already closed. When I mentioned additional toppings which I was paying for it was thrown on top of the pita. Terrible. read more

Terrible! Portion size is less than kids size. What a disappointment. Never again. We got a bowl of rice w 6 tiny cubes pieces of chicken. Ask for skin no skin it's not that hard ! read more

Just horrible...portion sizes here keep getting smaller and smaller. Don't even ask for extra sauce w/o spending another $10. Bathrooms are Augustine with no soap or paper towels. read more

This chicken kitchen is super close to my home. Today was my first time visiting this restaurant and it was very good. The restaurant was extremely clean, I honestly think the cleanest restaurant I've ever been in. The tables were spaced out. There was 3 employees working and there was NO LINE. I repeat, there was NO LINE. They were fast, efficient & most importantly friendly. The chicken that was in my bowl was fresh off the grill and chopped right infront of me. I will most certainly be visiting at least once a week. read more

Like most Chicken Kitchen locations, it's a good place for a quick bite, except when the lines are long. I've been here several times and the employees are usually like robots. They are there to work and that's it. The seating areas are sticky sometimes, but it's fairly clean. The condiment areas can get very messy though. There's a soda fountain machine by the side next to one of the doors. I love the crispy chicken skins, the employee will give you some if they are available. Also, if you show your FIU ID, you get a discount on your order. I suggest always leaving a tip because the employees are people too and they're there to make an income. The service may not be the best, but every little bit helps. read more

Just ordered from Uber eats . Had a no carb chop chop and a small order of coleslaw. The chop chop was all salad and like 5 pieces of chicken . Order a large was more like a medium which they don't even offer . The coleslaw was bad had to throw it out . The quality of this place has gone down the tubes in won't be going back . read more

Ordered Uber eats, spent $30 for two things. They always forget the pita so much that I just expect it. My issue is with the quality - it's usually mediocre (somewhat dry but manageable) but this time it was like eating rubber. Completely inedible. You bit into it and your teeth sprung back. Something was obviously wrong with it visually and it should've never been sent out the way it was. read more

Hadn't came here in a long time due to the restrictive portions on the chicken. They put up signs on all the windows advertising "more Chicken same price", that was false. They're still using those tiny measuring cups for the chicken. 80% rice bowls with a small portion of chicken. I asked for a cup of water and I received what seems to be a large shot glass, maybe 4 ounces, had to refill 3 times. And the tiny containers for sauce were ridiculous. Portion control here obviously take precedent. This is why Chipotle is a way better option and cheaper. Won't be coming back anytime soon. read more

Love the service. Food always fresh and abundant. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Place is very clean and welcoming.

Went to Chicken Kitchen. Hadn't been there in awhile and after my recent experience I don't plan on coming back for a long time. This is the first time I left hungry. The portion size is smaller and they didn't have pita bread. The cashier also seemed annoyed when I asked for extra sauce and told me there is a sauce limit. This location is greedy about giving out extra sauce and unprepared because they didn't have enough pita bread for the day. Disappointed that this place has gone downhill. I used to have to take food home years ago because I couldn't my bowl and now I left still hungry. They also give less chicken in the bowl now. read more

I usually go here on either Friday or Saturday mornings right when they open. There's a guy there that if you say hello, good morning and thank you, we'll give you extra beans and chicken. Also the manager's pretty cute I like her. They sure put a ton of rice on the large Cuban chop, sometimes I need to ask for less rice because that's pretty much all I'm getting. I never eat there, I usually get take out however I did need to use the restroom once and it was pretty nasty. Also the sauce station is always a mess. The food is pretty decent nothing to write home about but much better than the nasty Tropichop. If you're hungry it will cure it. read more

Chicken Kitchen - Why does the sauce station always look like ass? - Salad Near Me - Miami, Florida

Standard chicken kitchen. I saw the reviews but I love chicken so stopped in anyway. When I walked in place had just opened its doors (they open at 11). The place was clean and obviously empty. There was actually a guest who had just gotten her food and was leaving. I was greeted immediately and they took my order. I had a lo carb chop. It was good. I love the chicken from here. The woman behind the counter was very nice and helpful with my ordering. They have an array of different chops or bowls with different types of toppings. I always get it with plain yellow rice and chicken or a salad. They also have chopped salads which I've gotten in the past that are good. My chief complain about this place is the amount of chicken you get but honestly other than that it's a great fast food restaurant. You get to select the amount of sauce you want which I love. Comes on the side. They are always quick. If you like rice and chicken this is a good spot to hit up on the go. The parking lot can be hectic so park far or take your time looking for a spot. The plaza is always packed. read more

This was the first ever Chicken Kitchen I have visited and I was on the fence about the entire experience. I was staying in a nearby hotel, so when I walked to the grocery store, the sign here caught my eye and I ventured in for lunch. So, to lay out what this place is...it is like a Chipotle, but for chicken dishes from bowls to salad. A large part of the menu is reserved for the brands famous "chop chop" dishes, which get there name from the cook pulling a chicken breast from the grille and then literally chopping it on the cutting board loudly and in a performance-esk way. I ended up with the Mexican style chop chop, a small portion was way more than I anticipated, so I can only imagine what the full order would have been like. While the chicken was pulled directly from the grille, it lacked flavor. To be honest, the entire dish from the rice, beans, sour cream to the chicken all seems to simply lack flavor. There was no seasoning and nothing that pulled all ingredients together as one cohesive dish. To top it off, the customer service was iffy, and that is being nice. I feel that if they did not have fix my food and ask me how and what I wanted, they wouldn't have talked to me at all. Overall, while a great portion for the price the service and bland chicken left too much of an impression on me. While a possibility of me returning is in the air, I am not in a rush to make that happen. read more

Chicken Kitchen - A "small" Mexican chop chop! - Salad Near Me - Miami, Florida

This location finally updated it's look after about 20 years, but it's lipstick on a pig ( sorry pigs). Pigs are likely cleaner. The ketuce they were serving today was brown and wilted. I've seen cleaner lettuce still in the dirt. Let's talk about the server, he's got the personality of a thumb tac. It's not like I'm expecting cartwheels, but be friendly, and at least stop to notice that WHAT IS SIPPOSEF TO BE GREEN IS BROWN!!! Finally, your prices are 10% higher than Three Chefs and A Chicken- and they give you more chicken, fresher produce and friendly service. BTW - you could offer whole wheat pita. read more

Came to eat at 9 pm with family of 6. Place closes at 10pm. Very limited amount of food available to eat. No pitas for any of our meals as per the employee because they ran out. Employee had us waiting while he was on his cell phone talking to his friends. The two employees working were more concerned giving their friends free food than serving us. The service in this place is horrible. The bathroom is disgustingly dirty. There was no soap in the dispenser to wash my hands. read more

Pricy. $14.87 for a small deluxe (includes tomatoes) chicken and rice plus a small drink and tip. The portion is small. No more sauce bar--they keep the sauces behind the counter. People serving the food don't even wear hair nets. Guy just has his hair flopping all around. Horrible service.

This is, by far, the poorest service and experience I have ever received at Chicken Kitchen. I mean at this point, they all suck. And if I could leave ZERO stars, I would. First, I get there at 3pm on a Sunday and the chicken wasn't ready yet. I mean, the name on the door is Chicken Kitchen. Why isn't there any chicken cooked?! Second, there are 3 people "working" but the level of enthusiasm and positivity is so scarce that they might as well be sleeping. They were all lethargic, had a lazy demeanor, and barely spoke or provided a positive experience while I was there. But let's focus on the guy who helped me. He was nice, and made the food I ordered but if that's the least he could do, then gold star for him. I asked for whole pita and he gave each of the meals barely half of one. And all the pitas on all 3 orders were stale. Portion size is ridiculous. A "small" Deluxe chop chop comes with 1/3 cup or chicken. WTF is that?! I know 4 yr olds that each more chicken than that. I would've waited to pay for "extra" chicken but again, the chicken wasn't ready and the pieces that were served barely filled the cup. This is such a bad experience and such bad food overall that I will never visit this place again. And I will be sure to tell everyone the same. Management needs to clean house and step it up. Poor service, poor food quality, poor portion options, etc etc etc. read more

My family and I have been there 3 times... previously we weren't sure where the issue was coming from but then we noticed a pattern. After the 2nd time it happened. This is the 3rd time we come to this place and some of us always end up with food poisoning. Not sure what ingredients they adding or under cooking chicken. This is by far the worst chicken kitchen and we love chicken kitchen. Doesn't happen to us anywhere else but there! Stay away unless you want to end up on the side of the road puking with horrible stomach issues for days. An inspector needs to head out there ASAP something isn't right. read more

Chicken Kitchen was great ten years ago. Now, not so much. Aside from the average food, this particular location has the distinction of having the worst delivery service of any restaurant on Earth! They take AT LEAST an hour to get to a house less than 2 miles away, and they never EVER get the order right! Save yourself the aggravation and order some grilled chicken from any Latin restaurant. You'll get more bang for your buck and(hopefully) won't have to deal with idiots. read more

I've eaten here for years and it's always delicious. Consistently serving great food at affordable prices!!!

Prices here have gotten out of control. Value your money and shop somewhere else. They removed the 5$ option, so remove them from your list of places to eat. Save the money and spend it elsewhere. There are plenty of places that serve rice, beans and chicken for $5. Once Chicken Kitchen feels the pain, they will bring back the $5 meal read more

Not the best, but it gets the job done when you need a quick lunch. Overpriced for what you get, croutons are stale and not the best dressing. They do have brownies that are so fire! read more

This is a family favorite and after work I swing by and get dinner. Today 2/26/21 I purchased my normal order, a small regular brown rice double chicken, a small deluxe brown rice and a no carb. Usually they use almost 2 breast for my order. I was quite disappointed today as they use 1 breast for all 3. Maybe business is not doing well and you are trying to cut corners but this is definitely not the way. You haven't lost me yet and hopefully it was just the new guy trying to make himself look good. We will see next time. read more

Very rude customer service Made an UberEATS order paid for extra tomato and didn't get tomato at all or extra sauce I asked for. I also asked for a small scoop of rice and got almost nothing but rice and 5 pieces of chicken with skin. I called and the lady on the phone automatically knew my order without asking my name or what I ordered (wow she reads minds and/or know all the orders with out even knowing who or what I order) saying you didn't order this, this and that... my response totally wrong order. Finally asked me for my number and name. Told her what I didn't get and she put me on hold came back and was like well u have to call ubereats, not even sorry we got your order wrong.. nothing... it's customer service and I understand but it was like ok whatever. I will never order from here again... horrible services and they don't even care about customer service read more

Truly a shame what's happened to Chicken Kitchen! 7:30pm and there are a whopping two employees in the entire restaurant; cooking, cleaning, working the register and a small like of 6 people has now taken over 20 minutes to order. Employees are nice enough, but they seem to be as frustrated as I am about now. They should either close or spruce it up! read more

Order was completely wrong and we were directly lied to by the worker. We place a pick up order and they didn't give us all of the food even though they said it was in the bag. Missing 2 orders of pita bread and 2 orders of steamed broccoli. The one order of steamed broccoli we received was raw. We even asked in the store as they put it in a bag and were told it was steamed. Then we asked about our 2 other broccoli sides and were told they are in the other bag. Total lie. Would not eat here again. read more

Went there with my mother. The lady behind the counter never even said "Hi" just stood there staring blankly. Then I asked for a veggie chop and she stated it was on the menu when it wasnt at all and bickered for me for a bit of how its on the menu and im just not seeing it so finally she came out from the counter and viewed the menu with me and realized I was right. Anyways she ended up making on. Charged me extra for veggies being on it and for brown rice and never ever mention it until it was time to pay. She was extremely rude and I ended paying just as much or more as if I had chicken on my plate even thought it was a meatless chop. The veggies were old, the beans were watered down. It was horrible, couldnt even finish my meal. No wonder there was no one eating there when I arrived. read more

:( the worst. Portion of chicken is minimal. Less than 1/3 c when I measured at home. The lettuce was not shredded. Had to wait unreasonable time for the order to be put together. They ran out of white pita breads. Will not return. read more

As soon as we walked in all the workers made us feel very welcomed. We were attended to by a wonderful man named Jonny. He beared with us through some changes to the food and he did not get mad while doing so. Another worker even only put the liquid in the beans for my grandmother who cannot eat beans. This is the only chicken kitchen I've been to and every time I go the service is wonderful. Overall I definitely recommend! read more
