This was my first time at a Panda Express! Shocking I know! So here goes my thoughts! The good: this is good food for a very affordable price. My husband and I shared a big plate which is 3 entrees and 1 side. We had walnut honey shrimp, beef and broccoli and kung pao chicken. The portion was huge! More than enough for two. Overall the food had good taste. It was fresh and not too greasy. The noodles could have used a bit more seasoning but nothing a little chili paste didn't fix. We also had a chicken egg roll. It was a little greasy but had good taste and texture. So will I return for the food? Sure I think I'll give another try! Now the bad: logistically it was a mess. There is no sign to let you know where you order. The servers are filling delivery orders as they take the in store costumers, making the line long and the wait longer. As they serve your food you need to wait for some of the items that were not ready and then you loose track of your order. They don't take name so it makes it hard for them to know whose order it is. The soda machine had drinks out of order and I got some cherry coke that tasted like cough medicine. So in conclusion, if they fix the ordering issue this could be a good place to eat comforting food at an affordable price. It is less than a McDonald's meal! read more

Take out is great! Freshly made food in small batches so they are constantly filling the stations as needed. No food sitting there for hours or getting soggy. Decent compromise, usually go to south garden or canton but I live in the hammocks and this is closer. I say compromise because other places are " better" spots but if you're in the mood for quick fast food of the Asian persuasion, this hits the spot, especially when It's fresh! Best Panda Express. Always full of people so the food is fresh. Even on slow hours they asks me if I wanted hot and fresh noodles or chicken when they started to run low. This place gets pact at times, so be kind to the workers if they take a bit but they for the most part, every time I go make sure I leave happy. You guys have the DRIEST noodles, which is fine. But when i order multiple sauces to make your noodles less dry, you guys fail to give me more than one sauce. So I ordered TWO bigger plates & I asked for at LEAST TWO teriyaki sauces and I only ever get ONE. This happened EVERY TIME. I've gone on person and asked for an extra teriyaki sauce and the person buffered and almost didn't give me extra. My family & I go to this Panda Express frequently. I love it whether sit down or take out it's one of my favorite fast food chinese spots. It's always clean, service is great. The food always tastes fresh & the portions are good for the price. I usually get 2 proteins & 2 sides. I got the Kung Pao ( one of my all time favs ) & sweet fire chicken with the fried rice & the chow mein. My only complaint is the Kung Pao chicken is not spicy at all anymore. From the first time I tried it a couple of years ago to now there is no spice which I feel completely defeats the purpose of what Kung Pao should be. I think when you order Kung Pao you want that heat, besides that if you want some fast food chinese this is a spot to go to. read more

This is the worst Panda Express. The Panda Express at college campuses are better. They closed 30 min before closing time, their OPEN sign is ON. And their hours outside of the door say they close at 10pm. The only thing they have that's good is the food, and the last two times I went around 7:30-8:00pm they stopped making food when they ran out and there was only white rice left and some chicken options. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. From the moment we walked in we could tell that the person (Kamil C.) helping us was not very welcoming or looked as if he wanted to work. I was afraid to ask for more items because of his bad attitude. I asked to sample the chicken and he said that the policy dues not allow anyone to sample, which I accepted. But.... The customer that entered after me was able to sample several items. Very frustrating! Once I was ready to pay, he disappeared, left my food sitting there and took about 7-10 to return and charge us. One of the food items purchased was a large beef with broccoli, needless to say there was 2 pieces of beef and everything else was broccoli. So disappointed at this service and food quality. Well what an experience today! Came here to order some food with my significant other, and they were so backed up cooking some food they had many people waiting including us. We finally got to the cashier and we both saw her packaging our food, asked us if that was our meals, we said yes, and paid. I trusted the cashier after that with our ordered being complete. We drove 25 mins back home, settled in and started setting down our food. As soon as we opened the food everything was completely wrong. I called to let them know and the guy could barely communicate with me, so we decided to make the drive again. As soon as we got there the lady at the cashier had the audacity to tell me it was my fault because she repeated the order to us. She wanted to only give us back the meats we were missing and leave us with the same food we drove with twice that was already cold. I honestly cannot believe the service. I've been to this location a couple times before either because I am starving and didn't have the energy to go elsewhere, or I am craving the string bean with chicken. Of all the times I've been there, the services were not the best. The food were okay. One time my friend ordered the walnut shrimp, it was soggy and gross. What a waste of money. Another time I ordered the chicken with string beans, I was barely given any chicken. Whatever, I didn't want to argue or have my food spit in, so I paid for my food and left. Today I came in around 9:30pm, there was barely any entrees and sides available. When I asked if one of the dishes would be available again, the employee told me in a rude manner, said what I see is what they have but that they will have more of two of the dishes cooked ready in a few minutes. So then why couldn't they cook the other dish too?????? Then I proceeded on asking if I can try one of the few sides available, and decided to just go with that. I ordered a bowl to go with fried rice and the chicken, mushroom, with zucchini (or cucumber?), the employee barely put anything in the bowl. I understand that they have portion control but holy crap, there were barely any rice and side. Maybe they were trying to conserve every last bit of rice so that they won't have to cook anymore? The same employee was being sooooo stingy with the previous customer too and gave him some attitudes. Poor guy. He was like practically backed into the corner with very few options. It is what it is. I paid for my food and left. The other employee who rung me up looked miserable as well. Alright I get it, it's the end of the night, you are tired, you want to go home, but try to be friendly. I love that I can get my super greens here and a side of all white meat sesame chicken which is great . and if I want to cheat a little a get either a little pasta or fried rice . It's hard to find a Panda Express outside of a food court. My husband loves Panda, so we've been wanting to go, but every time we're in the area it's to go to the Costco next door, and then we fill up on free samples. But we finally made it... twice in 6 days. The inside is very clean, especially considering the high turnover in a fast food restaurant. Employees were a regular amount of friendly. Food is good. It's a lot less greasy than typical American Chinese food. We've had the fried rice, chow mein, orange chicken, and sweetfire chicken from this location. All were good, but the sweetfire chicken was a standout for me. If you're usually into the orange chicken, I'd recommend sampling the sweetfire chicken to see if you like it. I sampled it and it was good enough for me to make it my order. One fault of this location is that they don't yet have one of the tea bars (with bubble tea!) that is advertised on Panda's website. Time to get up to speed! Also, one of the times we went in, I think they had just cleaned and it smelled very strongly of whatever the cleaner was, which I believe was vinegar. Wiping down with water a little better after cleaning would be ideal. read more

The rolls were fine and crunchy, with vegetables inside and served warm, the way I like. My kids ordered orange and teriyaki chicken and I didn't like it al all. The orange chicken was hard and it was mostly batter than meat. The teriyaki was dry and lacking flavor or sauce. The place looked bad, dirty floors and even with a leaking from the ceiling. My son was eating and suddenly he felt the drops of water coming from the ceiling. We got only one fortune cookie... Service wasn't great either. They were not bad but the just didn't care. Oh no. First the person before me asked for shrimp and noddles the employee put rice instead, the employee poured back the rice into the rice bowl and some that touched the shrimp. She made the same mistake with my food but I did not notice until I got in my car. I opened the containers and no noddles I took it back in and she poured the rice back in the bowl of rice that she will be serving to other customers. Love going here for lunch. I generally get the bowl which includes two items. I go for the fried rice and orange chicken every time - and add a little sweet and sour sauce in a little cup to pour on the rice. It's a lunch under $7.00. It tastes the same way every time.
