I went to Panda Express on Kamōkila Boulevard in Kapolei a few times already. This location is near the Home Depot. When I stepped foot into the food establishment I always get greeted by the friendly employees. The establishment is clean. My most recent visit to the establishment I had a mobile coupon for by one plate and get second one for 50% off. For the first plate I had asked for the super greens (broccoli, cabbage, and kale). I also got the mushroom chicken and orange chicken. For the second plate I had asked for the chow mein, beef broccoli, and honey sesame chicken. Customers have a choice of bottled beverages or fountain drinks to go along with the plates. The napkins, forks, and straws are located on the counter next to the fountain machine. My dine in visit I had a fountain drink while my last visit I opted to get a bottle of Powerade. Also with the mobile app...if you listed your birthday on your profile then you are able to redeem a small side or appetizer for free when purchasing a plate. The establishment has a unisex restroom and customers would need the code to access the restroom. The restroom is located across of the fountain machine and it was also clean. I think Panda Express would be a once a month visit for me. Looking forward for the next month mobile app promotion. read more

I have been here many times and I don't recall a single negative experience. I have placed my orders mostly using the app and the promise time always have been accurate. I like placing my orders ahead of time, it cuts the line, the sometimes unpleasant human interaction, and pretty much streamlines the whole ordering process. This location got plenty of table and chairs good for big group, small teams, or even solo. I've seen staff proactively cleaning the tables and even the drinks station. The staff are courteous and very welcoming. The menu is very consistent, no issue at all. I just wish they keep the restroom looking clean and sanitary all the time, not most of the time. Overall, nice location close to the places I visit all the time. My recommended combo, 1/2 super green, 1/2 chow fun, side of teriyaki chicken, and eggplant and tofu. Yum. read more

This location has been our solid to-go Panda since the Mililani location fell flat on it's face years ago (tiny portions, no walnuts in the Walnut Shrimp). If we don't get the food from this Panda's we normally do not buy Panda, unless we are at the Ewa Beach Panda, which is also good. They are usually out of stuff when we visit, but that tells me items are cooked fresh, and all we need to do is to wait a few minutes while it's been cooked up. The portions are getting smaller every year, but hey, inflation. I have not been to this Panda location since they made two new locations closer to my house. I was surprised to see it was still busy considering how many pandas are in Kapolei now. The interior here is spacious and clean. Plenty of parking lot! We received nice customer service...they were missing one piece of shrimp for our honey walnut shrimp order. So instead she gave a lot of orange chicken. What I like about this place? It is priced cheaper than the one at Ka Makana Mall. Servers name is Flor Deliza M which states on my receipt (attached photo). Tofu eggplant should not be called that. That was the one thing I missed back on the Mainland. But, everything else is the same. Every one that I've been to hs been Very Clean, The food was Nice & Hot, and the People worked there are all Friendly & Ready to Take Your Order. My Angus pepper steak looks old vegetables were all shriveled up the sauce was very process food type of shiny glossy very dark the vegetables look overcooked. After I ate my meal I fell asleep because that's what MSG does to me. Well nothing has changed at Panda Express I will not be returning because the quality of the food sucks. This Panda Express location is located near Home Depot/Kmart side of Kapolei. It's a tad nicer and bigger than the location next to the Kapolei Safeway. Like any other Panda Express it is pretty plain and simple. You go inside, they ask you if you want a sample, and you order your meal options. Every experience I had at this Panda Express has been quick and pleasing. I usually go in during the regular lunch hour so food is always hot and fresh.
