Summer Rolls with Peanut Butter Sauce! (Order includes one, for an extra cup it's 50 cents)
Princess B.

The BEST Summer Rolls within Waikele Premium Outlets. The Rolls are freshly made, and it's the perfect snack size. The peanut butter sauce that's included with it taste amazing, I purchased an extra one for 50 cents. (One cup isn't enough for the rolls, I recommend purchasing another peanut butter cup!!!)

Small shack. When I just want some Thai to go, I always seem to come here. It's on my way home and there is never a line when I get here. I don't understand why because the food is good here. Or maybe it's because the owner is so quick, she just pumps them out. Either way it convenient and good. Menu is limited and they don't serve anything with beef because of space limitations. They don't even have spring rolls because Alyssandra's Lumpia express is next door. Also the stand doesn't have room for a fryer. There's plenty of outside seating but the area fills up quick with all the nearby restaurants and stands. Overall four stars. Food is quickly prepared and really good. Prices are reasonable. Now excuse me, I'm heading across the seating area. I'm off to get spring rolls err egg rolls err lumpia. Yea that's it. M

Spicy garlic butter shrimp

I ordered this plate about half an hour to an hour apart. It doesn't even taste the same. The second plate was junk, which is the one still has shrimp in the plate. The taste is not consistent. And the pieces of shrimp, one time I only got 7 and most times is 8.

Love coming here to grab lunch on the go after shopping! I ordered their chicken eggplant stir fry to go! Priced cheaper than other Thai restaurants. My plate comes with rice too! They cook it after you place your order so it's made to order fresh.

Small shop in the food court area

Had to go to the Outlet Mall and stopped here for the chicken red curry. Its ok. Its not very spicy so good for mild palettes. Good taste though. Portion was on the small size. Although it cane with two scoops of white rice, the amount of curry is about 1/2 to 3/4 of what I get at other Thai restaurants. Since its at the small food court, seating is tight.

Pad Thai with plastic

I ordered food at this place today for the second time because I was shopping at the outlet park. I ordered two things pad Thai and Panang Curry. The pad thai had some hard pieces of some unknown substance in it and also we found a piece of plastic in the food. The Panang Curry I special ordered and explicitly asked for only basil and bamboo shoots but when I received the order it had eggplant in it. One more thing; I love rice, especially sticky rice with my Thai curry. Not only did they not offer sticky rice but the white rice that they did offer was mushy and overcooked. There is nothing worse than overcooked rice unless you're making some type of rice porridge. Needless to say we won't be back to this location again as they are overpriced anyway and everything is way too sweet. I highly recommend you wait and go to your favorite Thai restaurant versus eating here because quick is not always better.

Panang Chicken with Rice

It's probably been about a year since going to the Off Saks 5th Ave side of Waikele. We had some Uber Eats credit so opted to do a pickup order from Quick Thai, which is on that side of the outlet mall. As their name suggests, the food was prepared quickly. Their menu is small but a fairly good variety. As soon as our order was put in, we drove over to pick it up and it was already ready at the window. I would say it was no more than 15 minutes from order to pickup. Because it's a small kiosk, I could see the wait easily being much longer over the weekend or during holiday sales. We opted for our usual panang curry and pad Thai. The panang had just a hint of heat, and came with some white rice to soak up all the curry goodness. The pad thai was fine, nothing majorly special. While not my favorite place for Thai food on island, I would say it's the perfect spot to pick up a quick bite if you're in the area shopping.

small kiosk at the middle front of the mall area ... small kitchen for prepping/cooking !

Haven't been here to the Premium Outlets in like 5+ years. Went with my brother as he was looking for shoes on sale. We came to the mall about a few minutes before 11am (when the stores open) ... Boy, is the place dead...it's like a world of a difference if you would compare shopping around 11 - 12 noon to a weekend I can imagine. Now you know...good time to go shopping there with parking galore ! Anyway, since my brother was treating...I wanted to eat Thai food and saw this small kiosk with the female working (must be the owner). I am thinking to myself, wow with so many food options how is this one person to handle the crowd of food orders ?? Unless, there is another worker that would come later, or have two in that small kiosk during the weekends...don't know how two can move persons can move about in this small limited kiosk. I chose their Pad Thai with Chicken (they also serve with shrimp - no pork or beef). I wanted it 'spicy' as I wanted to compare their spice level with Thai Village (Dillingham Square) - in particular against their 'Thai Hot'. We waited over 15 minutes at an open table about 40 feet away. Seems she had to cook two other orders before ours, as there was an order for 3 plates waiting to be picked up, and then another order of two plates --- like I said, wow she would get smashed with orders with a long wait time if there were more people ordering. After bringing our plates and drinks (brother ordered water which came in that 16.9 oz plastic bottle and my Diet Coke in the 12 oz can) to our table, I opened the cover to reveal a nice displayed presentation of the Pad Thai. Second impression is its color was a lot of orange/brownish --- meaning it must be hot (spice wise). With the first bite, I could taste that it was spicy and the more bites I took, the more stronger the spice level turned hot. So ... I would say their 'Spicy' level is slightly hotter than Thai Village's 'Thai Hot'. I liked it, but could not get over the amount of oil showing on the bottom of the plate... a LOT... Don't know if that's their way of cooking Pad Thai with a lot of oil ... but yeah, you will notice it ... cannot miss it. The amount of chicken in the plate was all right, not generous ... pieces were sliced. While talking with my brother, I initially told him that I'd never come back as there was a considerable amount of oil ... but I think I'd give it another try. The food was delicious and I liked their spice level ! I just wonder how long the wait would be if it was lunch or dinner time on the weekend ...

Summer Rolls & Panang Chicken with Rice

Quick Thai is always my go to when I'm shopping around waikele outlet. It's a little kiosk that is centrally located. I love how quick they make the food, no long wait (but depends if they're busy). I love their summer rolls, but I was a bit disappointed with the peanut sauce. I haven't gotten a summer roll in a while but I remember having the sauce more watery... i got a more solid peanut sauce. My panang curry was delicious as always! You can choose the spicy level on your food and I love that! Many Thai restaurants/places on the island are overpriced but Quick Thai is a little bit affordable.

Pad thai #4 I would say about 70% full...so different from before
Rose H.

Its exactly what it is "quick" not great, just "quick"...a step up from a cup of noodles for $12.99? Or was it $14.99....idk but you make your decision.

Cashew Chicken Entree
Arlene K.

I love Quick Thai, especially since I've been gluten free for 5 years and find it difficult to find something to eat while out and about. Because they use corn starch and no flour, it's safe for my gluten sensitivity. I've come here many times since 2015 and tried several different dishes and have never had any symptoms. The food always tastes fresh and delicious. The portions are quite big. The entrees come with 2 scoops of white rice. Depending on how hungry you are, one entree could be big enough to share or take half home! Some of my favorites are the Basil Eggplant Chicken, Panang Curry, Red Curry Chicken and the Cashew Chicken. The Garlic Shrimp are tasty but a bit messy since the shells are still on and you have to peel them. Quick Thai is great for takeout or you can enjoy it in the lovely food court which has tables & chairs surrounded by a pretty rock garden with waterfall. Prices are reasonable for Hawaii at about $10-$13 per dish. That's about it for now. Enjoy Quick Thai! I highly recommend it if you're in the Waikele area. Next time I have to try the Pad Thai!

For a kiosk, Quick Thai is on point tasting Thai food, that is made to order at a speedy readiness, 5-10 minutes depending on the line. The dishes I've enjoyed here competes with full restaurant kitchens. My go to is usually the eggplant basil chicken rice $9.99. Perfectly cooked and full of flavor. I get it with a Thai iced tea $3.00. Sometimes I get the red curry chicken rice $9.99. Super tasty as well. I've had the cashew chicken $9.99, also a good choice. Over the years, I've probably eaten here 20 times. Consistent good food every time! UPDATE: Just tried the buttered garlic shrimp $12.99 last night. HOLY SMOKES! Get it! You won't be disappointed. First of all, I'm allergic to shrimp and took Zyrtec so I could eat it. Rare do I find anyone's garlic shrimp to rival Giovanni's shrimp truck. This comes close. Quick Thai's garlic shrimp has a sauce that you will want to have your rice soak up and enjoy every last drop.

While running an errand at Waikele I was in the mood for Thai food and wanted something quick so decided to try out Quick Thai. Quick Thai is located in the center court at the upper waikele Shopping Center. They are not a restaurant but rather a cute little kiosk in the center with other kiosks serving different items such as coffee, etc. Quick Thai has a small menu but items listed are popular and frequently ordered dishes that you would normally find in most Thai restaurants . I opted to order the Thai Basil with Chicken. You have a choice of meat for an extra charge. The Thai chicken was good - I would of preferred more basil but it was tasty and they give you a good sized portion. I also ordered a Thai Iced Coffee which I found to be a little too sweet for my liking but it was good. I didn't open up my yelp app to read reviews about Quick Thai but if I did I would have ordered the Garlic Shrimp that I read about - I will defiantly be back soon to try more items from the menu! The lady (I'm assuming she's the owner) was the sweetest lady!

Other Thai restaurants pack their curry with filler, but this place doesn't! Their curry is the absolute best and their staff are always welcoming snd friendly. I would just go here for the great food alone, but the great staff makes it with an easy 5 stars. Parking is a little rough here, but that's because people are always eating here so you may need to pack a little far away. There is only one handicap stall, and so be ready to walk a little. Pricing is fair. Things have definitely gone up, but if you want cheap Thai food you won't get this kind of quality. I easily spend $50 to $100 on two people when I eat here so it's more of a treat and not an every day meal. It's great food and so I only get to treat myself when I can afford it. We can't live in luxury every day, and this Thai food is definitely a luxury! Their current restaurant dining area itself has an authentic Thai vibe, and sometimes they even play Thai music on the digital screen in the dining area. If you eat here then prepare to be immersed in Thai culture!

It has been so difficult to find one as perfect as they were. So, we are very well experienced in Thai food even in Thailand multiple times. Ordered green chicken curry, Pad Si-Eiw, spring rolls, rice. The spring rolls were good, lettuce leaves were tiny but fresh, dipping sauce was great too. The green curry was so awful tasting that we didn't eat it. I've never had green curry that didn't even taste like thai green curry like this. Not sure if fill in cook at lunchtime or what but it didn't even have coconut cream in the sauce. Had to take home to fix this problem, worst ever and would never recommend. Same with the Pad Si-Ew. Totally flavorless! You could tell they just threw it together with precooked pork, precooked broccoli, and tossed it onto the noodles barely fried in a dead sauce of nothing. Another total failure. Do not recommend this or any if this is how they prepare their food. Rice was standard. Will never return to this location again. Can't imagine where or how the good reviews came from but from our experience, they weren't even close.

She loves going to temples and loves Thai food so I definitely was excited to explore this temple together. Based on the address on Yelp, I got lost for a good 10-15 minutes. I almost gave up but luckily spotted it and had to do a U turn and we finally arrived. So I arrived 10 minutes before the food stalls closed but honestly they stayed opened a bit longer than their closing time. As I saw ppl arrive even later and was able to still make purchases. I do have to say that they do start cleaning, and not everything is available as things were being sold out. They have a table for you to grab utensils and condiments. There are some tables you can sit and eat the food that you purchase. Most of the food I purchased was about $10 each. And you pay each stall that you are at. My mom and I enjoyed everything we ordered, if only we were staying in Hawaii more days, we would definitely come back or even order more. The hard part is that they do not have a website and they are not open every Sunday either. So try calling or just randomly go and pray that it will be opened. I honestly really enjoyed my visit. Both a cool temple to go see and being able to eat authentic Thai food it was an extra bonus. 2 thumbs up from this Yelper. I highly recommend coming here if you have not been.
