I came on Friday night about 8pm. Was greeted, helped, given our food quick. They got my custom order right & everything tasted good. There were lots of other customers that looked happy. It was peaceful which was great after shopping with my daughter after work & getting tired. The place was clean, modern & well lit. They have a kiosk where you can order food if you don't wanna walk up to the counter and order from a human. There's a self serving drink station & a condiment cart to get your sauce packets, napkins, etc (see pics)... very convenient. The air is cold like lots of other eateries! The drive thru can get busy and backed up blocking cars that just wanna pass thru. At least you can go around in the parking lot but it can be inconvenient if the Kapolei Shopping Center lot is busy. Happy eating! read more

Unpleasant customer service and only prioritize drive-through and let people in door wait as long as they can!! :(((

maybe something was going on in the kitchen but it took like 20-30 minutes for 2 cheesy roll ups and a regular nacho fries.. it wasn't busy at the time and was during the day in the drive thru. we were the only car in the drive thru. the cheesy roll ups were barely even cooked & the nacho fries was very little of it, dry and shriveled almost like it's been sitting there for a while. i went here 3 times to see if it would change..it didn't. wouldn't really recommend. another taco bell like the one in ewa beach i would recommend, they always have hot nacho fries. though it's kinda busy on school days. read more

I was in the neighborhood and wanted a fast fix for my taco/nachos cravings. I know it's fast food but it's pretty decent. This location may need to be retrained for providing service. We waited a while at the counter to get served. I get it it's busy but at least acknowledge us. There were several workers walking back and forth some making eye contact but no acknowledgment. read more

Came to pick mobile order at 858pm. Order paid for, all you have to do is hand it to me. Rude lady telling me to get in drive thru, bad attitude. All you had to do was hand it to me. Instead I wait 40 minutes ow for cold food. Yeah great customer service read more

This location used to be my go-to. But, it must've gone through new ownership or management in the last 8+ months .... I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt, thinking it's just "that" crew. I've given them 3. During my last 3 visits there: 1. Drive-thru took forEVER; at least 25 minutes. 2. Food isn't the same. Mexican pizza tortillas look very under cooked. It's not crispy, and looks like it was made hours before. 3. Order incorrect. I ordered extra lettuce & tomato for my burrito supreme...barely saw any of either. Soft taco add tomatoes...no tomatoes. 4. Food presentation is also messy now. Food looks regurgitated. read more

On everything can't even make a cheese quesadilla right and I asked for extra cheese ruining my food

Food is good for a fast food taco spot. Service is always good for me. Ambiance is simple on the inside and outside.

DO NOT order the iced Cinnabon coffee!!! It tastes bad! It has a sour taste to it. When I called to inform the manager, I was told they switched to a different coffee concentrate and has had the same complaint from others. I told him he should remove it off the menu if that is the case. I got an apology, but not an offer of a refund. I just wasted money as it tastes sour and I don't want to take a risk in drinking it. read more

The absolute best location on Oahu. Their items are always prepared at 100% quality. I ordered a grilled cheese burrito & macho fries. My fries barely needed cheese sauce because it was so seasoned and crisp. My burrito ?!? Filled with every ingredient from the first bite to my last. This is two small bites in... and I didn't get straight tortilla. I got INGREDIENTSSSS. Their quality could never be beat. read more

Bad Service 2nd time order was short Maybe the manager and workers need to learn to count..instead of reversing the charges they ask to drive back thru traffic for a bean burrito..Lose Money this place.. read more

The staff is always amazing, friendly, courteous. i come in every 2 months or so to place a big order of 30 bkfst burritos for my coworkers. I usually come in to order and they always get that order done super quick. I try to use the app... but i sometimes forget to. the first time i did this in 2024 there were only 2 employees working..2 sweet ladies and they hustled to get that order done in like 15 min plus working the drive thru. Today there are more people... and I'm always so amazed at how efficient they are! i love this kapolei location near safeway thank you to the staff for their hard work!! read more

Well...be prepared to never want to eat here again after I leave this review because this is pretty gross and pretty sure a violation. Anyway. The guy working the window had an open wound on his finger. This was at 2:30 ish on Nov. 25th 2025. It was oozy so I couldnt stop looking at it! Then this guy started picking at it and messing with it. Then he gets the peoples drinks ready and with the same nasty ooze touching fingers touches all over the cups and the around the top of the cups to secure it. Something really needs to be done because this is a straight up health risk. There was blood and skin just chillin' on his hand, then he picks at it and touches peoples drinks without washing his hands? Absolutely f***ing disgusting! Will NEVER BE BACK. Managers, DO BETTER. read more

After emailing them about the horrendous service received and no response, I stayed away from this location for awhile. Yesterday, I ordered online for pick up. One minute after my order was sent/ paid for, I got a txt saying order was ready. Yeah right. Learned my lesson from last time. I decided to wait 15 minutes until I got there. When I arrived, I was greeted. Totally shocked, but thought to myself this is a good sign. Let them know I had an online order. The woman says its not showing on their end, she eventually finds it on their register and tells me all the things they dont have. No volcano sauce for the quesarido & no churros (was replaced with cinnabon delites). In my head im like wt F. Why would this online service allow people to order things that they dont have. Anyways, I get my order and I move to the side to check it, and get a straw. Thats when one of the workers hold up my bag of items that was already made and says, "uhhhh isn't this the order for Reinna". They just threw it away. When I got to my car to check the quesarido, I was so annoyed, because I specifically asked for no rice. Rice in burritos, yuck! I should've got the order that went in the trash, probably had no rice in the quesarido. Anyways, never ordering online or getting food inside, EVER! Drive thru gives me the best experience which doesnt make any sense. read more

Service: They have an employee situated before the drive-thru, taking orders. Didn't get his name, but a very friendly and helpful staff. Food: They're very consistent. Came here since they have their Kalua Pork seasonal selections. Their drive-thru line can get long, but the line moves pretty quickly. read more

Haven't been at this location in awhile.. Now I remembered why....it sucks!! Drive thru takes forever and there's no line, inside the restaurant is empty.. Finally reach the window, 2 Morons working the window laughing, probably fooling around.. Get my order, drove off, luckily I pulled to the side to check my order..missing half of my order..WTH Went back in to get it, girl at the counter helpful, went to look for it, but one of the morons knew he forgot to give it to me brought it to me..with that stupid look ..."sorry" he says... Quit messing around and work.. Then there's the food..shell is old and stale, first time I ever ate a taco with a fork! Tried biting into it no crunch or anything! Terrible! Threw it away..should've took a pic..dang! I know it's just tacos and paying for the convenience but come on.. So many jokes about Taco Bell, things like this make it true.. The food is obviously good the baja blast sweeter than usual but still good nonetheless. But my main concern was the service. I went throught the drive thru and the lady taking my order wasn't even paying attention to my mom when she tried ordering and my mom had to keep repeating herself. And when we pulled up to the window the lady wasn't even doing anything she was standing there for a good minute before she spoke to my mom to adjust the order. And not to mention in the pictures the tacos i ordered were barely even filled. It was skinny. It was also a bit soggy. Not freshly made. But i still think the place is nice the other times i went there. The vibes are usually good. And i guess it depends on the day and who's working. read more

This location seriously has to fix checking the orders to make sure they're right before sending them off. Embarrassing this the second time I gotta make a review (just did another one almost a month ago about how my food was wrong!) And now it's wrong again. I ordered a a few regular crunchy tacos and a Potato soft taco. I even checked the bag and felt around to see if it was right and felt right to me. But I got a chicken soft taco instead. Didn't know I have to open every single item to know I got everything I ordered.... i'd rather drive an extra 20 minutes to a different place since this location is very hard to trust read more

Recently my order was missing two items I paid for. When I went back to get them, the staff gave me attitude and tried to gaslight me by claiming the food was already in the bag. I showed them the bag, and had to wait over ten minutes til I got my food. There's no reason I should be given a hard time due to your negligence. And the worst part is Taco Bell has been consistently doing this. read more

Horrible service, I had a mobile order placed at 715. Showed up at 730 to let them know we were there waiting. Didn't get our food until 840. Lady in front had no clue what was on the menu. The ladies in the back were so flustered that food was going everywhere but on the wrapper or in the bag. The ladies in the back kept getting mad and yelling at the lady in the front. Lack of communication between all employees. All customers in front of me who ordered all had missing items and you could tell that all customers had no patience left. One guy even left while trying to order his food because they couldn't even take his order right. If you plan to see the circus you've come to the right place otherwise save yourself some stress and just go to another Taco Bell. read more

Honestly seems like most of the night crew at the window has no clue what's going on. I WOULDVE PAID FOR IT but he kept insisting he didn't know what was going on. ridiculous. start hiring people with common sense! read more

My friends and I received very poor customer service, as the employees were giving us a hard time due to their tap to pay being broken. It is not our fault as customers for the tap to pay being broken. On top of that, my friend ordered his food before somebody and they ordered the samething, BUT the person who ordered after my friend received his food first! Also what seems to be the manager an old lady was being talked to from my friend who got his order messed up (no surprise) and she completely disregarded my friend and started taking an order. She was also responding to us in a very disrespectful manner. NEVER coming to this taco bell again. read more

THIS TACO BELL TAKES FOREVER! I've never waited less then 20 minutes for my food inside, and have never spent less than 30 minutes waiting in the drive thru. They either need more workers..like 5-6 more at night..EVERY NIGHT...or they need to start paying more so the workers that are working have an incentive to move quicker. Also the drive thru, WORSE PLACEMENT, the line is always long (as I've stated previously), and you can never see the menu until you're right there and have to order already. They should have at least half a menu or a small menu to show at least the specials in the beginning of the drive thru, especially since you're there waiting for at least 30 minutes. read more

Taco Bell - Cheese everywhere and containers are empty. They charge ONE DOLLAR FOR A SMALL ASS CONTAINER AND CAN'T EVEN GET THEIR SHIT TOGETHER!! - Fast Food Near Me - Kapolei, Hawaii

Taco Bell is my favorite place to go when I have late night cravings. I usually order the Crunchwrap Supreme Combo with Diet Pepsi. I like the food here and there has only been a few times that I had an issue with my order. A couple nights ago, the person that was taking the orders at the drive thru did not understand when my sister ordered the chalupa cravings box but wanted to swap out the cinnamon twists with chips and nacho cheese. He said that he didn't know how to do it so instead he told my sister that he was going to swap it out for the nacho fries. Which my sister thought that meant he would replace the cinnamon twists with nacho fries, which would have been fine. But when we got to the pickup window, the order relayed back to us was for the nacho fries box which is not what my sister wanted. The cashier at the pickup window was able to fix the order but it was still a bit of a weird experience. read more

This is the worst taco bell location. Waited one hour for an online mobile order. Manager has no leadership skills and the staff have zero guidance. Multiple people were waiting one hour plus for their orders and the manager was hiding in the back not addressing any complaints.
