I usually order takeout but this time decided to dine in. We ordered the shrimp pad Thai, chicken wings, pork belly, papaya salad and Massaman curry. Everything came out within a reasonable time, and the service was good throughout our visit. There was a small mix-up with our order--we received egg rolls by accident--and we ended up skipping the Chinese sausage since they mentioned it needed extra time to defrost. Not a huge issue, but something to note if you're in a hurry. The restaurant itself is neatly decorated and has a nice, casual vibe. One downside was the music choice--some songs had pretty explicit language, which felt a bit out of place for the setting. I love Thai food and this establishment is so close to home. My favorite dishes are Panang curry with chicken or tofu, satay chicken, curry pad thai with tofu and when I'm not feeling well, I order the seafood tom yum soup. We dined in this time trying to get things we dont normally get. Plenty of seating as most people do phone orders. We ordered house specials on the menu, things we haven't tried. We ordered a beef jerky appetizer, khao piak udon soup, and beef lad nah. It was a good day to be adventurous. The soup was really good and reminded me of something home made. The lad nah looked like it was drowining at first but the sauce evened out after noodles absorbed it. Both great flavors and not as salty as last time we were there. The beef jerky is a must order. It caught my eye and it was one of those items our server needed to check on first if in stock. This was the dish of the night and we needed rice for this. It reminded me of like filipino tapa but what a great flavor. If only we had beer with it and a perfect combo. We'll be back to try the other jerkys on the menu. read more

Hubby decided to order foods we don't usually order here and got Lad Nah Beef, Khao Piak Udon, Beef Jerky. Everything was delicious and even if there was only one server who mans the cashier, serves and buss tables, the customer service was great. Yummy local Thai spot in Ewa! They are located in the Ewa Pointe marketplace. We ordered take out. We had the pineapple fried rice-added chicken. Tempura style fried veggies, summer rolls, yellow curry with sticky rice. I asked for no msg as I am allergic and the staff were very accommodating and made sure nothing I ate had msg in it. They even gave me a special peanut sauce for the summer rolls. Everything we ate tasted delicious and was freshly made. My hubby and I especially enjoyed the tempura fried veggies. There was just a light dusting of tempura batter. This made the veggies crispy and light. The pineapple fried rice was very flavorful and the chicken was cooked well and not dry. The yellow curry could have had more potatoes and carrots inside but other than that it was very yummy. They have large portion sizes as well. So we had leftovers. read more

My wife and I wanted to pick up some takeout but decided to dine in because of how friendly the staff was. I'm so glad we did because we ended up ordering more. We had the Spicy Basil with pork (Pad Krapow). I loved the rich flavor of it and although it was too spicy for me, I kept eating more. My wife loves Thai spicy and she thought it wasn't spicy enough. We also tried the Panang Curry. It was rich in flavor and not watered down like most other local Thai places. I can't wait to return have it again. Don't order the chicken wings. You'll get a good portion of skin with little meat. Our service was sub par. One of orders came so late, we had to make that a take out. Server only came by to give us our check. We had to mention take out containers for leftovers. Never came by to ask for water refills or to see if everything was ok. All three dishes were amazing! 10/10! The basa with lime sauce was especially incredible and also unique. It's not a dish you commonly find in a Thai restaurant. The house special lIme sauce is a must try! The ong choy with tofu was wonderful. The sauce was garlicky and well-balanced. The fried chicken appetizer came out piping hot, fresh out of the fryer! Placed order with this resto with UberEats, and despite the high prices compared to what we later found to be better quality Thai restaurants at comparable prices, theres apparently no rice with a ~$17.00 Red Curry. We called the restaurant to find out what happened and while they put me on "hold" apparently that meant lay the phone down while they talk in Thai about me (unaware I understand the language) and were offered to drive there and pick it up. We decided not to take this offer as it wasn't deemed to be worth it based on the quality of the food that did get delivered. In short, the service or lack thereof aside, the quality of the food just isn't worth a second chance. There are other local Thai restos that have Red Curry that isn't watered down like a minestrone soup. And the prices are better elsewhere too. This may have been an isolated issue, and roll the dice for yourself if you'd like a shot. Just avoid the Red Curry as it's watered down beyond resemblance of Curry. read more

Here's the deal... we heard that a new Thai restaurant was opening in Ewa. While there are some great authentic Thai restaurants in the 808... this place may have some potential. We ordered Som Tum and khao pad goong (Thai shrimp fried rice) during our visit. The fried rice was good and we appreciated the use of jasmine rice and the caramelized rice with fresh ingredients... as for the som tum (papaya salad) - there were a few ingredients that would have made it better. In our humble opinion the addition of real limes, peanuts, and most importantly palm sugar would have raised the bar for such a trademark dish. Since this place just opened, we'll let it get somewhat established and give it another go a few months later. read more
