The best before and the best now! This place knows how to serve Thai food. I love their curry, pad Thai, and their raw shrimp (don't knock it till you try it). Food is so delicious and service is on point, servers are very friendly and fast.

Just this four item is $81.75 !!! That's crazy . Soo expensive . And the portion is small . Doesnt make sense why it soo pricey for four small item .

Food was authentic Thai. Our server was very friendly & patient regarding our selection of food choices. The restaurant provided a great atmosphere with the Thai culture.

I've been coming here with my family for years! I'm surprised I haven't wrote a review yet. They have THE BEST Thai food on the island imo. My favorites: Papaya salad - I get it Laos style. I love how it comes with lettuce AND cabbage! Just the right spice. Tom kha (Thai ginger soup) - I get this with tofu! I tried it with chicken but I prefer with tofu instead. I love how the broth is creamy but not too overpowering creamy like most places. It's a nice balance of sour and creamy! Pad won sen - I get this with beef. I like it with beef the best. The thin noodles, sweetness & veggies always hits the spot. Fried chicken - It has the right amount of Thai spicier that's perfect with the Papaya salad! Ong choy with beef - fresh crunchy ongchoy w/ a flavorful sauce. Laos sausage - It has so much herbs and automatics! It's basically a Filipino vinegar Longanisa but better!! I love paring this with the papaya salad as well. The service here is always phenomenal, the servers are always sweet and attentive! The ambiance makes you feel like you're at a Thai aunties house with the background music but with a restaurant twist! Good food & good service? That's a x1000 to me! I don't live in the area and always make the drive to this establishment because nothing else compares!!! Definitely worth trying.

Went to eat at this Thai restaurant very quiet and peaceful out in Village Park. Chicken was crispy and hot with sweet and spicy dipping sauce. Meat of chicken was very tender inside. Pad Thai was very tasty. Sweet with a little spice to it as well.

KUNIA Thai Village is always a hit! Definitely better flavors, in my opinion, compared to the other Thai Villages. I have yet to dine in, but I can easily imagine the food being better than what I bring home as take out. Tonight's dinner was outstandingly delish, as always. Reasons for the 5 stars: - The food is CONSISTENTLY prepared well - Workers are always friendly - The restaurant is clean and tidy - I've never had an incorrect order, EVER (20/20) - The level of care put into packing take out orders! Ex: They manually cut the top of your container to allow the crispy items to vent so the hot steam doesn't sog up the goods. They also add the extra support of cardboard at the bottom of your bag when ordering hot soup or curry. Love the thoughtful touch that some restaurants don't care to spend time on. As for the food - every item I've tried over the past years have been delicious. I greatly appreciate the "light approach" they take to using fish sauce too. Some other eateries are more heavy-handed, which is a little too hardcore for me. Lol Oh ya!.. and Pre-Covid vs Post-Covid: Quality and flavors remain! Thanks, Thai Village crew! You guys are amazing :)

My girlfriend moved here 6 months ago wanted to take her to lunch. She only lived a block away.. we decided to walk. Place was clean and was greeted and seated immediately! We ordered spring roll, summer roll, larb salad and beef w/broccoli.. Food service was awesome!

My Family and I are regular customers for years and every settings we spend $400+ and at couple of times $800 because we love all the delicious food and service. But today 10/9/24 for lunch we experienced NO FRIENDLINESS!! This is the first time I've seen this older lady/waitress with no greetings not even at least a forcily smile. She had an attitude that I couldn't enjoy my food!!! We asked for extra chopstick while we were eating, then to go containers and gave me a look like I was crazy! Wasted $80+. I wished the younger girls were working! As an experience Manager, I've always tell my employees, leave your problems at home! This lady belongs in the back cooking or cleaning or stocking up! This Lady is Awful (Service) 5 Stars To Thai Village but not this lady! WE ARE YOUR PAYCHECKS!!

The design of the restaurant is gorgeous, love the decor and the seatings are reasonably spaced out and not crammed. Service was great too, attentive, quick, one plate came after the other. Menu is very visual friendly, pictures galore. Out of the 4 plates that we ordered... curry pad thai was the winner. Spicy fish fillet wasn't as spicy so fear not! Unless you are aiming for spicy, there's additional chili topping on the table which also goes amazing with the papaya salad too. Ordered the eggplant chicken too but forgot to take picture... that's how good of the food was. Very highly seasoned, reminds me of oxtail soup. Like how just as you open your mouth you can pretty much taste the oriental seasonings already. Would come here again!

Sticky rice and coconut ice cream

I'm giving this place a 5 star review because staff is always nice and the restaurant is always very clean. Food is prepared quickly. Posting a review to leave a tip for others and I think that this tip probably applies to other places too that serve dishes up "family style". If you are dining alone, I've noticed, they give you less. This pad Thai, portions were always quite generous but it's the first time I've dined alone. Hard to tell in the picture, but what usually would be a lump of pad Thai, this was a flat serving of noodles with a bit too much sauce than usual. The couple that came in after me ordered and their pad Thai plate was full like what it usually was. But anyways.... The sticky rice and coconut ice cream was ok I would have preferred the rice softer, but maybe that's how it's supposed to be.

One of my first favorite Thai food places. They do have my favorite spring rolls! Idk what type of wrap they use for theirs but it's a little different and has a better texture. The walnut chicken is amazing too and I can't eat at a Thai restaurant without eating pad Thai. There prices have gone up a little but I guess that's due to inflation. The service is always very moot tho. But I'll keep going back for the food lol.

After picking Daryl up in Mililani Mauka, he said his sister-in-law recommended we eat lunch at a Thai restaurant she didn't remember the name of. As everyone knows, I can eat Thai food any day, every day, so we Googled "Thai Restaurant" and ended up at Thai Village in Waipio Uka. Of course we parked at the end of the lot furthest from the restaurant but that's all right because we need the exercise. I have been to several other Thai Village locations and the food has been pretty good. Not so much at this one, though. We ordered the shrimp rolls, which are the uncooked ones. They were ok. Daryl had a major heart attack a couple years ago in Las Vegas so has been trying to eat a little healthier. We also ordered the green curry with chicken and the pad see ew with chicken. Both dishes were not thrilling. Of all the Thai Villages I have been to, this was not the one which I would consider the best. I think the ones in Aiea and Kapalama are a lot better.

Stuffed chicken wings - 5 stars - 4 chicken wings stuffed like spring rolls, but in a crispy batter. Green curry - 5 stars - very flavorful, love the taste. The sauce has great flavor, I wanted to bring it home, but my son finished it all, even the sauce! Thai Tea - 4 stars - strong with a charcoal flavor. My son loves it but too sweet for me. Service - 5 stars - waters filled, waiter was great. However, they do charge 3% fee for using credit card. Parking - lots of parking in the back on the second floor if full in front. I do not recommend parking in the lower 1st floor parking lot where the bars are even if it is shaded.

She loves going to temples and loves Thai food so I definitely was excited to explore this temple together. Based on the address on Yelp, I got lost for a good 10-15 minutes. I almost gave up but luckily spotted it and had to do a U turn and we finally arrived. So I arrived 10 minutes before the food stalls closed but honestly they stayed opened a bit longer than their closing time. As I saw ppl arrive even later and was able to still make purchases. I do have to say that they do start cleaning, and not everything is available as things were being sold out. They have a table for you to grab utensils and condiments. There are some tables you can sit and eat the food that you purchase. Most of the food I purchased was about $10 each. And you pay each stall that you are at. My mom and I enjoyed everything we ordered, if only we were staying in Hawaii more days, we would definitely come back or even order more. The hard part is that they do not have a website and they are not open every Sunday either. So try calling or just randomly go and pray that it will be opened. I honestly really enjoyed my visit. Both a cool temple to go see and being able to eat authentic Thai food it was an extra bonus. 2 thumbs up from this Yelper. I highly recommend coming here if you have not been. Ordered: *Fried Bananas *Papaya Salad (you can request how spicy you want this) *Pork noodle soup *Sugar Cane Juice *Fish Cake *Water Bottle $1 *Pork spare rib Tips: *Cash Only *Restroom available. *Outside temple street parking in the dirt or pull in and try your luck to find parking.

I pay for my order and then that's it. No "Thank you", "Have a nice day!" Just silence. So already the customer service is pretty shitty. I get home and open up my container and then I'm like wtf, the shrimp were all cut in half. Why would they even do that. That shit is so weird. You basically put like 4 shrimp in my plate and cut it in half. The salad came with 2 sauces, a sweet chili and a watery one I thought was fish sauce. I put the watery one on and it was so sweet. I was like wtf is this!? Plus the papaya was so tough. That salad was so junk so now they are 2 for 2 for bad papaya salad. I'll remind myself to NEVER go there again. I would give them one star but my son said their pho was alright so they get two. However if you're looking for good papaya salad and good customer service, this place ain't it.
