Late lunch/early dinner in Waipahu, Oahu, Hawaii... I kind of wanted a salad, but Pho Mai Han was right there at Westgate Center, where I had parked for Teapresso Bar. I thought: I should just eat vermicelli with BBQ pork and spring rolls... it's kind of like a salad with noodles and protein! There were several empty tables in the spacious restaurant because it was an off hour. I was able to choose my own seat, which had menus placed at every table. Service was efficient and polite. The woman worker even commented on my photo taking... LOL! The food was okay. Is there a thing such as over-marinated meat? Or should I say that the pork was very flavorful? The spring roll didn't seem fresh and crunchy. Hmm... maybe the frying oil should be changed? The veggies were fresh and crisp! Noodles were nice and chewy! I should return for the pho one day...

The Pho broth is very light and it's missing the beefy taste and the spices that are normally what makes a great broth. The service though is good.

I ordered lunch from here on Uber eats. Ordered their combo banh mi sandwich that comes with charsui, steamed pork and pickled carrots and daikon with cucumber and pate. Also ordered their beef stew and chicken yellow curry with rice. Food wasn't bad but it didn't wow me.

Greeted & seated quickly. A few other patrons finishing up. Water served, orders taken. Food delivered in a timely manner. Tasty pho! Filling Banh Mi! Very pleased. Will def return for my pho fixes. Clean & tidy. Low volume noise.

Combination small pho, summer rolls & waiting for the calamari. After work kine meals w/ my bro! Yum!

Nice & attentive service. Food is good. They do have different pho bowl sizes. S/M/L. Some pho places only had one size bowls, so that's nice.

Meh. The vermicelli with BBQ pork and spring roll is overpriced AND there's a surprise 3% credit card surcharge (November 2024). The surcharge was not listed on the menu and we were not informed of this fee. Had I known, I would've paid in cash.

The best place to go when you party a little hard the night before.

Love coming here! Been coming here since high school! Their food is great! Service is always good. The restaurant is well maintained.

After reading the reviews i decided to give this place a try. I'll be honest, i wasn't impressed at all. The food was mediocre and the service was super slow. I believe this place is family owned. The cashier lady barely spoke English and got orders wrong and orders came out late. My son's katsu chicken curry was t cooked all the way. J saw blood fried into some of the chicken. I brought it up and she argued with me that it was "sauce". I'm sure yellow sauce doesn't turn red but what do i know... anyways the Vietnamese coffee was watered down. Didn't taste good. I threw it out. The combination pho was okay, the noodles for some reason tasted old. Safe to say I will not be going back here.

It's been awhile since I've been here but this time we ordered take out on a rainy day. Pho always the perfect food for a rainy day. This time around we ordered the pork chops and BBQ chicken along with a seafood pho and an order of Crispy spring rolls. I did a phone order and my husband wanted the pork chops and BBQ chicken combo but when I picked it up, I wondered why it costed so much until we got home and opened the plates to see that they gave us a plate of BBQ chicken and a plate of pork chops. My fault cuz I didn't specify. Anyway, as for the food, it was okay. They do give alot of noodles with the pho but the freshness of the shrimp in the pho is a hit or miss because one of the shrimps tasted "fishy." My Husband said the pork chops were ok, nothing special. The spring rolls were the best thing we ordered that day.

This was my first time eating pho here. The restaurant is located in the Westgate Shopping Center which is convenient for me since I work 5 minutes away, and today was a great day for pho as it's been overcast with drizzles of rain throughout the morning. I ordered the eye round steak pho (large) and it was surely filling. There were lots of bean sprouts and Thai basil to accompany the pho, and the broth was tasty. The large order is also quite a meal in itself. Atmosphere was simple and quiet. The service was quick and efficient. I love Vietnamese food and will definitely return to try some of the other menu items.

First time here and they have plenty of tables and chairs to dine in. Very spacious! The food came out quick. I ordered a XL combination pho. It was big, big enough to share, which I did. I was a little disappointed with the broth. It didnt have much taste or flavor. I also ordered a Thai tea which was really sweet, but not disappointing. They also have boba tea available which is really cool and a perfect desert for after your meal. The service was amazing. Will I be back? probably not for pho, but I'd come back for Thai tea and boba.

We wanted Thai iced coffee or Thai iced tea before shopping and decided to eat lunch here. Inside is much nicer than you'd imagine for this somewhat run down strip mall in the heart of Waipahu. We were there at 10:45 am so we were the only customers. So idk why the waitress forgot to give us our iced coffee. We ate our food and ny this time more tables were occupied. It looks like it has a good following. it's clean and spacious inside. We inquired about our iced coffee and told her to make them to go so we could do our errands. Lunch was $45, dang prices sure went up. It was good, my husband said the pho broth was tasty. Portions are generous too.

The spread. Short ribs and shrimp, spring rolls, rare steak and brisket

I pay for my order and then that's it. No "Thank you", "Have a nice day!" Just silence. So already the customer service is pretty shitty. I get home and open up my container and then I'm like wtf, the shrimp were all cut in half. Why would they even do that. That shit is so weird. You basically put like 4 shrimp in my plate and cut it in half. The salad came with 2 sauces, a sweet chili and a watery one I thought was fish sauce. I put the watery one on and it was so sweet. I was like wtf is this!? Plus the papaya was so tough. That salad was so junk so now they are 2 for 2 for bad papaya salad. I'll remind myself to NEVER go there again. I would give them one star but my son said their pho was alright so they get two. However if you're looking for good papaya salad and good customer service, this place ain't it.

I have been to several other Thai Village locations and the food has been pretty good. Not so much at this one, though. We ordered the shrimp rolls, which are the uncooked ones. They were ok. Daryl had a major heart attack a couple years ago in Las Vegas so has been trying to eat a little healthier. We also ordered the green curry with chicken and the pad see ew with chicken. So I arrived 10 minutes before the food stalls closed but honestly they stayed opened a bit longer than their closing time. As I saw ppl arrive even later and was able to still make purchases. I do have to say that they do start cleaning, and not everything is available as things were being sold out. They have a table for you to grab utensils and condiments.
