Wow! Just. Wow! Everything bursting with flavor and a warm hug lol... This place is by far the #1 Vietnamese place I've had on Oahu! The service was speedy and friendly. It was around lunchtime so the place was a little busy. However, we were able to get a table, a lot of military. And a couple locals... The inside from what I saw had two TVs that were large screen mounted on the wall and it seemed as if they were showing Vietnamese street food shows! Very awesome to watch also. The decor was very clean neat and beautiful. Can't wait to come back to try their barbecue chicken summer rolls as well as their chicken Pho.. I tried my friends stew with the bread dipped in and pleeeeeease try this! You will not be disappointed!

Came to My Pho in Wahiawa because my boyfriend just got back from Vietnam and was craving pho...and wow...this place absolutely delivered. Easily the best pho and beef stew we've had on island. Let me set the scene first, because this matters: The daughter was our waitress, mom and dad were cooking in the back, and when uncle had a break he came out to watch TV in the dining area. If that doesn't scream authentic, I don't know what does. Now the food... The beef stew was unreal. Rich but not heavy, with this subtle tomato flavor that soaked into the carrots, and OMG, the carrots. Sweet, soft, and insanely flavorful. The meat? So tender, and they were not stingy... tons of it. Even the cartilage was cooked perfectly, not chewy at all. I got the bún bò Huế (spicy pho) and it was exactly what you want: light, aromatic, and packed with meat. The lemongrass flavor made it super refreshing, and the spice was balanced, warming without being overpowering. Every bite tasted intentional. Both dishes were cooked with so much care. You can tell this is food made by people who actually love what they're serving. If you're craving real Vietnamese comfort food and don't mind going off the beaten path, My Pho is a must. We'll 100% be back.

I little Pho bowl of book tripe (no in the menu) my special request.

A family business that make you feel like you are in your on dinning-room at home, fresh veggies, great taste, warm welcoming hostesses, they are new and their business have room for a lot of improvement as their business grows, let support this family-owned biz, there is never enough Pho cuisines in the neighborhood.

Summer rolls. Spring rolls were already gone by this time lol.

Family and I were craving for some pho so we headed down here. Fam all had pho while I had the pork chop and rice. We had summer and spring rolls for appetizers. Summer rolls were the best I've had. I want to come back again just to have these. Spring rolls were just as good. The peanut sauce was amazing. Pho was amazing, especially since it was raining. Broth was meaty and flavorful. I appreciate that there was a lot of veggies on the side that was included. My 3 year old loved the pho so much she kept saying "Delicious!" over and over again lol. Pork chops were tender and flavorful. Service was top-knotch. Ambiance was cozy, clean, and welcoming. Overall, our experience at My Pho was 5 stars. We will come back again. I've tried plenty of pho around the island and can positively say the pho here is one of the best.

Beef stew with rice noodle. So yummy!!

Lovely new pho option in the area. We had combo pho and beef stew with rice noodle. Everything was so delicious! I wish I could have mixed up the iced coffee myself, but it was brought out pre-mixed. Service was great. They were very attentive and brought out the food piping hot very quickly. Place was very clean and the bathroom was clean too. Enjoyed the videos playing on the wall tvs showing Youtube videos of delicious street food (South East Asia) and famous foodies (Mark Wiens) enjoying great food in Italy. Easy parking. We can't wait to go back and try more items from the menu. Winnahs!!

Heard about this new pho spot so had to check it out after a good hike this morning. Parking in the back was convenient and the staff were very friendly. Portions were big and the taste fulfilled my pho cravings! The natural lighting of the restaurant makes it very open and welcoming. I recommend trying them out if you live in the neighborhood or when you pass through Wahiawa.

Dubai Chocolate Frappe also sounds amazing! Second visit: I returned the following day due to humidity in afternoon. Two different employees, female and male were very attentive and provided great suggestions to my Q & A regarding White Rabbit Frappe and Hokkaido Milk Iced Tea. I chose Hokkaido with 100% Organic Coocnut Milk Iced Tea. Female employee asked me how much sweetness I wanted in my beverage. I responded, "25%" She informed me that the lowest sweetness they're able to give is 50%. I said, "Ok." Tasted perfect with a light sweetness. Beverage came in handy prior to workout. I can count on superb customer service, free parking, easy commute access, and photo op.

Although the website has a rez button, they don't take them, so we chanced it and went at 6:00 pm, the day after Thanksgiving, for hubby's birthday. It's not a very large venue but enough space between tables and also accommodates larger parties. We loved the friendly welcome and she immediately sat us at a table. Server was a sweet girl who brought us waters and they allow BYOB so we brought our own wine and plastic glasses. Started off with the summer rolls and vegetarian spring rolls. Both were prepared to our liking and the sauces were excellent! Food came out all at the same time which was nice! Sticky rice in a cute little woven basket with the curry was yummy and hot. Hubby loved the Pad Thai and I enjoyed my Pineapple Rice with tofu. You can also request chicken, meat or pork with it. Place was reasonably busy and prices were very friendly. We enjoyed good service- refilling our waters, checking back if we needed anything else, asking if we'd like to try their dessert. Dessert!?? Oh man, next time I gotta save room for that! We needed to-go boxes so she brought us the ones you get at a Chinese restaurant with a large plastic bag, and even included extra sauces in the plastic containers and lids! Very thoughtful because we love those sauces! Restrooms are outside the restaurant just steps away - walk out the door, turn left, go past Ninja Sushi, you'll see a hanging sign ahead. The spice? A myth whispered on the wind. The soul? Misplaced... perhaps locked in some grandmother's kitchen far away.
