The only Thai restaurant in Mililani, and it does not disappoint. Thai Village is part of a local Thai food chain with other locations, such as in Waipio. Coincidently, this Mililani location was once a Phuket Thai (another local Thai chain), so when it switched over, there wasn't a huge change. Dining room is spacious and welcoming. Thai Village has all the standard Thai dishes- noodles, rice, curry, spring rolls, etc... I love their Pad Thai, which is always super fresh and just right. Located in Mililani Town Center with plenty of free parking. It's next to CPK which is on the side of Times and Longs Drugs. You'll see it across from Fun Factory too. Although the website has a rez button, they don't take them, so we chanced it and went at 6:00 pm, the day after Thanksgiving, for hubby's birthday. It's not a very large venue but enough space between tables and also accommodates larger parties. We loved the friendly welcome and she immediately sat us at a table. Server was a sweet girl who brought us waters and they allow BYOB so we brought our own wine and plastic glasses. Started off with the summer rolls and vegetarian spring rolls. Both were prepared to our liking and the sauces were excellent! Food came out all at the same time which was nice! Sticky rice in a cute little woven basket with the curry was yummy and hot. Hubby loved the Pad Thai and I enjoyed my Pineapple Rice with tofu. You can also request chicken, meat or pork with it. Place was reasonably busy and prices were very friendly. We enjoyed good service- refilling our waters, checking back if we needed anything else, asking if we'd like to try their dessert. Dessert!?? Oh man, next time I gotta save room for that! We needed to-go boxes so she brought us the ones you get at a Chinese restaurant with a large plastic bag, and even included extra sauces in the plastic containers and lids! Took my cousin and family out to dinner here. We went early around 5pm on a Sunday and were seated right away. The service was good, fast and friendly. The place isn't huge but spaced out well. We ordered appetizers and everything from pad Thai to pho. The Thai food was good, my husband didn't like the pho though. Everything came out fresh and hot. My only complaint is the cost. Why are appetizers $20? Come on! We spent $300 on Thai food. I'm still adjusting to the cost of food here in Hawaii. It's insane! Servers were all very friendly, but the food was just ok. The flavor was not very strong, and the drunken noodles had almost no spice to them despite being served as "spicy." It almost seems like the entire dish needed to be cooked in more sauce to let it soak into the noodles. This place used to be good but since last year, their food has just been super greasy, bland and just flat out, sucks. Literally might be one of the worst Thai food on the island. Went to Thai village saturday night with my family. We've gotten take out from here before but never ate in. The service was incredible, the server was polite and extremely attentive. we appreciated it a lot. Stopped for lunch in to celebrate my executive assistant for Administrative Professionals day. Restaurant was pretty busy but we were welcomed with a beautiful smile. After such a pleasant experience, who wouldn't want to dine here. We started with a few of our favorite pupus (fried calamari and summer rolls). Both items were delicious of course. They told me it would be about 30 minutes and it was ready by the time I got there. The spring rolls were hot and crispy, even when I got home. They were delicious. I ordered a medium spicy yellow curry and it was just right. The sticky rice went so well with it. The food was delicious. The staff was friendly and prompt. 4-7-23 It's been a while since we dined in. We usually order takeout. I looked around and seems like they downgraded in size and a Realty office has moved in to its prior larger space and enclosed a wall. Regardless I'm glad they survived the pandemic. The food is still tasty and comes out quickly looking delicious. The clientele seems to change or the acoustics got worse. Loud conversations from customers and employees by the kitchen are annoyingly loud. Customers dress very casually in tshirt and shorts. Times have changed. We visited Thai Village yesterday. We've been there before but never wrote a review. The location is in the center of Mililani Town Center. Very clean restaurant and the ladies greeted us right away. We ordered appetizers right away. Fried Calamari & spring rolls. Calamari was really good. The spring rolls had a hint of sweetness. I wasn't too much of a fan. I'm not sure what it was, but it just tasted sweet. I had the Beef Pho. It was delicious and came with a big portion. I loved the broth. My husband ordered the shrimp curry and had chicken added to it. The curry was great. But the chicken wasn't juicy. It was tough. Big bummer. We also ordered 2 fried chicken plates for our girls since they don't have a kids menu. The chicken came with a big portion, at least 6 big pieces for each plate. We had a side of pork fried rice with the chicken. The fried rice was very good and our girls loved it. Our waitress was very tentative to our needs and came to our table plenty of times for refills. The hospitality is very much appreciated. We will be visiting Thai Village again and trying other items on the menu. read more

I've been here several times, once for dine in before the pandemic and all the other times were take out. Most of the times I've ordered their pho. I know this is a Thai restaurant, but their pho is actually pretty good and their portions are pretty big as one order is enough for my mom and I! Recently I went on my birthday to order take out. I ordered the pad thai with tofu and eggplant with chicken and my goodness, since the last time I ordered these dishes, they raised their prices and their portions got much smaller... well, the containers they use for take out now are much smaller than the paper take out containers. We needed a bite before I headed into the beauty room, and we love Thai food and it is right across from where my appointment wad, we decided to give Thai Village a visit. We were immediately greeted and offered our table. At the time we were the only customers and it was easy to tell the restaurant was very clean and airy! I settled on Pad Kee Mao (Thai spicy, please) and Bruce took a mild Chicken Pad Thai, with Chicken Satay for a starter. Our server was very nice and prompt with water refills, but didn't hover. The food looked good, and the portions were a bit on the small side for what we paid. Portion size is not a dealbreaker though, the flavor is where everything is at. Unfortunately my dish wasn't Thai hot and the flavor fell flat for me. I really tried to like it, but it's wasn't flavorful. Chicken Satay portion was large but unfortunately dry. My husband enjoyed his Pad Thai. Said it wasn't as flavorful as it should but it was good. I asked if he would could back again, and he said probably not. I'd have to say the same. We wanted to go somewhere for dinner and ended up here. My daughter loves the curry pad Thai with tofu. I got the pad si ewe with chicken but to start off with the calamari as an appetizer. The calamari was delicious. There was so much leftover between me and my daughter. I thought I was hungry but I was more thirsty than hungry. I drank maybe 4 glasses of iced water. I have been to this restaurant many times and the food and service usually ranged from 3-4 stars. In the past, the sticky rice was overcooked, the pad kee mow would be bland, and the once I had curry that was a bit watery. I personally haven't eaten at the restaurant, but it's usually filled with families and people getting together. Last night, I ordered the green curry, eggplant, and sticky rice. The food was prepared very well today. I can say that the flavors were on point and we'll cooked. I definitely enjoyed my meal as I had less leftovers than usual. BUT, I think the best thing about that evening was the service! LET ME TELL YOU HOW IMPRESSED I WAS! They must have a new worker because this girl was amazing. She was young and wore glasses, I really wish I got her name. Anyways, upon my entry into the restaurant, she had a pleasant smile and welcomed me in. After knowing I was going to do take out, she automatically asked if I still needed to see a menu or knew what I wanted to order. I put in my order, she gave me my time and I proceeded to wait outside. As the time was coming up, I thought I'd walk in a minute or two later since they did seem busy. Trying to get to know the new area I've moved into. I'm trying a bunch of takeouts, and Thai Village has been on the radar. I finally decided to give them a try. My job has very inconsistent hours, and a lot of times, it's 8 pm by the time I get into Mililani. A vast majority of businesses close at around this time, and this day, I was lucky enough to get home a couple of hours earlier. I made a beeline straight to Thai Village! The menu had all the familiar Thai foods like Pad Thai, Stuffed Chicken Wings, various soups and curries that you might find at other Thai restaurants. I decided to keep it simple and get the Spring Rolls, Yellow Curry with Shrimp and Thai sticky rice. Gotta get the sticky rice!! My order was up in about 15 minutes, which is pretty fast. When I got home, I wasted no time digging in. The Spring Rolls were pretty tasty. Dipped them in the sweet vinegar sauce and wrapped them in the lettuce with cucumber slices that was provided. The Yellow Curry was a bit runny. The potatoes and carrots were cooked thoroughly. Glad I got the sticky rice! Thai curry isn't the same with regular rice! Something about the Yellow Curry, though. Not only was it runnier than other restaurants that I've tried, but it was missing something... Coconut milk, maybe? It was just "ok" for me as far as Thai yellow curries go. There are multiple locations for Thai Village and I've been to a few of them. I have to say, the food is always consistent at the restaurants. This was my first time at the Mililani location. Went for an early lunch and no one else was there. Service at the other location is usually quick anyway but since we were the only ones there that day, we had extra quick service. We ordered the chili basil and green curry. The green curry doesn't have as intense of a flavor as I would've liked (very coconut milky) but overall the food is good. Thai Village offers all the typical Thai dishes you're probably used to. This location is in the Mililani Town Center a few doors down from CPK. Tons of parking at the shopping center. read more
