This is my third time coming here and I must say it leaves an impression on me every time. I got the Spicy Broth Brisket Pho, Spring Rolls, Thai Tea and my bf got the Chicken and Shrimp Pho. The Spring rolls are crispy and I looked to wrap it in all of the vegetable assortment and dip into the sauce. It's a must! Next into my pho broth before eating I need to put in fish sauce to my liking, hoisin sauce, a bit of the chili sauce and the sprout, mint, jalapeno and squeeze of lemon. You can literally taste all of the depth from the flavors in the broth. I've been to plenty of pho restaurants on the island and hands down aunty has the recipe! Right when you walk in aunty is already greeting you with a smile and making sure you're seated promptly. The restaurant is clean, bright and inviting. She is so polite and ready to serve. She has an amazing aura and welcoming spirit. I will be back. 10/10 recommend. Oh and she serves tapioca on the house which I love. It's warm and a sweet ending to my visit. read more

Our first time here and it was so delicious!! Everything we had was so good! We ordered the spring rolls, summer rolls, and brisket pho! Everything was a 10/10! Customer service is top notch! Friendly, tentative, and quick. Never had to ask for water as she came back to check on us every few minutes. I really like that the chopsticks and napkins were left on the table. I prefer this set up cause I dislike having to keep asking for napkins while eating at a restaurant. Also like to point out that the establishment is clean and multiple fans in there to keep sir circulating. Let's talk food...... I had the grilled chicken which was cooked perfectly. Well seasoned and really like that there were cuts in the chicken which I assume was made by the chef to ensure it was cooked throughly. Other family members ordered the sizzling steak, also good. However I like my steak more on the rare side. The plate they bring it on is really HOT so I think that when they put the sauce on it, it steams and sizzles a bunch which would then cook the steak more. Either way, the steak was tender. Lastly...... let's preface this. I DO NOT ENJOY PHO (mostly cause often times the soup is bland)..... until.........I tried some of the oxtail pho my sister ordered. Dang it! It has changed my mind. When I do go back, I'll be ordering the oxtail pho. Highly recommend this establishment. Everything was fantastic, great service, quaint set up, and the food, WOW. Everything we ordered was YUM. I didn't think I could enjoy pho on the west side again. I used to live in China Town, hands down was the best pho. We can't be driving to town just for pho though, this is amazing that it's right here, 15 minutes away family of 5 after tip was about $150, that is a pretty good price range! We ordered 4 bowls of pho, 1 Bánh mì, summer rolls, spring rolls and chicken fried rice! & they were giving out free tapioca! Truly enjoyed our dinner tonight! Taking home? This is the best pho on the island, hands down. We ordered the Spicy Beef Broth pho and the Combination pho and both were on par with what we used to have in San Jose, CA. The beef balls in the combination pho had to have been homemade because the flavor in them was incredible and didn't taste like the ones from the Asian mart. The food was so good, we ended up ordering bahn mi's to go for lunch tomorrow and a mango smoothie and strawberry smoothie for the drive back home. It's the perfect spot to eat at after a beach day. Staff were so welcoming and sweet. The end highlight of the meal was the coconut tapioca she brought out for us and it was the perfect way to end a delicious and reinvigorating meal. Best pho place in Waianae, by far. The food is as authentic as it gets, and the portions are extremely generous. I also appreciate how organized the menu is. It's appealing with no overcrowding of pictures. I ordered the avocado shake, honeydew shake, mango shake, taro coconut tapioca, pho with round steak and beef balls, and the summer rolls. The mango shake is delicious! It's light, not overly sweet, and doesn't overpower the natural flavor because it's made with real mango where you also get mango chunkies. The taro coconut tapioca has the perfect balance of coconut and taro. My husband is absolutely in love with this dessert. The pho was outstanding. It came with all the proper garnishes and wasn't overloaded with noodles like many other pho places tend to do. Hoisin sauce and chili oil are served on the side, which truly completes the dish. The summer rolls were fresh and flavorful, and adding hoisin sauce to the dipping sauce tied everything together perfectly. What really sets this place apart is the hospitality. The owner herself provides unmatched customer service. She genuinely appreciates her customers and creates a clean, beautiful, and welcoming space. She makes you feel at home and clearly cares about your comfort and happiness. I stop by a couple times a week just for the tapioca dessert, whether it's paired with an avocado shake for me or a honeydew shake for my mom, which she loves. On our way home from a day of watching huge surf at Yokohama's Beach. What sounds good on the Westside...Pho, but of course!. This restaurant was cute, and clean. The owner Hoa warmly greeted us at the door. Lots of yummy on the menu...we picked ox tail pho and brisket pho. We also had sugar cane juice, an vietnamese iced coffee. Hoa brought a large plate of basil, peppers, bean sprouts, and lemon slices. The table had all the condiments you could possibly want ie: chili sauce, Siracha, fish sauce, soy sauce, etc. Hoa replenished our waters, and chatted with us often. Soon the Pho came to the table. The broth was delicious, lots of scallion and beef, and noodles.. the broth itself was amazing!! We had to bring the extras home. Then Hoa brought coconut tapioca to our table....it was delicious. Stopping @Pho Hoa was the perfect end to our day. Restaurant has only been open 4 months. Support them if you can. read more
