Was told to smash the crisp on top and combine it with everything and that took it to another level! So good that we ordered another one. The price of this was so affordable too! The Croquette Cordero was like a mini curry ball with chimuchirri sauce. A little heavy but if you love curry, this is for you! The Taco Raisu surprised us. The taco meat was so flavorful!! Even though we were stuffed, we kept going back for more. It's like a deconstructed taco & you use the lettuce as a wrap. The Karaage Pollo came with a Cucumber Escabeche. It was so tangy and refreshing, which perfectly cuts through the rich, savory oiliness of the fried chicken. We got the Piña Borracha for dessert and that had a coconut cake, coconut lime mousse, banana lilikoi curd, and pasted pineapple on top. Amazing!! Great way to end the night. We ordered one of their family packs, which was listed as serving 4-8 people. We had a party of 6 and there was still so much food left over! Everything was flavorful, satisfying, and definitely felt like a great value for a family-style meal. I spoke with Evelyn and even as she kept apologizing and offering for me to speak to a manager, I had no time in the moment as our friends and I were left scrambling to find somewhere else for a nice birthday dinner. Super disappointing and no offer from the business in trying to make things right except to "reschedule". Simply offering a voucher for another night would have been a nice gesture to help amend the cancellation, but no, nothing. In all my years of event planning and large dinner events, never have I experienced this type of behavior from an establishment. People BEWARE! This restaurant WILL last minute cancel your reservation if the opportunity presents itself. No respect or common decency. Take your family, friends, and money elsewhere.

The chicken came with some sort of sauce that was yummy, but unnecessary in my mind. The shrimp was delightfully garlicky and thankfully served headless. The short ribs were fall apart tender and delicious. It also came with some sauce that I don't think either one of us used. It was good, though. The ube ice cream mud pie was amazing.
