Mom's choice for dinner tonight (tomorrow is Mother's Day)... was craving Beef Belly Pho and requested Ribs&Broth - only place that I know has Beef Belly as a meat option (although not on menu yet). Arrived 1hr before closing and our hot bowls of goodness & breadsticks were served soon after ordering. Everything devoured and enjoyed... out in 45min. Restaurant is always clean, service is quick/attentive & food consistently good. My favorite pho is at Ribs&Broth. Soooo good!

Steak pho. Brother said it was alright. We were surprised at the smallish portion of veggies, but it wasn't so small as to complain.

Fast, friendly service. The restaurant was clean, and plenty of parking in the lot. The food was pretty good, not blow my socks off, but I would eat there again. Brother had steak pho and I had a combo banh mi.

No frills, but clean and service always friendly and efficient! Ordered my usual brisket and steak pho with some spring rolls. Crispy on the outside moist on the inside. Roll it up in the lettuce add your vermicelli and veggies, dip and so delicious. Pho very hot, throw in that basil, bean sprout splash of lime all with a side of Hoisin and chili oil! Yummy! Broth flavorful and portion huge. Lots of other rice dishes, vermicelli and all types of pho and ramen! Lots of sides as well. Go check them out!

I had one of the greatest dinner experiences in a while. My wife had heard about this location but it was our first time trying. Fortunately, they have their first location in Waipahu. You can find their location near Waipahu Shopping Center. It can be difficult to find parking since there are so many good spots in this shopping center. The business itself looks clean and cutely decorated. It's quite small and cozy, which means you have to get there early. By the time we were leaving, there were 3 parties waiting for us to finish. Couldn't help but feel rushed lol. As for the food, we definitely tried their Ramen Beef Back Ribs. This was recommended by the waitress after we consider getting the Beef Back Ribs Pho. She said the "ramen broth had a little more flavor". Oh man! It was delicious. 10/10! My wife and I split it so we could try other items on their menu. We also had their Lemongrass Chicken Banh Mi and their Calamari! It was all delicious. We ended up destroying all the food. We will definitely be back to see what else we can have on their menu.

My husband and I were looking for a nearby pho place in the area and we came across this one. He heard about it and wanted to try it out. So glad we came when we did because they started to get busy. Great customer service and the employee recommended we try the beef back ribs pho which we ended up getting. Everything was really good. The wait time for our food wasn't that long either. Highly recommend trying this place out if you are near the area. Thank you Ribs & Broth.

Food: 4/5. I ordered the bbq pork ramen. It's char Siu style. And it's its local style comfort food ramen. Service: 5/5. The employees are friendly and we didn't feel rushed despite being pretty busy. Atmosphere: 5/5. The place is clean and spacious regarding the seating. One of my pet peeves is the amount of tables and how close each table and chairs are to each other. My dad ordered a pho dish and the broth is really yummy. Next time I'll try their other types of pho, bahn Minh, and plate lunches.

First time trying this place, and honestly I'm surprised I never heard of it until now. We went for lunch and it wasn't too busy. The hype seemed big, so we gave it a shot. I ordered the ribs pho, my wife got the regular pho, and my son tried the oxtail. Both the ribs and oxtail pho were $26 decent portions, but still pretty pricey. One thing to know: when you order the ribs pho, the ONLY meat you get is the ribs. No tripe, no steak slices, no meatballs, just ribs. They were huge though; mine came with three big pieces. The oxtail, on the other hand, was just okay. It had carrots and broccoli in it, which I didn't expect, and only four small pieces of oxtail for $26. My son wasn't happy about that at all. Ambience was fine, nothing special. I thought the ribs were solid and I'd probably get those again, but the oxtail didn't seem worth the price. My wife didn't complain about the regular pho it was $19.25 but honestly other places give you more for less. Overall, I'd rate this spot a 3/5. Maybe I'd come back once in a while, but mainly just for the regular pho.

Place is casual and many interesting pictures on the wall. The service and good were delicious! I got the #21 spicy beef soup. The broth was top notch and wasn't that spicy too me. My dad got the combo pho and he loved it. Also ordered chinese pastry and spring roll. Everything was made to order because all the food was served extra hot. This place has become my favorite place for pho and soup.

I've been here multiple times this past year and I got to say, it's one of the best pho places here on the leeward side of Oahu. Located in Waipahu, it's awesome to see that there are more restaurants offering pho and other Vietnamese cuisines here on this side of the island. Starting off with the food, the only thing I come here for is their Beef Back Ribs Pho!! It's basically a bowl of pho and it comes with three big bone beef ribs. The ribs are super soft and fall off the bone. You can tell that it's been simmering in their stock for hours. You can also order the beef ribs with ramen, which I still need to try. The pho soup is also top notch. It's very umami and doesn't come off too sweet like some other pho dishes I tried on the island. Aside from the pho, I do also get their spring rolls and chicken wings. The spring rolls are your usual made Vietnamese spring rolls. It comes with lettuce, rice noodles, and cucumber with their fish sauce dipping sauce. Their chicken wings are also really good. It comes deep fried and comes out very crispy. It's served with sweet chili sauce. When it comes to fining a dish I love, I always stick with that and it's the beef back ribs pho for me, but I will be trying the ramen version soon. The atmosphere here is great. It's not your biggest restaurant, but they do have a lot of tables to accommodate a lot of customers. The food also comes out really fast as well, so wait time if the restaurant is packed isn't long at all. I believe it's locally owed and the workers are very friendly and attentive. Water is always being refilled which is a huge plus. There is also ample of parking which it shares with the other tenants at the Shops at the West Loch Station. All in all, Ribs and Broth is one of my top Pho/Vietnamese restaurant on Oahu and would totally recommend this to anyone wanting pho and a cold chilly day. I believe they have multiple restaurants on the island and just opened one up in town.

Late post. I went to Ribs & Broth on Sunday for lunch yesterday. Service was wonderful. I appreciated how attentive and kind our server was. I had the Beef Back Ribs. It was tender and seasoned well. The chicken wings were flavorful and crispy. Nice. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Our weekend adventure took us to Ribs & Broth located near Hang's Smoothie in Waipahu Town Center. We arrived when they opened at 11 and noticed several families already waiting to dine in. The restaurant is clean and modern and the service was quick and attentive. We tried the Beef Short Rib Pho and the Combo Pho. Both were tasty with good portions. Ask for chilli oil because they don't have it on the table!

Saw this restaurant on TikTok and it looked very delicious and I wanted to try it. This restaurant did not disappoint! We ordered spring rolls, papaya, salad, lemongrass grass chicken bahn mi and the combo pho soup. Coming from the Vietnamese capitol in San Jose, CA Ribs & Broth is legit! Everything was very tasty and the broth for the pho was super delicious! Our server David was awesome! He was very attentive and gave great recommendation

Three tiny pieces of char siu. so stingy . If I have to compare , this is a disappointment .
    Nikki N.

I did take out and here's what I got 1. Summer rolls is good 5/5 2. Banh mi is small but taste good 3/5 3. Combo ramen ... broth and noodle taste good. But the char siu meat is tiny and they don't give you veggie bags to go with the ramen . I like Bean sprouts and lettuce and jalapeño with my noodles . They don't even give any spice sauces . 1/5 Over all 2/5 .

You basically put like 4 shrimp in my plate and cut it in half. The salad came with 2 sauces, a sweet chili and a watery one I thought was fish sauce. I put the watery one on and it was so sweet. I was like wtf is this!? Plus the papaya was so tough. That salad was so junk so now they are 2 for 2 for bad papaya salad. I'll remind myself to NEVER go there again. I would give them one star but my son said their pho was alright so they get two. However if you're looking for good papaya salad and good customer service, this place ain't it.
