My family wanted to go back to this place because they were here last year during their stay at Aulani last summer. I made a reservation on Open Table, but when we arrived, there were lots of open tables. We started with the pretzel, which to me was not worth $17. I ordered the Mochiko Chicken Cesar Salad and all three of my family members ordered Smash Burgers. They all really enjoyed their burgers and said they were delicious! I was looking forward to trying the salad! But when I received it, it was on the small side. The flavor was meh. It could've used more furiake and the chicken should be in bite size pieces so the salad is easier to eat. It definitely was not worth $25. Will I be back? Not sure unless I want to eat a smash burger.

My friend ordered this Jalepeno, Ham, & Pineapple pizza

What's the best part about going to a bar/restaurant? The company of course! But if you're lucky enough to get deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelicious bar food at happy hour prices, & great service from an attentive staff, BOOM! Easy "5 star" rating on Yelp! One of my childhood friends came home to da 808, so we decided to do a small get together at 808 Craft House, as the the bar/restaurant was close to the Aulani Hotel (where my friend was staying). The restaurant has an open air, causal atmosphere, with several TV's for sports events. I didn't look at the menu as I was too busy chatting away & catching up, but my friend did the ordering & got several plates of Frrrrrrried Chicken wings, pizzas, & onion rings. Of course at "808 Craft House" they are known for their craft beers, so many glasses of beers were ordered that afternoon. Unfortunately for me, I no longer can partake in alcohol, but those beers sure looked refreshing. I was totally surprised about the parking situation for this strip mall. Why do I say this? Unfortunately at this strip mall, there is NO FREE parking at all (not the restaurant's fault). You have to use your smart phone & scan the QR code to pay for parking if you choose to visit any business on this strip mall property. I ended up paying $16.20 for 3 hours parking. That was the only bummer thing about visiting this strip mall.

I really wanted to like this place because I am a fan of visiting Ko'olina. I have loved this part of the island since I was a little girl. We visited this spot a little after the start of dinner time, but it felt like the restaurant was ready to close. Our waitress took a while to bring water to the table. We ordered the Mochiko chicken Caesar 's Salad , Steak Frites, wings and two drinks. The beverage I ordered was the 808 Craft Margarita. I am not a fan. I wish I went with a craft beer. However, mochiko chicken salad was delicious and probably my favorite dish. The steak was cooked medium well and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely order the steak frites if I visit again.

The Fried Brussels Sprouts were our favorite, and it was not even close. The Portugese Sausage is a wonderful addition, and would be the reason that we return. The pizza crust was really light and airy, despite looking like more of a dense, deep dish. The fries came out fresh and had a good crunch while being fluffy on the inside. Eat them while theu are hot! The drinks were strong and the service was cordial and quick.

We ate at the 808 café two times we are in Hawaii. The food was good. I had chicken tenders and french fries fries. He had coconut shrimp. The customer service was outstanding. They maid sure we had everything we needed at our table and our drinks refilled several times. The ambience was nice open seating TVs in music.

This was a weird dining experience. It was incredibly rushed and the food looked nothing like the website. The dishes I tasted were very bland and basic. Our waitress was awesome and the actual facility looked very clean and scenic. I'd award them 5 stars. (My butter knife was rusty so I didn't use it for my "chicken pasta"). The overall experience wasn't that bad but I think there are better options in the casual dining realm to choose from. I don't have much else to say. Visit and check it out yourself.

Ambiance Outdoor patio seating perfect weather. Rate 5 Customer Service Jessica our server was top shelf, friendly and kept checking on us. Rate 5 Food Bob's Smashed Burger Very good, quality beef. Rate 5 Pepperoni Pizza Did not appear to have tomato sauce. Spicy Sausage Pizza Did not appear to have tomato sauce. Was not spicy, per web site suppose to have jalapeños and drizzled honey and pizza had neither. This is the worst pizza we have ever had. Domino's and Little Cesar's are way better. Not worth $25. This sunk my overall rating. Rate 1

Loved the ambiance. There were empty tables and we were asked if we had reservations. We didn't so we were asked to sit at the bar. At first, I was perplexed. This is a sports bar. But, Dave was our bartender and he was amazing. This guy is so cool and funny. I was happy that we sat at the bar afterwards. He said the burgers and wings were good. I ordered the appetizer wings as my meal and ordered half each of the sauces and they were scrumptious! I paired it with a Hawaiian blonde beer and it was perfect. Hubby had the prime rib French dip. He said it was good but there was not a lot of meat on the sandwich. He upgraded for the onion rings. They were so good! We were staying at Aulani. I highly recommend trying this place. If you can, sit at the bar and ask for Dave!! Enjoy!

We had a great lunch here right after opening. I loved the open air vibe and all the tvs made it easy to keep up with the sports of the day. Food and beers were great! The smash burger was good. I really liked the wings. We got them half and half but they truly weren't too spicy.

808 Craft House allows you to make reservations in advance. They're one of the few restaurants in the area that will. This is a great place to go and eat. Be forewarned, the local moco is two patties so it's really big and could feed two people. Our group recommends you get a burger instead of the pizza. If you need to use the restroom, you'll have to go outside of the hotel and use the one that has a code that you'll need to get from the restaurant.

Food was meh not bad but not good. My kids all had burgers and they were just okay for over 20 bucks. The pizza sucked stay away! Pretty much the worst pizza skimpy toppings and not good. The fact that the pizza cost over 25 bucks is just wrong. Not sure how everything else is but I definitely won't be coming back.

In Hawaii for a couple of weeks, the 808 Craft House is within walking distance to our resort. We made reservations for 4 and were seated immediately upon our arrival. Waitress was very attentive and friendly. It was Monday and football was on all the screens and the Eagles had a large number of fans present which added to our entertainment. I had the Coconut Shrimp with Pineapple fried rice, it was excellent. They have a great assortment of Hawaiian craft cocktails and my wife had a Lava Flow, that looked delicious. Highly recommend this place for a nice meal and a couple of cocktails!

Located in the Ko Olina shopping center across from Aulani, paid parking requires. Reservations available on open table along with indoor, outdoor and bar seating. We stopped on for dessert - delicious options! Can't wait to come back and try a few items off the menu.

Majority of the appetizers we got were good. - truffle fries..well...their truffle fries and cant really go wrong - taro dumplings (i forgot if thats what we got but they were good but not blown away either) - corn chowder was good - brisket pesto pizza? (Im overdue with the review so forgot what pizza it exactly was) but i remember this was good. It was in the happy hour menu is all i can remember. - wings but unsure about the goat cheese dip. I prefer plain ranch - the kids pasta was good. Well, one kiddo loved it while the other didn't. So it depends on preferences on this one. I will say i did taste it and it was meh... - another kiddo got the shoyu noodles and its plain. So if you got a simple palate plain jane child, they will like this one. For drinks, it depends on taste and preferences. I was bummed on this one. Mainly looking fwd to the drinks and it didn't satisfy my tastebuds. It was too twisted, fusion, modified etc. i prefer a mai tai a plain old fashioned mai tai without the fixings. The orange foam was too strong it overwhelmed the dark rum im used to and prefer. So i decided to try the ube rey instead which was much better but still not as much to my liking/preferences. Went back to Aulani a but bummed and decided to get another at Aulani the next day instead and I will say, i liked it better as it followed the more traditional way of making it. So if you prefer traditional ways, this may not be for you and if planning to drink, simply keep with the simplier generic drinks, wine or beer. If you prefer to try different ways and flavors, then you will love this. Service was great and our server was attentive at all times. Thank you. Ambiance was good but outdoor seating may be a bit of a nuance due to flies swarming around you often. The swinging table fan helps but are still annoying plus the tropical heat also didn't help.

We went on a Saturday, getting to the resort before 4:30 and then up we went with our special key from the front desk. We didn't have to use the key. When we got to the room, it is unassuming as it blends in with other rooms...except not. Followed the instructions on the door and it was so cool we closed the door and video taped it. I think it threw off the people working as they expected patrons. The walk in the hallway threw me off a little but after you walk through the small room...WOW. All I had to say was WOW. Because I had no expectation everything was so exciting. There was a "rooftop bar" feel to the place and the view was so nice. (Although I could do with less tree-view) It would have been nice to have been early enough to get seats at the railing but we didn't know you could get there before 4:30 and there was already a few groups there. Seating is first come first serve so we opted for a high top table tucked in the back that the 4 of us could sit and chat but still enjoy the view. I took a few photos but mostly enjoyed the ambiance and the girl talk. I don't know why I thought there would be light pupus but nope, no food. Just some olives and nuts. I wish I took photos of the drink selection menu because I don't remember what was in my drink. The names of the cocktails were fun though! I enjoyed a "Lifted 'Yota" which was fun and tasty. They also serve mocktails if you don't want to have the alcohol. All in all, I loved the experience we had and my friends and I look forward to coming back. I mean, there's an extensive beverage list and I must try something else!

The hotel is pretty secluded compared to being right in the city, but if you don't mind a walk, is close to a small shopping center with a few other food places and the hotels next door. The Marriott's other restaurant, Longboard's, is more casual, while this restaurant, Longhi's, is their fancier option for fine dining. With this in mind, this restaurant is, at the end of the day, is just alright. The seating area has the best views, but is slightly packed, although it is truly a beautiful ambiance. It is somewhat in the middle of the hotel, though. However, the service was lacking, if even present, and the food is, as expected, pricey. For some guests, hotels gave them vouchers to redeem at the restaurants near by, and this was one of those restaurants that you could redeem it at. With the voucher, this restaurant is a little bit easier to justify, but without, you are left paying high prices for fine food and a great view. If you are on the resort, then this is also easier to justify, as it is one of the closer options compared to the others. If you're not staying at the Marriott connected to it, then I wouldn't suggest going out of your way to go here. We ordered the crab cakes and the shrimp risotto. The crab cakes were really good, with a few different textures like the crunchies on top! If you like crab or crab cakes, or if you want to try something new, I would suggest that you order this or split it with a friend or partner. The shrimp risotto was fine, but after trying it, I ended up wishing that I ordered something else on the menu. It wasn't that it was bad, it just was okay. I feel like people have certain expectations for a higher end restaurant like this, and it wasn't hard to see why after going, that this restaurant is rated the way it is.
