We came down to Aulani for a staycation and wanted to eat off property. We had a reservation for a little bit later in the evening, but I was still shocked to see the place pretty much empty. We stood at the front desk for close to 10 minutes before anyone even looked at us, which is never a good sign. We were seated and the server was nice enough, but she didn't know the menu at all. When I tried to order, she told me we had the outdated menus...so she got us new ones. So I ordered from that one, just for her to come back and say the first menus were actually the correct ones and to order off of those. We shared the giant pretzel and really enjoyed it. Food was average. Service was slow towards the second half of the meal but it was fine. Management seems to be uncaring and unhelpful. Inquired about parking validation and the host said pay for parking and it'll be taken off the bill. Didn't specify for how many hours. Followed up about the parking with the server and she said it was up to 2 hours, which was not mentioned by the host and so I had already paid for the recommended 3 hours. We had 3 separate cars and they said they would only validate 1 hour each car since there were multiple cars. Also was not mentioned. So if you come with friends, sit separately I guess! Absolutely terrible. Literally the worst pizza I've ever had. I'm not even exaggerating when I say 7-Eleven has better food. Ordered take out, the pizza was awful, wasn't even cooked and for what we paid, it was even more disappointing. Pizza is the easiest-most profitable food in the world. Putting this review at 5 stars because this place deserves more than an average of 3.8 stars and we had a "Great" time! We are in the area a few times a year and we've never been to 808 Craft House before, mostly because there are so many great restaurants and we'd never heard much about it. But then enter the World Cup being here in the US! We needed a place where we could watch US vs. Bosnia and 808 Craft House felt like the right vibe. They had multiple televisions, cold beers on draft and a happy hour that runs from 3-5 pm. We had some Happy Hour Pizzas (you can get a personal pizza with 2 toppings for $10), and Happy Hour Burgers & Fries for $15. On the non-Happy Hour menu, I shared a Chicken Club Sandwich and this was a great decision. I really liked it. All in all, a pretty great, more casual option for dining in Ko'Olina. One of my childhood friends came home to da 808, so we decided to do a small get together at 808 Craft House, as the the bar/restaurant was close to the Aulani Hotel (where my friend was staying). The restaurant has an open air, causal atmosphere, with several TV's for sports events. I didn't look at the menu as I was too busy chatting away & catching up, but my friend did the ordering & got several plates of Frrrrrrried Chicken wings, pizzas, & onion rings. Of course at "808 Craft House" they are known for their craft beers, so many glasses of beers were ordered that afternoon. Unfortunately for me, I no longer can partake in alcohol, but those beers sure looked refreshing. I was totally surprised about the parking situation for this strip mall. Why do I say this? Unfortunately at this strip mall, there is NO FREE parking at all (not the restaurant's fault). You have to use your smart phone & scan the QR code to pay for parking if you choose to visit any business on this strip mall property. I ended up paying $16.20 for 3 hours parking. When staying at the hotels nearby you will often hear about the monkeypod. The menu here looked better to me and I am glad we tried it. We actually were here twice within a week. Ask what the special is for the day since it's not always posted. Each time we were there the place was only about half full which is a shame since service was excellent and staff was so pleasant and attentive. Everything is open so you get the nice breeze and it's a relaxing vibe. Pricing I though was great for the Island and as with most places the portions were huge and both times we had to leave with a box. read more

Malia was our server. SO sweet and so helpful. She's the only server serving everyone in here so far and we've been in here for the first hour of business. She adjusted my guava gimlet to be a little less sweet (didn't add simple syrup), she admitted it's on the sweeter side but adjusted the sweetness for me and it was perfectly balanced afterward. My husband was torn between the lager and the IPA, she let him sample it to see which one he should get (he chose the IPA). But we spotted the Mochiko chicken Caesar salad and knew we had to get it. The chicken breast was so juicy and it was perfectly fried. So tasty since we'd been eating heavyyyy this whole trip. It was chill but probably cuz it was lunch time. My family wanted to go back to this place because they were here last year during their stay at Aulani last summer. I made a reservation on Open Table, but when we arrived, there were lots of open tables. We started with the pretzel, which to me was not worth $17. I ordered the Mochiko Chicken Cesar Salad and all three of my family members ordered Smash Burgers. They all really enjoyed their burgers and said they were delicious! I was looking forward to trying the salad! But when I received it, it was on the small side. The flavor was meh. It could've used more furiake and the chicken should be in bite size pieces so the salad is easier to eat. It definitely was not worth $25. Will I be back? Not sure unless I want to eat a smash burger. read more

The Fried Brussels Sprouts were our favorite, and it was not even close. The Portugese Sausage is a wonderful addition, and would be the reason that we return. The pizza crust was really light and airy, despite looking like more of a dense, deep dish. The fries came out fresh and had a good crunch while being fluffy on the inside. I really wanted to like this place because I am a fan of visiting Ko'olina. I have loved this part of the island since I was a little girl. We visited this spot a little after the start of dinner time, but it felt like the restaurant was ready to close. Our waitress took a while to bring water to the table. We ordered the Mochiko chicken Caesar 's Salad , Steak Frites, wings and two drinks. The beverage I ordered was the 808 Craft Margarita. I am not a fan. I wish I went with a craft beer. However, mochiko chicken salad was delicious and probably my favorite dish. The steak was cooked medium well and exceeded my expectations. Loved the ambiance. There were empty tables and we were asked if we had reservations. We didn't so we were asked to sit at the bar. At first, I was perplexed. This is a sports bar. But, Dave was our bartender and he was amazing. This guy is so cool and funny. I was happy that we sat at the bar afterwards. He said the burgers and wings were good. I ordered the appetizer wings as my meal and ordered half each of the sauces and they were scrumptious! I paired it with a Hawaiian blonde beer and it was perfect. Hubby had the prime rib French dip. He said it was good but there was not a lot of meat on the sandwich. He upgraded for the onion rings. They were so good! We were staying at Aulani. I highly recommend trying this place. As with most spots in Ko Olina, my main gripe is the parking--none of the restaurants validate, so you're paying by the half-hour just to eat. That makes it hard to linger and really enjoy. That said, we finally checked out 808 Craft House after passing it many times, thanks to a gift card from a friend. Monday evening was quiet, with the same football game playing on every TV. Service was polite and attentive without being overbearing. We started with a couple of beers and the hummus. It was fine, though I would've preferred more pita bread and fewer veggies on the side--pita would have elevated it. The hummus was quite thin. For my main dish, I had the hulihuli chicken. The glaze was tasty, but the star of the plate was the mango slaw--super flavorful and refreshing. On the flip side, the two scoops of plain white rice didn't add much to the meal. A garnish or light seasoning would have gone a long way. We would've loved to stick around for a few more beers and maybe even dessert but with parking running, it just didn't feel worth it. Overall, we're glad we tried it. Solid service and a couple of good bites, but it didn't land on our "must-return" list. read more

Great place for happy hour or a beer and some reasonably priced food near the hotels in Ko Olina. Lots of tables in an open-air, covered setting. If it's hot out, the breeze comes through. Service was excellent, from the hostess, to the server (Charity) and maybe a manager who stopped by to check on us. Select draft beers are $7, wines are 20% off, and well drinks are discounted (I can't remember the price). Theres also a discount on select appetizers and pizzas with 2 toppings. This is the happy hour special. They don't have a ton of beers on tap, but they have a lot in cans. I got the porter and my husband got the IPA (not on HH). Hubs loves a good smash burger and there was one on the HH so he tried it. I got the Bavarian pretzel with jalapeño beer cheese and mustard sauce, of which I'm a bit of a connoisseur. The pretzel and cheese were wicked good! The pretzel came out piping hot and was slightly crispy and buttery on the outside, with the perfect amount of salt and soft and chewy on the inside, just like I like it. The cheese was very tasty. The only thing is they never give you enough cheese, so I asked for another. Here's what the hubs said about the smash burger. The burger was overcooked (too crispy and dry) and it should have had 2 Pattie's for the bun-to-meat ratio. He said the bun was good but not for a smash burger. It was too big, not squishy enough. The fries were excellent! He gave the burger itself 2, which is what brought the review down. Worth trying this place, just maybe skip the smash burger. read more

Decided to check this place out during our annual Aulani staycation. I was expecting just your regular okay food but was I wrong. I got the smash burger...made it a double with an egg on top. The food was a mixed bag. The fish sandwich was overcooked and seemed to rely mostly on panko breadcrumbs for flavor rather than seasoning. The smash burger was good, but the patties weren't smashed thin enough to really deliver the crispy texture that makes a great smash burger. The coconut fried shrimp also tasted like a frozen product rather than something made fresh in-house. On the positive side, the pork tacos were excellent and easily the highlight of the meal. They were flavorful, well-prepared, and showed what the kitchen is capable of when everything comes together. Overall, 808 Craft House delivered an average dining experience. While there were a few disappointments, the pork tacos helped redeem the meal. I'd consider coming back, but I'd likely skip some of the items I tried this visit. read more

Lalea.music really set the mood and made the atmosphere liven up! Go find them on social media! They just so happened to be playing that night when we were in town visiting ohana. If I hadn't clocked in 7.29 miles on foot that day I probably would've ordered more. I ordered wings and their special tea. All of it really hit the spot and even service was quick and down to earth!
