    Buddha Bowl
    Paula F.

Perfect way to grab a drink or "few" and some good eats while spending time by the pool. The menu was a little limited but had something for everyone. Being a vegetarian, I ordered the Buddha Bowl. My bf ordered the Mahi Mahi tacos and a few spirits. Our food arrived in plastic covered trays and was nicely plated with vibrant colors. Both were delicious and lite... perfect for the pool. The swim up Mai Tai bar (van) was adorable and fun. Service was great. Everyone was incredibly personable, outgoing, friendly, attentive and helpful. Pricing was standard for a poolside bar. If you're spending the day by the pool, this is the way to go.

Kids desserts included in kids meal

After we checked in, I took the kids to the pool. The super friendly staff set up 2 chairs right away and also brought me menus and waters. The kids menu is what really impressed me. For $8, your child can get an entrée, side dish, and dessert! My daughter ordered the chicken strips with teriyaki sauce and loved it. My son had the all beef hot dog with French fries and I can attest that it was very good. Both chose the mac and cheese and it was a very generous serving in its own bowl. They also use veggie puree instead of cream and the staff member was right that the kids wouldn't be able to tell the difference! I was also very surprised that they brought me a birthday dessert platter. It was such a thoughtful gesture and I really appreciated it!

Fish tacos and pulled pork tacos. The pulled pork was incredible!

Really great poolside bar at the Four Seasons in Ko'Lina. I got the fish tacos and pulled pork tacos, as well as a mixed drink. It's pretty pricey but the view, service and portion makes up for it. The vibe is really casual and the service was great. They are taking measures to ensure your food is safe and has as minimal contact as possible while dealing with the pandemic. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a quick bite and some good music.

    Lobster Roll With Onion Rings
    Ashley A.

I ate here for the first time for a company luncheon. This was our only option at the hotel since the Fish House was closed. My eyes were struck by the Lobster Roll instantly and our waiter mentioned it was a popular menu item. Majority of our table ordered it. You have the option of getting it with fries, sweet potato fries, Maui onion chips, onion rings, or truffle fries (extra charge $6 for truffle). I decided on the onion rings. The price was $31, but I wouldn't have expected any less since we were at the Four Seasons. It came out presentable. It was REAL lobster (not imitation, thank goodness). The taste was also perfect. I've been to places were they load the mayo on and take away the real taste of the lobster, but they didn't here. The onion rings were a perfect crisp! My other coworkers had the sweet potato fries and truffle fries and they were also very delicious. The only reason they're getting a 4-star instead of 5 is because two appetizers were brought to our table. We all were thinking that it was a starter (like free bread being brought). We asked another waitress to bring us small plates. Before she came back, our waiter came out, took the appetizers off of our table, went around the corner, and brought it to the table next to us. I was in shock. What if we ate from it!? You're going to give those same plates to the other table!? Unacceptable. I understood that it was a mistake, but something simple as that should not be happening at a hotel like this. Other than that, I was impressed with everything else.

Fish sandwich and sweet potato fries

Poolside bar at the Four Seasons. Food was just ok but the ambiance is superb. I had the fish sandwich which was a nice piece of fish on a bun with a small amount of coleslaw and spread. It was served with sweet potato fries that were oily and very crispy. The bun was pretty dry and didn't taste very fresh. The fish was nice but it needed more on the sandwich like more coleslaw or lettuce, tomato, avocado, etc. It was just very plain and bland. The setting is very nice, we sat at nice big couches with a table next to the pool overlooking the beautiful ocean lagoon. There is a nice waterfall next to the bar area which was really pretty. The setting was great and the service was really good. People were nice and helpful.

Waterman Poolside Bar is there Four Season's lunchtime restaurant and bar. It's fairly small - because I suppose everyone is eating on their "chaise longues" poolside - but we never had trouble getting a bar seat, table or low top. Service is excellent and friendly and food is well above average - a mixture of sandwiches, salads and a few entrees - but prices are above average too but not exorbitantly so - this is the Four Seasons you know? ;-0 If you're staying at the hotel, kids under 4-years of age eat free so there's that too. Wish they had some daily or seasonal specials - by the end of our stay, we had cycled through a couple menu items a few times.

We were fotunate enough to be here on opening day in May 2016. We met Chuck that day and have been lucky to see him regularly ever since. This is becoming a ritual stop during some of our lagoon walks as they are welcoming to kama'aina just as much as they are to hotel guests. It is a pleasure to chill out at the scenic bar and enjoy a glass of wine, cocktail and some small bites. Their beverage prices are what you would expect for a high-end hotel, so it is not the best value. We are paying for the convenience of being able to come barefoot to a bar in our swim attire and enjoy the friendly company of their staff and the amazing backdrop of the tropical surroundings. We have enjoyed the Chalk Hill Chardonnay, the mai-tai (with an extra shot of dark rum), the beet burger (vegetarian), onion rings, summer rolls and spicy edamame. Chuck is awesome and so is Daniel and Heidi. We look forward to meeting more great staff on future visits.

I believe this is where I had drinks at the Four seasons last night but not any signage that I saw. It had a lively crowd at 9:30 on a Thursday night. Definitely the most upbeat place on property to be at. Great drinks and great staff. I don't remember what this drink was but it was a drink for 2 and was delicious

    Buddah bowl..tasty
    Paula K.

What can one expect from a poolside bar. Four Seasons had to raise the bar with an eclectic menu and healthy selections. Im not sure my buddah bowl was worth the money but it was super tasty. I would suggest sharing a few items and get a taste of the menu. Service was excellent and it was a great lunch with special friends after splashing in the lagoons. Give it a try.

Majority of the appetizers we got were good. - truffle fries..well...their truffle fries and cant really go wrong - taro dumplings (i forgot if thats what we got but they were good but not blown away either) - corn chowder was good - brisket pesto pizza? (Im overdue with the review so forgot what pizza it exactly was) but i remember this was good. It was in the happy hour menu is all i can remember. - wings but unsure about the goat cheese dip. I prefer plain ranch - the kids pasta was good. Well, one kiddo loved it while the other didn't. So it depends on preferences on this one. I will say i did taste it and it was meh... - another kiddo got the shoyu noodles and its plain. So if you got a simple palate plain jane child, they will like this one. For drinks, it depends on taste and preferences. I was bummed on this one. Mainly looking fwd to the drinks and it didn't satisfy my tastebuds. It was too twisted, fusion, modified etc. i prefer a mai tai a plain old fashioned mai tai without the fixings. The orange foam was too strong it overwhelmed the dark rum im used to and prefer. So i decided to try the ube rey instead which was much better but still not as much to my liking/preferences. Went back to Aulani a but bummed and decided to get another at Aulani the next day instead and I will say, i liked it better as it followed the more traditional way of making it. So if you prefer traditional ways, this may not be for you and if planning to drink, simply keep with the simplier generic drinks, wine or beer. If you prefer to try different ways and flavors, then you will love this. Service was great and our server was attentive at all times. Thank you. Ambiance was good but outdoor seating may be a bit of a nuance due to flies swarming around you often. The swinging table fan helps but are still annoying plus the tropical heat also didn't help.

We went on a Saturday, getting to the resort before 4:30 and then up we went with our special key from the front desk. We didn't have to use the key. When we got to the room, it is unassuming as it blends in with other rooms...except not. Followed the instructions on the door and it was so cool we closed the door and video taped it. I think it threw off the people working as they expected patrons. The walk in the hallway threw me off a little but after you walk through the small room...WOW. All I had to say was WOW. Because I had no expectation everything was so exciting. There was a "rooftop bar" feel to the place and the view was so nice. (Although I could do with less tree-view) It would have been nice to have been early enough to get seats at the railing but we didn't know you could get there before 4:30 and there was already a few groups there. Seating is first come first serve so we opted for a high top table tucked in the back that the 4 of us could sit and chat but still enjoy the view. I took a few photos but mostly enjoyed the ambiance and the girl talk. I don't know why I thought there would be light pupus but nope, no food. Just some olives and nuts. I wish I took photos of the drink selection menu because I don't remember what was in my drink. The names of the cocktails were fun though! I enjoyed a "Lifted 'Yota" which was fun and tasty. They also serve mocktails if you don't want to have the alcohol. All in all, I loved the experience we had and my friends and I look forward to coming back. The hotel is pretty secluded compared to being right in the city, but if you don't mind a walk, is close to a small shopping center with a few other food places and the hotels next door. The Marriott's other restaurant, Longboard's, is more casual, while this restaurant, Longhi's, is their fancier option for fine dining. With this in mind, this restaurant is, at the end of the day, is just alright. The seating area has the best views, but is slightly packed, although it is truly a beautiful ambiance. It is somewhat in the middle of the hotel, though. However, the service was lacking, if even present, and the food is, as expected, pricey. For some guests, hotels gave them vouchers to redeem at the restaurants near by, and this was one of those restaurants that you could redeem it at. With the voucher, this restaurant is a little bit easier to justify, but without, you are left paying high prices for fine food and a great view. If you are on the resort, then this is also easier to justify, as it is one of the closer options compared to the others. If you're not staying at the Marriott connected to it, then I wouldn't suggest going out of your way to go here. We ordered the crab cakes and the shrimp risotto. The crab cakes were really good, with a few different textures like the crunchies on top! If you like crab or crab cakes, or if you want to try something new, I would suggest that you order this or split it with a friend or partner. The shrimp risotto was fine, but after trying it, I ended up wishing that I ordered something else on the menu. It wasn't that it was bad, it just was okay. I feel like people have certain expectations for a higher end restaurant like this, and it wasn't hard to see why after going, that this restaurant is rated the way it is.
