They also made sure to crush my cookies while they were at it :)

Told me it would be a 4 min wait for an item and to pull back around. I then proceeded to sit in the drive through for almost 30 minutes for one car In front of me. I guess my 4 min wait was too extreme but his almost 20 holding up the line was no biggie. (I entered at 7:10, order placed 7:14, wasn't able to leave until 7:37. Lucky I didn't sh8t my pants or we'd have a very different situation.

I frequent this Panda Express a few times a month, it's one of the better takeout spots in Eagle River. Usually not a fan of chain spots but this one is pretty good and consistent. The food is always fresh and well prepared. The restaurant is continually clean and organized. I enjoy that they always welcome you when you come in and offer the samples of what on the bar. They usually ask you to round up on your bill for Children's Hospital and thank you for the donations. It's a good cause so I don't mind. All in all A safe bet if you don't want to cook and want something quick and easy.

For a national chain restaurant, my experience is always positive. Big parking lot so easy to get around. Lots of choices and an easy to read and understand menu. Nice and helpful employees aid in your selections. The food is hot and the area is clean. All positive! But the prices are high and the portions are average.

Is supposed to be Beijing Beef instead of Beef and Broccoli.

I enjoy coming here because it's an inexpensive form of entertainment. You can even change up the playbill with each visit. Our first half dozen times we ordered nuggets with sweet-n-sour sauce. The sauce was never included. Ever. We got bored with that and started using the online bogos. About 50% of the time they get the order right. We now play a fun game in the car called "What's in the bag?" It won't be what we asked for. Last week they'd run out of iced tea. Rather than explain that to us, the girl gave me a half-filled cup. Then acted distant and far away with no solutions in mind as to how we rectify the situation. The best one was when they became all discombobulated and handed us two huge bags and drinks...after we'd ordered a large fry. We went inside and explained the mistake to the manager who told us it's our lucky day, he can't take the food back for redistribution. It's a very clean restaurant and not normally very crowded. The kids that try, try very hard and are polite and apologetic, if events call for it. The ones that don't care simply don't and it shows. Honestly, if your particular about getting exactly what you ordered, the way you ordered it, don't even stop here. Slim chance of that happening. 08/22

We were out and about needing a quick bite to eat and decided on Arby's in Eagle River. We went…read moreinside and it was a bit on the messy side, in the dining room. I personally don't understand why people think it's okay to leave their tray with wrappers on the table and then leave, but they do. I guess I can't fault the staff for that, but there was no effort to clean off the tables, wipe them down or pick up the numerous straw wrappers on the floor. The customer service was less than mediocre. We weren't asked if we could be helped and when I asked the young man how he was doing today, he didn't bother responding. Our food was pretty prompt, fries and sandwiches were hot and I felt like my sandwich had more than the usual amount of meat and that was nice. My mere three stars are for the hot food that completely met our expectations and was tasty and the lack of other two was the hum-drum customer service and messy dining room.

From the moment you pull into the parking lot, you'll know you've made a mistake! Not a lick of landscaping since 1992, and I'm fairly sure the owner decided brooms were too expensive! Then you step inside and realize they made the same decision regarding mops...and rags to wipe tables. The place hasn't seen fresh paint since Obama was president, and the dirty walls were so bare I thought I was back in my 19yo bachelor pad...like not even a single poster of a tasty beef sammy! The employees were super friendly, and wiped tables and the highchair down without complaint and a lot of apologies. The only reason we stayed were them and our time constraints which were rushing towards afternoon nap! I'm not sure who the franchise owner is for Alaska, but all our Arby's are marginal, this one just needs to be bulldozed and redone! Skip at all costs...unless you just have to have a cheddar beef heartburn session!

Absolutely confused on the question I was informed that "Mike's way" means all the toppings. Apparently my husband likes his sandwiches Mike's way and I just like mine with tomato, lettuce and mayonnaise because I like to play it safe. With tip for two regular (sized) sandwiches, cookie, and brownie it was a little over $29. The sandwiches were good. I secretly liked that I got a little bit of someone's mustard from the communal sandwich knife and it made me think I should order my next sandwich to have a tangy little mustard to give my sandwich that little zing to take it to the next level. In store was clean, pretty empty, with what felt like a good but not overwhelming amount of options. The meat and cheese slicing sub maker had the personality of a piece of toast but the second sub maker at the vegetable station was warm and nice with a huge smile on her face.

Had it Mike's way with all the fresh vegitables, spices and sauce and absolutly delicious. I used to visit Subway all the time, but got tired of the pre-cut weighed, minimalistic approach to both meats and 1/2 slice cheese pieces. A far cry from all the pictures and commercials, so I quit visiting any subways. Then came Mike's and was so impressed that you could actual buy a sub that looked as good it tasted. After returning to Mike's over a dozen times, I went in to order my favorite sub and the new person constructing it, acted like she was a Subway employee. The total meat stack was only 1/4" thick with two thin pieces of cheese. I spoke up about the deficiencies which quickly turned into an argument, then the manager and 3 others joined in. Asked if she was a Subway employee because the sub looked like something I would get from Subway, got no response. They offered to tear the sandwich apart to add a little more meat and cheese. When it was complete it was still lacking and now unediable. I rejected the order and walked out, and haven't been back.
